Rats! Rats! Rats! Do not rent a unit here. They should tell you at the start they are infested and aware of it. This storage facility is infested with rats. I pay $461 a month for my unit to have everything in my unit destroyed. They're clearly aware of the infestation their insurance does not cover infestation damages and they clearly could not give a crap about you or your things here. Go anywhere, but Able Storage in Rialto and I mean anywhere your property will all be damage and if it is not damageable, it will be pooped and peed on by rats. Consistently good service. Held a few units with them but had to move on due to increasing rates and distance. Nothing on ABLE though, I had the units for years and the increases were fairly intermittent and reasonable. Pricing was always competitive with other units in the area. read more

Very competitive prices. Staff appears pleasant. However, I had to ask the name of the gentleman that was helping me as we signed contracts and he accepted my money and never bothered to introduce himself. Facility is clean, organized. They are INFESTED with rats. A real health hazard. I don't have any furniture or soft materials stored that rats would be attracted to and still my unit is filled with poop and is difficult to breathe in there. They have incredibly restricted hours, you can't go in after 6 and if you leave at 7 or a minute later you will be locked in with no way to leave which is also dangerous. Every other storage unit I have rented have allowed you to exit after hours and just charge you a fee. They have a number to call but no one answers. read more

Beware of Able Storage. I had my file missing . From their office and changed, when rewritten.Items stolen even when I'm located between cameras . Rats infestation in the last year. I have been renting a unit t from this location for over a year. I also have a unit at a different storage unit. These people are rude and they talk over you and do not allow you to finish your inquiry. I continued to talk progressively louder and slower as to make him aware I was not done talking. He yelled at me to stop talking to him like a child, then he hung up on me and when I called back they refused to answer the phone. These people kept changing phone payments. They changed to in person payments or online payments. Their website is horrible as I have been trying to make a payment online since October and it won't take payments. Be forewarned that these people are as nice as can be because they want your business. They are quite expensive and there are many other nicer facilities for a significant amount lower than able storage. I highly recommend you keep looking and do not consider able storage as they are the biggest crooks in the business. They make it difficult to make payments but they are quick to add the late fees and any other fees they come up with. These people need to be shut down. read more

This is a very affordable storage place and the guys in the office are helpful! It's 100° outside and Martin came out to help me push my vehicle into my unit after the battery died then he helped my mom get her lock working after we kind of messed it up instead of telling her to buy another one. I am renting 2 storage spaces in this location. Initially I was happy with the service, the lights were on for 30 minutes and it gives me time to sort out my stuff. Then they changed the timer to 15 minutes and the last 4 months the timer comes off after 5 minutes. I have to walk every 5 minutes to where the sensor is for the lights to turn on again. I have asked the office to adjust the timer and they claimed that they cannot change it. The people at the desk are courteous and nice but niceties does not help me. I'm a senior citizen and going back and forth to have light in my unit gets tiring. I would discourage anybody to rent this storage! read more

Through unfortunate circumstance I was unable to use my storage and plead with the manager for a return no more than 8 hours later. Rented a storage unit for one month, enough time for mice to ruin furniture and mattresses and clothes. We vacated the unit along with some furry little friends. We spoke to the manager about the insurance and he was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Do not recommend this pace at all, you are better off looking for storage else where. read more

This storage facility is gigantic and every time I came in they always had a size that fits my needs and a price that fits my budget. I have been using this facility for the last 10 years for personal and business use and have always been very satisfy with the cleanliness of the facility and with their customer service. Steve the manager and the crew are always courteous and helpful and treated me like they wanted my business and have never acted like they were just on the clock. Thank YOU!! I've read some of the negative reviews on this facility and its unfortunate. I have never experienced any rodents while I was there or have heard from my fellow renters of having rodent problems. I don't know if I'm the lucky one but I will say I will not hesitate to use Able Storage again should the need come up. read more

After happily renting a unit and paying on time for six months, I decided it's time to down size after moving. We are given a grace period of five days to pay rent. I came in the day after my rent was due, to downsize the unit. They told me I would have to pay for my past due balance and a new balance for the new unit. HELL NO! I would not ever refer anyone to this storage faciity. Due to my misfortune I had to rent a storage unit here and was always on time. The day I moved out I was unable to fit one last item on my truck. I had to leave it behind and could only leave it in the storage because the rules state that you can not trash or any item on the premises. Due to financial hardship I wasn't able to retrieve the item. They auction off the item and then sent the balance to collections and the collection agency sued me and put a bank levy on my account.
