We had to move a playhouse out of a backyard. He custom fabricated special adapters just to move my specific playhouse to ensure it wouldn't be damaged and didn't charge any extra for that. He was a super cool guy and as helpful as could be. He showed up and helped put the playhouse on dollys, that he helped supply, helped push it across the yard to a better extraction point and made sure everything went smoothly. The crane operator was professional and precise. This was the third company I called. They were literally a third of the price that the next closest price I was quoted! That's right, 200% cheaper! They will be moving the playhouse into place for me in a couple weeks when I have the final resting place ready. I look forward to working with them again and hope I need a crane again someday as this whole experience was surprisingly delightful!

I have been using Priority Pumping for about 5 years now and every year I have them pump my septic and they are just wonderful! When he was done he stated that the toilets were still backing up and that I had a clog and for $300 they could jet it out. I said ok, and now 7 months later right back to issues of vlogging in same area. I had another plumber come out and used his auger and found 2 more clogs. He said there is no way that this was jetted out fully. I feel that if it was a clog all along and not a full septic they would have informed me that tank is not full in the beginning. He confirmed my appointment and said that their appointment window is between 9:30-11:00AM. Which I thought was fine. He also explained their installation and answered all my questions. BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED!!! I even gave them extra time and at 1PM I called. My call went to voicemail mail so I left a message stating that no one came or called to say they would be left and to call me. Today is Tuesday and 12:30 PM and still no return call. THIS IS NO EXCUSE! MY TIME IS JUST AS VALUABLE AS THEIRS!! I guess when the price seems too good to be true it is!

I was appalled how blatantly the owner "Steve" did a "Bait & Switch" on me; after they finished…read moremoving exactly (7) pieces of furniture (temporarily) out and (supposedly) back into my bedroom while new carpet was being installed. It ONLY took them exactly 38 minutes! In advance I had called and spoke to a nice young lady at "Romero Moving" who I described in detail that I needed hire someone to "lift and carry" furniture: mainly queen size bed & dresser, too heavy for me to lift while the carpet was being replaced. The SMALL JOB was verbally negotiated for $200 cash ("Round trip") essentially $100 X 2. Well, to make a long "scam" short. The owner Steve "played clueless" about the original quote requiring a $50 advance deposit to him via ZELLE__$200 "CASH" total for the entire little job, even though I had also spoken to him directly regarding the moving details. After they moved my furniture out (not back in) Steve attempted to extort me for a whopping $400 cash. Of course I was shocked and FIRMLY REFUSED! I paid him $150 cash, and demanded he leave immediately! Anyone considering hiring ROMERO MOVING please THINK TWICE to potentially avoiding your furniture being "taken hostage."
