When the passed away we continued the service with them. They come out twice a month to check and change filters for our A/C and heating. Within the last 6 months the dampers to open the flow of air wasn't working correctly. We had someone whom was doing work at our house and he did some work on the A/C which was a mistake. We called Burgeson's and they fixed everything that was needed. New A/C unit, changed the ducts from four systems to two, more efficient for the house. New thermostats on the wall that connect to our phone to change temperature when we're here or gone. They wore booties to keep floors clean and also laid a covering on the floor. They are very knowledgeable and were great discussing what they were doing. They also cleaned up any messes afterwards. They are the best, they also do solar, check out all the services they do. Very qualified technicians. Since there has been a service with them since 1980 they gave us a good discount. We also got a discount through Lenex and through the state.
