Danny is VERY responsive and provided suggestions and guidance at every step. I explained two things to him. 1. The corner post had termites. Told him how the termites invaded this structure; Wood to ground contact. I worked 15 years in pest & termite work. Told him I wanted the posts on metal supports because I didn't want wood on the ground. He told me the wood siding on the ground has nothing to do with termites. He also told me the metal supports wouldn't stop the termites. He doesn't know what he's talking about!!!! I'm questioning if this is a legitimate business. No business card & not listed in the Registrar of contractors.

Seriously I can't recommend Top Quality for your landscaping services, enough! Being a property…read moremanager it's hard to find Quality landscapers that will listen to what you want, and what you know owners want, but not only that, when you say jump they jump, they get the job done in efficient time, but they also really take in consideration of the quality of work they provide to us. If you speak to anyone, I recommend getting in contact with James or Sara. They truly make you feel like family and care. Thank you Top Quality

I explained to them that my vehicle that I owned for five days got a rock chip in it from the landscapers when they were on property. I live in the unit by my parking spot, heard them on my side of the property all morning. Naturally, they denied it, which I expected, I explained my camera activates on impact and I wanted their insurance info to file a claim and that is when they were unwilling to provide info and stated that "people always try to blame the landscapers." I explained that I tried to handle through my warranty first to help them and explained it wouldn't have bothered me except the car is five days old. Horrible customer service and honestly, was previously never happy with their service but always thought that was a communication problem between my apartments and the landscaping company. Now I'm thinking they're just lazy and unwilling to provide TOP QUALITY service.

Like their insurance policy they do not "Cheap out" to get a better price, they wanted quality coverage for a good price. They do the same for their signs. I ordered a total of 3 signs for the PTSO at Oakwood Elementary within the last 3 years and they have not only held up to AZ's harsh summers but look amazing! Nancy was fast, accommodating as everything needs to be approved by the PTSO Board before we can purchase. She drew up ideas to show us texted them to us, then She made them, took pictures and made sure we were happy before we picked them up and paid for them. They were a little cheaper than the competition, but within the industry standard. I will always go to Franklin Fine signs for my banners and recommend them to anyone.

Pete was able to pull pre-qualification sheet even though I was not ready to buy. I followed up with Pete in November 2019 who provided me and my Realtor the pre-qualification sheet to go under contract. This was my first home buying experience. Which is fine as I found an amazing company that did a fantastic job through Yelp. Refi is already done and signed on Wednesday. But just so they know... I will make the initial contact, but you either want my business or you don't. Guess not this time. No hard feeling and not upset. Just leaving a review. Edit: I am going to bump up to 3. I was reached out to and definitely felt remorse on their end on the mix up. I obviously cannot give them a high rating as I didn't get to work with them and don't know how well they do personally. But from the amount of positive ratings they have received from others they may be worth checking out. My mix up appears to be just a small blip and not of the ordinary.

We are giving them 5 stars and definitely would use them again and recommend them highly. Our first visit was on a Saturday morning and we went in to just take a look as we had no plans to remodel for another 18-24 months. We talked to Alec who answered all of our questions about how things work and schedule an appointment to come out and take measurements. We met with Alec once and Amy a few times fine tuning our design and choices. They were both professional and easy to work with. Although they offer a demo service, we needed to have some modifications done to our walls, which they do not offer, so we used our own demo guy. But we coordinated with Amy for her to come back out and do a final measure once the structural work was complete. We also changed the flooring so I had 3 contractors to schedule. Our cabinets came in on time and I was kept informed of delivery times and when to expect the installers and who would be coming. Everyone was on time and did a great job. We are thrilled with Design and Stone, with special thanks to Amy and Chloe for always being in touch and making good suggestions- not all of which we took!
