Cami was a pleasure chatting via Yelp to get all the information of the service needed. Cost was good value to competitors because you didn't HAVE to include package unit in service if it was already done. I always get my AC Units serviced in June to prepare for the summer. Cami is super prompt in chat/text and wonderful in setting us up on the calendar. Was professionally invoiced for Zelle payment after the service for my record keeping and warranty. Would recommend this business to others suffering from respiratory issues and home was never serviced before. I moved in 2014 and never had this done, was told most of my ducts were fairly normal in accumulation but a few were very filthy in the rooms with heavy renovation.

Bryan of Aire Serve came by on Tuesday (at my request) to look over and test my A/C unit. Not that anything was malfunctioning, but we had not inspected it for over six years. I thought the duty cycle was a bit longer than usual, perhaps indicating a loss of refrigerant. Bryan is well trained, polite, and professional. As an engineer, I like to see the data, and it turned out all the parameters (pressures, temperatures, current draw, etc.) were within normal ranges. I suppose the hot weather recently, taxed my system some, resulting in the longer duty cycles. I have stored photos of all the data readouts which Aire Serve provided me subsequently. Daved was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Dr Dryer Duct to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy dryer vent cleaning and repair services. A huge thanks to Anthony and Tiffany for coordinating all the logistics, Anthony in particular was so helpful from start to finish, always available, responded immediately to any question, and just made the whole process incredibly easy. An especially big thanks to our installer Bobby and his crew who did such an exceptional job carefully removing the old system and doing a beautiful install of the new one. They also completely reworked the AC closet, moving the system forward and sealing everything off cleanly, what was once a poorly converted linen closet now has potential for usable space behind it. Whereas the old system sounded like a jet engine taking off, the new Mitsubishi is astonishingly quiet, the condenser is outside our bedroom and you hear literally nothing. It works flawlessly and has been keeping the house perfectly cool through what's shaping up to be a hot summer. This was not an easy install either. The house, like many older homes, is full of quirks and Diamond did an amazing job working around all the pitfalls that come with squeezing a central HVAC system into a house not originally designed for one.
