Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night. Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed. All in all, kudos! No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended. read more

Jason came highly recommended by a ServPro manager I was speaking with. ServPro rep said that if I ever had any plans of making an insurance claim or holding my landlord accountable, a mold hygienist report is essential. So glad I called! Jason & his staff were super compassionate & prompt. Jason came out to squeeze us in last minute to his busy schedule, gave great guidance & confirmed our worst fears: stachybotrys aka black mold in our unit with a 16 page, detailed professional report within 48 hours of their visit. Gave us the validation we needed to vacate our apartment. Experienced nothing but promptness, professionalism & above & beyond courtesy. People who complain about Jason's attitude must be confusing "customer service" with a "doormat" & have likely never worked a day in customer service their entire life. You get out what you put in. I'd take those reviews with a grain of salt. Sounds like they most likely come from some entitled folk. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. I managed to catch Jason during an exceptionally busy week with work taking him all over the state. But he fit me in, never once acted like I was a burden, & was going the extra mile all while hobbling around on a torn meniscus on top of it! Jason & his staff took great care of us and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Envision3 team! In fact, I'm using him again as my landlord seems to think it's ok to do a demolition of a black mold infested wall without removing my property from the site first. First of all being a female who lives alone and is only 20 years old I was very impressed with how I didn't feel like I was about to be taken advantage of for knowing nothing about these things. Jason is quite possibly the rudest person I have encountered. Called to get an invoice for what I had already paid for, as the invoice sent to the insurance company differed from mine and was greeted by "yes we got your 12 voicemails" only 2 mind you, with no reply. Then a "check your spam" and "are we done here?" I stated what was sent and what I paid was different from what the insurance was given "not my problem take it up with the insurance company" not really sure how he gets business with this attitude. The customer service was horrible. When I did pay the invoice they were all sent to the insurance company and not myself so I had no idea what to pay. Not only this, but another person was called previously to test for the same thing he did and that invoice was 1000 less, not to mention they had to return because they didn't get the correct testing done the first time So definitely a discrepancy and with this horrible attitude will never use or recommend. I never write reviews but I always check yelp for them before hiring a professional or eating at a new restaurant. After finding envision during an internet search I went to check them out on yelp...they had no reviews, but in this particular case I took a chance and used envision. Jason showed up at our home and made us very comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge from the get go. He collected his samples and took the time to explain to us the possible health effects with the mold areas and the remediation options we had. The price was lower than the other 2 mold inspection places we called and we got our report the next day. I would highly recommend envision to all. read more

I bought test kit from Pro-Lab at Ace Hardware that was NEGATIVE for many of the molds that Jason of Envision 3 found in my home. It did not go off well just trying to contact him. for many days, left him voicemail and texts, finally he called back but missed me. After few more attempts I got him on the phone. Immediately he angrily told me he does not answer calls on weekend, after inquiring on price to inspect a condo, he said if you don't like my price go find someone else. Wow, he has an attitude problem !! I got on the phone and find another company to come out the next day at a better price !! You are not the only company in town !! This is my second review on Envision3 Group and I see there are many others with 5 stars appointed and they are well deserve. Jason is just a real nice guy who honestly wants to help others. If you are feeling sick and cannot figure out what is wrong with you, if you feel constantly tired, headaches, rashes, allergies and just feel foggy, consider having your place checked for mold by Jason. Jason found Stachybotrys in my place and the landlord had to have it remediated. I have not been back in yet, but I feel better just being away from there. My a/c was so wedged with debris it was disgusting. Black mold DOES live in Arizona. And you can die from it. Give Jason a call. He is fair and very trust-worthy. read more
