I called to follow up in the next week, and they said I would get a return call later that day. I did not receive any call and have not received any information in the last month. Not only does the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited sound great but the service is excellent…read more When I first got my jeep I noticed that the sound was horrible when I took the doors and the top off when driving 75-80 mph. The team here suggested the speakers and the amp. I typically wait a while for posting to yelp because I want to make sure that the product and service are spot on. These guys are the real deal. After bumping a switch on my amp while vacuuming, all that power blew a speaker, or maybe a few, in short order. I took it in over a year after I purchased the equipment and installation services. What happened? NO QUESTIONS ASKED... Just bring in a key and leave it with us. Absolutely fantastic service. They got it fixed in less than a day. As a busy person, it was great that this was taken care of in such short order. It was literally about a 3 minute process scheduling the work. No pointing fingers even though it was my fault. Seriously, I told them it was my fault they said it didn't matter and they still took care of me. I will be bringing my 48 Chevy here next because their work is too notch. And the sound...... Crisp and enjoyable at 80mph with the doors and top off.
