My repairs started with an a line leak from one of the bathrooms upstairs which unfortunately soaked through carpeting and dripped down into my chandelier over my dining room table downstairs. *When I questioned the feedback on Phil's behalf to my insurance, he implied I was asking him to lie when in fact, I was asking him to clarify the transitions that would remain on my flooring since I was removing all carpet. *I have a challenging schedule (night shift/ 14 hr shifts) so when I had the time to get work done on my sporadic days off, I would be given information by the crew doing the repairs but Phil would state otherwise...I'm not sure if he thought I didn't speak with the workers in my home directly...so get use to getting lied to. I cannot tell you how many days I called out because of the scheduling issues (I have the text messages to prove it). It took over 6 months to complete the work that was actually done in a matter of 2 weeks. *Do your best to keep documentation on conversations and estimates. *Don't be surprised if the "estimate" changes after the work is completed and you're given a 'new estimate'. *Apparently, unannounced visits are acceptable for the owner. *I was told what supplies would be needed for ME to finish the job that they started...yes, you read that right. *The amount of drywall dust left in my home has been wiped down for OVER a month, and it's still all over the place. *A portion of the work was not going to be completed because I wanted to be done with them so Phil decided to keep the monies originally allotted for wallpaper replacement and apply that balance to "what was owed for labor". I couldn't contract out with someone else because he kept that money. I voiced my concerns to my insurance company and they stated it was made out to sound like this is a conflict of personalities. Definitely NOT someone I would do business again with. The crew was good I wouldn't be tricked into thinking the response below is genuine- as we've been working with one another for 6months. I was met with a smile and very nice people. I spent a good amount of time talking with Summer about their services and offerings for spots and everything. She was polite, kind, and treated me amazing. You can tell it's family owner and friendly. Everyone is so nice and treats you with much respect and just kind people. This is my go to place here in out and also looking at storage spots as they're super convenient and offer lots of services. He returned our phone call, he called before he arrived to let us know he was 30 minutes out. Once here he worked to problem solve the issue for us. He was able to figure out that our control board is bad. Although we still have the same electronic issues, Kevin was able to override the control board so we can move our slide in & out and open and close the awning. He was able to get us in a situation where we can keep moving until we can get to an RV dealer for a permanent repair. Kevin communicated with us every step of the way. He is honest and reliable. I spent 2 weeks researching misting companies online and youtube trying not to make a bad decision…read moreon buying the wrong system. Literally 20+ hours of time, numerous phone calls and a lot of frustration. I searched for local businesses first and one tried to sell me a 1000 psi system that could take 50 misters and sounded like a jackhammer. It didnt sound like this guy had my best interest in mind. His price tag was also 5k. All I needed was around 8 to 10 misters above my enclosed patio to keep us cool when temps went above 95. Aero Mist has a lot of kits you can purchase right off the site but I needed reassurance that the pump would be quiet enough to have inside the patio without driving us nuts. I spoke to Scott and he customized my order which was very similar to one of their kits. I installed everything myself in about 3 hours. It should have taken longer but Im the type of guy that will measure 10 times and cut once instead of measuring once and cutting 10 times. The motor is encased and has a fan on it to keep it cool. It is really quiet and I made it even quieter by sticking it behind our outdoor couches. I would recommend getting the swivel adapters so that you can point the individual mists to where you need them. Also you can get a smaller diameter .008 mist head if you are concerned about water reaching the ground. My system works perfectly using 16ft, 9 misters and a 300 psi pump. The height is 11ft.

No oil with the kit, how greedy do you have to be not to provide a few ounces of oil to get started. Instructions are useless, video only describes a perfect scenario and provides zero instruction on work arounds. Overall, extremely disappointed, I thought they were one of the better companies for misting systems
