Called Kayla back and she said its $125/hr with a 2 hour minimum and an 8% surcharge. NONE of that was mentioned in our conversation when scheduling the appointment. While she did agree to remove the 8% surcharge, I still had to pay double the agreed amount. I will never use this company again!

Wayne is always dependable in a time of need. He comes at any hour of day and is always on call. I appreciate the fact that he has never tried to sell us services we do not need and always considers and offers the least expensive way to repair our A/C or heater when problems arise. He also is very helpful in advising you how you can best maintain your appliances throughout the year.
