I'm big on the small things don't tell me you will do something and you don't follow through. So tech tells me I need a leak test I'm low on refrigerant. I call they say they are busy and they will call back in a week. They never call or follow up. I call back set up an appointment for leak test. Appointment is made and day of no tech shows. I call receptionist says it's her fault and she mismanaged the schedule. I really don't care I came home for the tech burned my comp time for a no show. The receptionist should be let go or my time should be compensated due to inefficiency as a secretary on several different levels. I do not recommend. Find another company don't use this one.

We had the outside garage light short on the sharp edge of conduit and burn because it wasn't on a junction box. This was an electrical fire that luckily didn't spread and burn down the house. We then started looking at other electrical device wiring and we found many other problems. Jeff and EPS went out of their way to get a crew to our house ASAP even when they had plenty of other work and a full schedule.
