This location…read moreis closest to me, but the customer service has not been up to the usual standard for this company, so I usually go to Dallas or Fort Worth. HOWEVER, I gave it a shot today and I am so glad I did! Susan is the personal swimsuit guru you have always wanted, plus she makes the whole experience fun (swimsuit shopping? fun?? I know. right?) She helped me pick out not one but TWO fabulous swim sets in my budget. Not only that, but she checked items for me online and helped me narrow down options. Plano EBW, you have earned my loyalty. No more trips to Dallas or Fort Worth! yay!

Today the store manager Susan was extremely rude and ebarassed my daughter and her friend. Not once did she ask if she could help her but instead made her feel small and demanded that my daughter refold the bottoms that my daughter picked up to look at. I was not there but did call to speak with Susan after my daughter left distraught about how she was treated. Susan immediately became aggressive with me over the phone and explained that she was just joking about my daughter refolding the bottoms. I told her I didn't think that was funny at all and why didn't she offer to help my if she felt like my daughter looking for her size in the drawers below the suite hanging that she liked was an issue. She said she was busy and just didn't like for people to dig in the drawers. All this was uncalled for and the fact that Susan did not offer an apology for making my daughter feel bad was just unacceptable. We will easily spend 500-700 dollars each year. This location will no longer be the one we visit. The store offers such beautiful suits and I really wish that they had beautiful employees to sale and assist people who are willing to spend that amount of money for bathing suits. Susan you should be ashamed of yourself. I ended the phone call with Susan with I hope you have a good day and maybe you should learn some manners. Customer lost all because a manager did not know how to be kind and helpful. She chose to be crude and disrespectful.

It's a whole attraction in itself!…read more Walking into the Scheels at Grandscape felt less like "running errands" and more like entering a Texas-sized amusement park that also sells everything you could ever need. This place is huge--two floors of sporting goods wonderland with a giant fish tank arch on the first floor! There are tons of Texas and Dallas Cowboys-themed photo ops, a literal Ferris wheel inside the store, and a massive café with food options, beef jerky bar, and tons of fudge and candied nuts. Bonus points for the staff--everyone I came across was genuinely kind, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there :)

After waiting for 20 minutes with my drivers license, credit card and social security card visibly in my hand I had a lady cut me off in line. Man behind the counter sees it, I let it slide...and then when she's done the cashier takes another guy who had been there 30 seconds. Now I am pissed, but also fascinated at the incompetence I am witnessing. Out of boredom and curiosity I wait for the bald dilbert at the other cashier station to finally finish checking someone out, after 25 minutes, so I step forward. 3-4 minutes go by and he doesn't acknowledge my presence. Then he calls out the name of someone without even looking at me and proceeds to get into a lengthy conversation and I am back at square 1. 30 minutes, made it to the front, no acknowledgment of my existence. All of you people are not qualified to take change at a toll road. The savings on the firearms does not make up for the nonexistent customer service and lack of common sense that is hovering over this entire department. All of you suck at life.
