My favorite girl Sara is so awesome for facials I had to book around her days because everyone loves her! My appointment began with the nurse not knowing my history of melanoma -- something that should be clearly noted and prioritized after a decade of care. The doctor came in rushed, didn't take the time to answer even basic skincare questions, and instead referred me to their spa upstairs. On top of that, the prescription the doctor said would be sent to my pharmacy was never submitted. The frustration continued when I attempted to schedule my 6-month follow-up. I was told that the doctor I've been seeing for the last two years is "not taking new patients," and that I would need to switch providers within the practice -- despite being an established, long-term patient. It left me feeling dismissed and undervalued. Because of these issues, I've since found a new dermatologist and will no longer be a client of this practice. After so many years of loyalty, I expected better care, better communication, and better continuity. I hope they take this feedback seriously.

Teen facials can also reduce the risk of scarring from acne. A professional Esthetician can safely extract blemishes without causing inflammation or scarring. However, Angelique spent 2 hours of Thing One's face (wow). Not only did Angelique get his extractions done but also waxed his brows and provided tips for clean and healthy skin. Further this facial included a thorough skin analysis, and skin exfoliation using ultrasonic exfoliation to loosen surface dry cells. Steam was also included to soften the pores, which allowed for the manual extractions done safely so as not to harm the integrity of the skin. A customized mask appropriate for Thing One's skin type was applied as a last step. When the facial was complete, Thing One's face was glowing and pristine. The care shown in this appointment was above and beyond. I do intend to bring Thing One back at four month intervals for regular maintenance. #bewellcentraltexas

I went for my initial consultation at Vibrant with Heidi for lamprobe to remove skin tags in my…read moreneck area. I've always been a bit self-conscious about it, and have been wanting to get this procedure done for a while. Heidi was super sweet and very informative and knowledgeable during the consultation and day of procedure, and it made the whole process much more comfortable. The lamprobe procedure consisted of little zaps against the skin tags. I would say the level of pain is tolerable, maybe just slightly uncomfortable. However, it all goes by really quickly. After the procedure, my neck was red and then the skin tags t urned a dark brown/black color, scabbed up, and then it all came off within 1.5-2 weeks. I couldn't be happier with the results! The before and after pic speak for itself!! The entire staff is awesome here, and I've opted to do monthly facials with Yvonne. So far every interaction I've had with the different staff members have been pleasant. I would highly recommend coming here!!
