Our house looked like a Jerky Smoker whenever we used the Chimney. I called Jason and he came out right on time. Charged the quoted amount and cleaned about 30 years worth of ashes out of our flu. Also found several cracks and told us how to repair or what to ask for when we call a contractor. Beautiful person to do business with. The force is strong with him. Recommend! True Professional! read more

He arrived early, fantastic work. We do definitely recommend him! We will be sure to call him again when we need service Editing my review..... I contacted this business to get the dryer vent cleaned bc it never got cleaned before. The owner/tech showed up on time and looked at our dryer and the vent opening . He said due to the proximity of the dyer and the vent opening, we would never need the dryer vent professionally cleaned. I wanted to pay for his time driving to my house and diagnosing, but he told us to just keep our money. I was really appreciative of the gesture. It's refreshing to come across such an honest business, especially one that went out of its way to help me out like this. I would recommend this business 100% just for the honesty, kindness, and professionalism that I experienced today. read more

This was the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with and I'd have given them no stars if that was an option. I called and e-mailed to schedule an appointment. Jason asked what city I live in and this informations provided. We agreed upon a date and time but when I never heard back I e-mailed the company. I was told an appointment had not been made for me because I hadn't provided my address. Of course I was never asked for my address. The company never bothered to contact me in order to get this information. I was subsequently told they could not schedule me for a week and a half which is after the holidays. Customer service is clearly a foreign concept for this company and if you want a company that actually shows up you should go with another company. read more

I wanted to verify that my chimney was ready for the winter months. Jason was very professional and kind. In addition to cleaning and resealing cracks for my piece of mind, he also explained things about my chimney that I was unaware of. He also gave great advice and answered all my questions. I was able to get ahold of the company and schedule the service very quickly and easy. The cost of service is also highly reasonable. I recommend this company for your chimney needs. read more

This review is long overdue but I was so impressed with Jason @ Above All Chimney Sweep because he was so friendly, knowledgeable and super professional. We just moved here and I was so afraid of turning on the chimney since I didn't know when was the last time it was cleaned. Jason was so helpful. Not only did he inspect the chimney but also gave me like a crash course which I was thankful for. He set up and cleaned after. There was no evidence of any kind of mess nor even a single ash! He was so punctual and practiced covid safety. We will definitely be calling Jason back later this year. read more

I moved into my house recently and have never had a wood burning fireplace before. I looked at various services to have my chimney inspected/cleaned and decided to call Above All. Jason responded very quickly. After setting up an appointment, he arrived on time and immediately got to work. He took great care to explain every part of the process and was upfront about costs and expectations. I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail, and the care he placed in making sure everything was clean and tidy. He took great measures to make sure everything was safe during this time of Covid - he wore a mask and gloves and was very respectful of our space. I even asked him to look at the dryer vent during his appointment. He inspected everything and and then explained to me how my particular dryer vent doesn't need regular cleaning. That speaks to his honesty and trustworthiness. I plan to hire Jason at Above All Chimney Sweep services every year from now on. It's rare that you find a business these days with this level of professional attitude. read more

We had Jason come over to give us a quote and he was on time and called when he was on his way. He was very professional and a nice guy. He came to clean out our dryer vent the next morning. I had a great experience with Jason the owner. I needed some expert advice about what to do with my fireplace. I just moved in, used it once and it was a disaster. He came and inspected the fireplace and gave me options about I could do. He didn't push me in one direction or the other, just told me the benefits of both options and let me choose. Later, he came and did the work I requested in a timely, efficient and clean manner. I'm so happy with my fireplace and I have Jason to thank. read more

Repeat customer here. Last year Jason took out loads of lint from the dryer vent, so now that I know about annual maintenance, I called him out again this year and the gunk was not as bad so my dryer will dry clothes faster and lower my electric bills as it has been. Jason and helper were very professional and nice, prompt and called ahead. I also tipped/paid extra $20 for his and his helper's lunch since they were so nice and appreciate their dedication and professionalism. read more

So what attracted me to call Above All Chimney Sweep was the website. It was very personal and well written. When i called Jason, the owner actually picked up the phone and ANSWERED IT! I REALLY LIKED that I didn't have to leave a message. On the phone he was as personal as his website and took care to answer my questions, not just rush me to "book an appointment". We then set the appointment and he came THE NEXT DAY!! He came with his son who was just as nice as his Father, Jason! They both were courteous and allowed me to ask questions as they worked! All i can say is i would highly recommend Above All Chimney Sweep! FAST-CLEAN-PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY! read more
