Communication was poor throughout, and attention to detail was consistently lacking. Part of the bathroom remodel was my responsibility since insurance wouldn't cover the undamaged portion. I quickly realized something was off once I started seeing their pricing. They quoted $3,400 for a glass shower door--I had it done elsewhere for $1,700. They also quoted nearly $9,000 for a walk-in shower with basic white subway tile; I ultimately had it completed with excellent craftsmanship for $6,400. I eventually stopped the job altogether after repeated issues, including reinstalling a mirror without leaving space for a backsplash--despite that being clearly discussed. To make matters worse, they used a black tar-like adhesive that made the mirror nearly impossible to remove without breaking it and caused wall damage. Years later, I'm still dealing with problems caused by their work. I initially hesitated to leave a review because the owner, Corey, came as a personal recommendation. The final straw, however, was the LVP flooring installed by their subcontractor. About two years after installation, the planks began cupping and shifting. I brought in multiple flooring contractors for repair quotes (around $1,500), and every single one said the same thing: the flooring was not installed correctly. There was insufficient expansion space, no transitions, and likely no vapor barrier--especially concerning given this was part of a flood mitigation project. When I raised these concerns, I was met with deflection and avoidance. Eventually, Alex acknowledged that corners were cut, but claimed it wasn't "legally required" at the time. Even if that were true, manufacturer recommendations exist for a reason--especially after flood damage. I still tried to resolve things reasonably and asked for a fair quote to fix the issue and move on. Their response was a $2,484 quote--nearly $1,000 more than every other contractor. Between the overpricing, poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and long-term issues I'm still dealing with, this was an extremely frustrating experience. I would not use this company again.

I sent them the statement of work from my insurance company well over a month ago and the people at tactical restoration said they would assign me a project manager. I called them almost every week for a month and nothing happened and then all of a sudden they told me they didn't have the insurance company statement of work and we had to start all over again and it would be another 7 to 8 weeks before they could assign me a project manager. Horrible customer service. Horrible follow up.

They kept communicating with us on the next steps and status. When they couldn't get the issue fixed right away, they brought us temporary plug in cooler to help with the heat inside the house... brought over by Eddie, personally. Good contractors are super hard to find, and perhaps I'll save someone else the trouble of weeding out the awful ones since once you've got this team, you won't want anyone else touching your house. So, Greg and his team have done a lot of work on our properties, including on a 100-year-old foreclosure. They've done the works: tiling, electrical work (updating fixtures, re-wiring, adding new plates), plumbing (new toilets, faucets, running new piping, fixing leaks), to interior stuff (painting, fixing cracks), exteriors (stucco, drywall, new ventilation) and landscaping (irrigation, pruning, gravelwork and trimming). I had a huge list of stuff that needed to be done and they knocked each line item out of the park. I'd trust them with any project, hands down. The rates are totally reasonable. We've done it both ways where we pay a fixed sum per project, and we've also paid by the hour. They get things done in a fair amount of time, and they always show up when they say they will. What I also greatly appreciate is Greg's willingness to give us honest, great advice about the state of the home. For example, we asked him if the foundation needed improvement, and he said no... even though we would have been willing to pay thousands to him if he said yes, and we'd have been nine the wiser. There are several examples like this that really show the team's character and integrity. They've also been great about re-doing something that turned out not as I'd hoped (aesthetically, to quality-wise), like re-painting a bathroom. Oh, and he gave me a copy of a lease that has been super useful! All Property Solutions is amazing. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Because of the non professional and botched install my water heater has constantly turned off since the install resulting in us having to finish our showers with cold water so now I have to pay another company $1394 to come and fix the mess from this company.
