I have to give credit where it's due. We'd been having some bizarre issue with our lights randomly going off and on for no apparent reason. I had replaced bulbs, but they continued to go out. In comes....JULIO to save the day! Very nice man. Great personality, and more than that, he was honest and fair. Turns out we didn't haven't paranormal activity, just some bad connections and the need for some more new bulbs. But a good laugh was had by all. Not only did Julio do a fantastic job taking care of the light situation, he referred us to someone for attic work we needed done. We've bought an old home... so fixing it up will be a constant process. Finding good, LICENSED contractors that keep their rates affordable is no small feat. Not only did Julio charge us a very fair price for his time and labor, but he connected us to someone we ended up using to do another job- and HE gave us a very good rate as well. I bought my first home and Julio helped me re-wire our kitchen (many outlets, power for dish washer, microwave-oven, fridge, power for kitchen island, etc). He also added 6 LED lights on the high ceiling, and my living room looks really amazing now! All of them have been done in just 4 hours. Julio is a passionate, professional licensed electrician. He not only did a great job, he taught me lots of stuff during the process and has been very thoughtful the whole time. His guys are really nice and professional too! One lesson I learned from this is that NEVER EVER to hire a handyman to do the electrical work. He came out and looked at the project and knew exactly what was needed to pass inspection. His estimate was very competitive. He was always responsive when communicating about the project.
