They were so quick and genuinely happy to help me exactly how I needed. They turned what could have been an awkward rush into a super pleasant experience. Seriously, Boot Barn, you've got some amazing associates in Cassey and Boston! I truly hope they get recognition!

Technically, this would be zero stars due to the rude and disappointing customer service…read more We walked into the store and were not greeted or acknowledged by the three young employees standing behind the counter talking amongst themselves. We were the only customers in the store at the time, so it was especially noticeable that no one made any effort to welcome us or offer assistance. I found an item of clothing I wanted to try on and went to the dressing room, only to find it full of clothing that previous customers had tried on. Items were hanging on the hooks and scattered all over the floor. The dressing room clearly had not been checked or cleaned. I continued looking around the store and was never approached by an employee to ask if I needed assistance. Eventually, I decided to leave without making a purchase. As I was walking out the door, one of the employees said, "You should try Sharps; they have sales going on," while another employee added, "Or Ross or TJ Maxx." I responded, "Wow, look at you pushing customers to other stores. How nice." I have never experienced customer service quite like this. Rather than trying to assist a customer or make a sale, the employees essentially suggested that we shop somewhere else. Unfortunately, the entire experience left me with the impression that customers are being judged when they walk through the door rather than welcomed and treated with respect. Regardless of how someone looks or what they are wearing, every customer deserves professional, courteous, and respectful treatment. Management should take a serious look at the customer service being provided in this store and consider whether employees are being properly trained on how to interact with customers. Based on other reviews, it appears that customer service may be an ongoing concern at this location. I would not recommend this Boot Barn location based on my experience. I certainly will not be returning.

My favorite summer dress is one that my Dad gave me from there, and I had pulled it out of the backseat of my Jaguar, last time it was running. It was stolen, and everything inside of it, was gone. Thank God I got the dress, for there is no other one anywhere. It had a electrical fire, but the building is still standing. I'm going to see Dad tonight at the Nursing home and will be so happy to tell him about seeing the store on the internet. It is my sons 19th b day today. I will get real photos on here, for sure. All the customers made the store, Robert Baptist, Lois, from the bookseller, who came in to wind down every afternoon, and Robert would say, "Lois, shes's a socialite", and laugh. Doug and Jesse, from Gene Autrey, TaTa and Bill, who delivered for T&M Pharmacy, Nita, who always told us she had to come by, cause she looked so damn good that day. Buddy, who bought a shirt there everyday, and threw the old one in the trash, and if he didn't, he said, "well you let the fish off the hook today!" Mary, with the blood red lipstick, still alive. smokes cigars. love them all!
