Called Kayla back and she said its $125/hr with a 2 hour minimum and an 8% surcharge. NONE of that was mentioned in our conversation when scheduling the appointment. Excellent job by Tempe Crane. Alex coordinated the job. I…read morefirst called Smiley, but they were less than helpful in the estimate phase - so it worked out great that Tempe Crane was my next choice. Alex visited the site the week before. He put together a plan, suggested some reinforcing for the shed to be moved and confirmed the job date. They were right on time, 2 hours as estimated, and I could not be happier. One of the drivers was in my complex blocking the only entrance and when asked to move he threw his hands up and started to yell. He refused to back up at all to let me get into my own home. I called to talk to a manager and got another employee that told me the manager Joe was out for 2 weeks and he would talk to him. He defended the driver and blew the situation off. I wanted to wait until my emotions cooled off before I wrote this review…read more My experience still makes me angry so I will simply list the facts and leave my feelings out of it. 1.) I called CRS and "Joe" the salesman answered and agreed to come to my house the same day to assess my need for a crane 2.) "Joe" left with a handshake after agreeing to do the job for $160/hr and scheduling the job for 2:00pm 3.) Crane showed up close to 2:00pm. It was almost 3:15pm before the crane was set up & operational (which caused me to incur a hefty fee from the trucking company that had been waiting since 2:00pm) 4.) Crane operator did what needed done and was at my house for roughly 4hrs 15min 5.) I was charged for 6 hrs @ $200/hr plus an $80 surcharge
