From the discussion following my free estimate, I knew I would be in good hands. The response time was excellent and I was happy to have such an experienced plumbing specialist, locating and repairing the leak. Had there been more movement in the cracked ABS, this could have been disastrous. The response time mitigated further damage. Even the removal of the stucco was done with care and precision. The owner was in constant communication with the specialist, and I was never left out of the loop. It's reassuring that Abound does major plumbing installation but will also take on smaller projects. I had two showers that were leaking really bad for a while. Been waiting on KB Homes (new house build) to repair them for about 1 year! Finally had enough and selected Abound Plumbing from a few quotes. They were super professional, clean, and expeditious. Very impressed with this family owned business. We recently moved into a home in Eagle Ridge. The upstairs master bath had two issues; 1.) it needed an old widespread faucet replaced and new 8 inch widespread faucet installed and 2.) the shower head had a slow drip which indicated the internal workings were going and that too needed to be removed and new parts installed. I contacted several plumbers and Jose Avalos of Abound Plumbers was the first to contact me and the only one to give an upfront, reasonable quote that he did not later change. What an outstanding experience with Jose and his business partner David from Dave's Specialized Rooter. With impending guests and a backed up sewer line and NO clean out, David and Jose got the hole dug, clean out installed and pipe cleaned out quickly, correctly, politely, on estimate (under actually) and they were both a pleasure to deal with. Jose was able to assist with virtually no notice and sorted out the diagnostics and estimate quickly. He and David did the permitting, were very kind to my mother, were VERY respectful of her precious plants and made it all work with zero interference to us or our guests. Jose is a greattt guy. He responded immediately to my request. He came out, showed me the issue and immediately went to work fixing it. This was. It just some clogged drain.
