I'll start with the good then the bad. They got me in extremely last minute. To my surprise the very friendly staff and Doctor saw me l, even as a new patient. I was extremely impressed by this. All their rooms were clean, organized and appeared well maintained. I have a really bad phobia of things in my eyes and can deal with the old puff style pressure test but the new style creeps me out and they were able to do it relatively quick with minimal discomfort or distress on my part. They have a decent selection of frames but seems a little steep on the price but that's ok as I prefer to shop and spend my money locally. Found a pair that was similar to what I had but it was larger and therefore heavier. I placed my order for them and it took about a week to come in as I got special lenses. This is where it turned south for me. They came in and I was given the glasses without any attempt to fit them to me. The one nose piece was very badly bent to one side and I asked if they could adjust it (I didn't want to break it being brand new). She adjusted the one yet didn't touch the other which I had to manipulate to make even with the first one. When I put them on WOW. Not a good wow. I'm 40 and have had glasses since I was 10 or so. The focal point was off or something. Being new I told her it was off but it was probably just the new prescription I had to get used to, so I left. I didn't even make it to my vehicle and the nose piece she had just adjusted broke off. I turned around and went back in to tell them. Unfortunately they did not have another one of this frame in stock. They apologized and said they'd get it ordered. A week goes by and still no replacement. A second week goes by and they finally have the replacement. The new one the nose pieces are in good shape and not needing major adjustments, just a few minor tweaks on my part. The new frames have the same focal issue. I tried and tried to get used to them. I seriously thought I was having a medical issue at one point when I couldn't read a price tag at the store. Headaches and blurred vision. I finally placed a zenni, online china based store, order with the new Rx and waited. In my mind I was prepared for the same focal issues and headaches but within SECONDS of putting on this internet stores order my headache went away and I can read again. I orderef from the online place about 4 years ago and had reorder the same frames but with the new prescription. I don't know what got screwed up but this has been and painful experience. TWO stars ONLY because they were friendly and very accommodating of my schedule. I don't know if their lab messed it up or they entered the wrong numbers, or the frames weren't designed for my pupil distance, or what! I would recommend them for the doctors services but absolutely NOT for the glasses.

Multiple calls made Tuesday and Wednesday went directly to voicemail without response. I did not receive a return call until Thursday afternoon. When I returned that call, it again went to voicemail. When I left a voicemail on Thursday returning the receptionist's call, I believed the clinic might be experiencing phone system issues and wanted to make them aware. My husband, a new patient, experienced the same issue after calling five times in one day without reaching staff. On Friday, the receptionist returned my call and left a voicemail stating, "your phone also goes to voicemail, and just like you're busy, so are we." This response was concerning given the context of repeated unsuccessful attempts to reach the clinic for medical care. As of Friday, I have not been scheduled for an appointment. Based on this experience, timely access to care and effective communication appear to be limited. I would not recommend this clinic to patients who require prompt medical attention.

Chris and I both started to cry with our mouths wide open! She said, what's wrong, no ma'am these are happy tears!
