I called CRS and "Joe" the salesman answered and agreed to come to my house the same day to assess my need for a crane 2.) "Joe" left with a handshake after agreeing to do the job for $160/hr and scheduling the job for 2:00pm 3.) Crane showed up close to 2:00pm. It was almost 3:15pm before the crane was set up & operational (which caused me to incur a hefty fee from the trucking company that had been waiting since 2:00pm) 4.) Crane operator did what needed done and was at my house for roughly 4hrs 15min 5.) I was charged for 6 hrs @ $200/hr plus an $80 surcharge

Everyone knows a bad review left by a former employee is usually the employees fault as to why he isn't at the company anymore. This isn't the case here. This is by far the worst company I have worked for so far. There's too many chiefs and not enough Indians. All the superintendents are young and very inexperienced. There's so many office staff and none of them actually do anything. They don't have any work and they don't have any work for the foreseeable future. But they will tell you they do. They told me they don't have to go out and get work because the work will come to them. Sounds like a smart business tactic to me. The sales guy is your typical shady, slimy pathological liar. The operations and district managers will lie to you to get you on board, promising you 50-60 hours a week. You'll barely crack 40 if you're lucky. There has been at least 10 guys that quit around the same time I did. Their trucking department is pretty much non existent. The trucking "foreman" has a narcissistic self centered I'm better than you and I know it attitude. The crane and rigging superintendents are illiterate and inexperienced. Please save yourself some heartache and stay away from this failing branch. To put everything into perspective, Phoenix is a very bustling city with so much long term projects and day trade. Ryan helped us design and upgrade our community entrance street lights to LED and Charles did the installation. YESCO Sign & Lighting pricing is competitive, affordable and fair. We're a Home Owner Association and needed new entrance street lights installed. Rather than keep dumping money into having electricians repair our old 1989 High Pressure Sodium lighting system, we decided to replace our old system with new LED lighting. After meeting with several electric companies, who really couldn't advise us on street lighting, we decided to go with YESCO LIGHTING. Electricians charge extra for the boom crane, and can't advise on the ordinances and specifics for street lighting. But YESCO Sign & Lighting can and did all that and more and it was all included in the cost. It came with brand new fixtures and we used our existing pole, it matches perfectly. Our lighting is 3x brighter with LED. We were afraid it would be too bright but Ryan made sure we got the perfect brightness, a warm yellow tone. Very nice.
