I interrupted them to ask for assistance . However they were ready to help. I was shown the slim section of Strapless Bras. Another associate came to help me. She measured my chest and gave her opinion on the fit. She was really helpful. I chose a pretty Bronze Strapless Bra with the VS initials in the center of the Bra. The fit isn't perfect but oh well. It was sort of snug in the back and sort of sticky on the sides. The straps are detachable and it was $40.00. I love the place because it's Pink. There's always a line but goes by fast. Victoria always has new merchandise no matter the season. Well, I found out Victoria's secret's. Some of her Employees are professional and some are not, she doesn't offer a good selection of Strapless Bras and the Bra's are over priced and uncomfortable. No wonder she's kept things a secret. This Denise woman told her that it wasn't a policy of VS anymore and displayed a unpleasant attitude that really was a shock to me. My wife loves VS and her treatment at the store by this Denise person has caused her to develop a major resentment. I hope if anybody by chance goes to the Hulen Victoria Secrets anytime soon, you will be aware of this Denise person, she's a woman you don't want to have any dealings with, especially if your trying to be appreciated for being a loyal Customer like my wife.

I went into letting them know that I had paid with Apple Pay, and I asked how the returns work for that, and it was insane from there. The girl training in the front was very kind and patient. However when she called the assistant manager for help, the assistant manager was giving me some weird looks like she was annoyed and or suspicious or something. I asked if there was an alternative in refunding my money, like if she could do cash. I asked if she could seek further info on a return for Apple Pay, she was very very annoyed. She told me there was nothing they could do and I had to plead with her and ask her to pls call someone above her to ask for details as I was leaving the city of Fort Worth to Houston and i am a paramedic (don't wear scrubs) so store credit was not of use for me. I wanted to make sure the money would be refunded into. Y bank account. It was like pulling teeth, she refused to give me the number to corporate, she refused initially to contact someone above her before she actually did. She refused to give me her name, she told me that " I needed to learn to listen", and she ignored me when I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me. I want to note.. that there is nothing wrong with not knowing how to do something, but being in a leader position, you would think that she would know to call the next person in the chain of command to ask for further help/guidance. She made it such a complicated process, and had such a bad attitude the entire time, it felt like high school and clearly a bad example to the trainee and also very unprofessional. Never going to this location if I ever need scrubs again.

My cashier, Leisha, was very friendly and was really patient as I struggled to get my loyalty account to work. The store is well organized and spotlessly clean.
