After that installation boiler ran constantly, without burners ever coming on. Total incompetence, with no apologizes. $500 dollars later, and still no functional boiler. I have an older house that has a crawlspace and some additions that were added over the years. Mark, the owner, took his time to come up with a plan to access the hard to reach places underground.
