It was less than $2 and was heated and good! It was handed to me in a bag (I was hoping to eat it on a plate but guess this is mostly to go stuff). I would probably get it again though. Very affordable.

If you want an "in and out" place, this probably wouldn't work, but if you want a true shopping experience, this is it! It's bright, colorful, interesting and there are massive amounts of items to choose and enjoy. There is also the advantage of being able to look at a piece of furniture, for example, and take it with you that day. So many convenient items as well that you know you want, but you haven't found it yet, it is here! Of course, being a food lover, I really like the cafe! They have the best shrimp salad! Reminds me of the old department store days when I used to lunch with my Mom and feel like a grown up. It's so fresh, tasty and affordable! The famous meatballs, mashed and gravy do not disappoint! The lingonberry jam makes you want to grab a jar to go. Gotta say, even their chicken fingers are good! Another crowd pleaser, the many desserts to choose from! The dining room has large windows and a wonderfully bright setting for an easygoing eating experience! Service: there really is nothing to speak of in the store. It's all self-serve and self check out. The cafe people are very nice though.

There were a couple rips in the material, the taping on the seams between sheets zigzagged; and this is on the factory cut edge that's perfectly straight. They used the spray foam to adhere the tarp to the cinderblocks. Some spots have huge spray foam globs that sank and pushed the material out creating air gaps. The only way that can happen is there is a critical shortage of fasteners holding the material up, I've seen less than 10 on the whole job so far. There are spots where the spray foam looks like melted cheese, its disgusting. The entire area has a layer of dirt and hundreds of spray foam turds along the walls. The two 'doors' they put on for $1000 were 2x4 and pvc board with 2 screws, absolutely unacceptable. When I called to talk to the crew they said they had swept out the area, I laughed and hung up on those liars. There is numerous work material trash left under there including a 2 tank spray foam setup. They also spray foamed 2 interior walls that were not part of the work plan and didn't need it. I had the supervisor come out to take a look and he pointed out more things wrong and said this needed to get made right. Guess someone forgot to write something down because when the next crew came to make repairs, they didn't have the materials they needed cause it wasn't written on the work service order thing. It's a month later and I still haven't received any before or after photos from them of their work but boy am I glad I went down there and took my own. I know it can be grueling work, but for something that is supposed to bring peace of mind about your home, this has been a nightmare. If you need go with anyone else

I don't recommend this company…read more You most certainly will get denied anything that was not working and/or was mentioned in the home inspection prior to you taking the house. They expect you or the seller to correct those issues prior to taking ownership of the home. The other major thing that seems to get them out of most claims -- they only cover "failure," so if you're having something that works intermittently, good luck. I had some electrical work done - one part of which was replacing an old breaker panel that could possibly set the house on fire. Since the breaker technically hadn't failed yet, I had to pay out of pocket (~$4k). Odd thing is that if the breaker did fail it would likely mean my house had gone up in smoke, which is why I pre-emptively replaced it with something new. Save the money for APHW's premium for actual repairs and don't waste your Realtor's money if it is being given as a gift!

It is just a scam. Avoid dealing with this company. It is disreputable and dishonest. In our case, the home seller purchased a warranty. Literally the day after we moved in the furnace died. The warranty should have covered the $600 repair. In one (1) call, we were told it would be covered. The next call asked more information before the claim could be processed. We were even told that the heating contractor, with whom I was speaking when APHW called in, didn't answer their phone. The obfuscation and dishonest responses make dealing with them testy and unpleasant. I would be ashamed to work for a company such as this
