My mom was at the counter to make the purchase and the woman working as the cashier, told the customer behind my mom to come up to skip. The man stated, "she was here first" and the worker said, "she's on her phone" in a nasty manner. Since when does customer service end because someone has a phone up to their ear? My mom needed to be checked out and she didn't deserve to not get service. Also, when my mom first got into the store, she asked this same woman if there was a sweatsuit for kids and the woman was extremely rude to her and I could hear her, as I was on the phone. I think that the customer service in here needs an awakening, as there are other stores that customers can shop at, or even online.

She said she was busy and just didn't like for people to dig in the drawers. All this was uncalled for and the fact that Susan did not offer an apology for making my daughter feel bad was just unacceptable. We will easily spend 500-700 dollars each year. This location will no longer be the one we visit. The store offers such beautiful suits and I really wish that they had beautiful employees to sale and assist people who are willing to spend that amount of money for bathing suits.
