I love everything about this place. The atmosphere was really cool, the service was great, and the food was amazing. It has the best sangria I've ever had in the area. I wasn't expecting the menu to be as phenomenal as it was. It includes polish/Portuguese food and the dishes are delicious. The only problem is parking can be difficult.

One of my favorite local restaurants! Last few visits fortunate to have the Server Cesar! Cesar is absolutely fantastic! Thank you for the magnificent dining experience! My favorite is the salmon dish! & white sangria! Loved the tiramisu! See you soon!

You can always count on Abigail's for a great meal! Whether it's date night or dining with a larger group, Abigail's is a place we always come back to. I highly recommend starting with the garlic butter shrimp, so yummy! The grilled skirt steak is excellent and of course, the sangria is a must! Looking forward to nicer weather to dine out on the patio again. And SUPER excited to hear they will be offering brunch soon!!

Steak with Gorgonzola cheese over pasta! It was soooo good! The pomegranate champagne sangria was delicious as well!

Wow!! I've lived in Linden a while now and never stopped by. I decided to celebrate my birthday and was not disappointed! The food and service were A1!! Thank you to all the staff for making our dinner so special! The mayor was also having dinner which was a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend and will definitely be going back again!

Abigail's food is absolutely delicious. even the bacon cheeseburger has caramelized onions and mushrooms on it. Abigail's also has an outside area for when the weather is nice. it's just so relaxing in there. I never feel rushed. and the waitresses are just so sweet. my mother is handicapped and today the customers and this one young blonde waitress helped me out to my vehicle with my mother. They go above and beyond.

Visiting from out of town and decided to give this place a try and I'm glad that I did. A great mix of Eastern European and American food with great decor. Started off with the Pierogis (half meat and the other half potatoes and cheese). These aren't frozen or made from frozen dough. Very fresh ingredients with fresh pierogi dough. For my entree I had the pork chop (with onions, peppers, and sausage) and the portion was huge. Very fresh and perfectly cooked for a delicious lunch. The service was outstanding even while they had a pretty busy lunch rush. If you're in the area you must give this a try.

Vienna schnitzel - very good!

Pretty large restaurant with a lot of big tables. Met friends for dinner on a Saturday night - total of 9 adults and 2 children. The sangria (order by pitcher) was good but service was just ok. Most of the table never got water after asking multiple times so you can imagine how that ended... (hello hangover) yikes. Food was good. Pirogies and fried calamari were great to share! The veal schnitzel was very good. The Abigail Pear salad "citrus" dressing was no good, very oily with no flavor. The salad has a lot of potential and we really liked the avocado and grilled chicken but that was it! Bill was over $425 which is fine. They didn't split the bill at all and most of us had cash but 2 friends paid using CC. What wasn't fine was over an hour AFTER we LEFT one of our friends gets a call from the restaurant that the waiter made an error and undercharged us? She then was asked to read her CC # over the phone for an additional $40 charge?! WHAT? How absurd! They should have let it go and ate the $40 IMO. It was very awkward and honestly felt really unprofessional. The waiter made the error and somehow it became our problem? Sadly don't think we'll be back as a crew anymore since a few of us were really turned off....maybe the lesson here is would recommend folks pay in CASH? Too bad... really wanted to like this spot.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. Sometimes it's hard to find a great place when you are from out of town. We ordered from Abigail's favorites list. I had the Vienna schnitzel and hubby had the kielbasa with stuffed cabbage and pierogies. Everything was delicious, even the pickled red cabbage. We sat outside in their covered court yard. It was a very quaint, lovely space to have dinner. But inside seating is just as nice with white table cloths and candles. Very nice and cozy for a night out. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful. Parking is on the street, but learned later that the gas station across the street allows parking for the restaurant as well. If in the area again we will have dinner here again!

This was my first trip to Abigail's in about 2 years if not more, but let me tell you something, nothing has changed. The food is still phenomenal! I met two old coworkers for lunch, we were all equally satisfied with our food & drinks. The only complaint was our rice was cold, the waiter offered to heat it up, however we declined because we were getting ready to leave. My food was even better as leftovers. My favorite thing about this place is their Sangria, I had the Pomegranate Sangria & my friends had the Mango Sangria. If you are looking for good Sangria, this is the spot, they have a variety of flavors, not just Red or White. As for the price, this restaurant is moderately priced in my opinion and the portions are perfect. I urge you to give Abigail's a try, I don't think you will regret it.

For starters we had the shrimp tacos!!! $17 for 2 but worth every penny! And they were by far The best I've ever had!! Very fresh toppings and perfectly seasoned. And I loved the green sauce they topped it with. For dinner my husband and I split the $19 classic burger and substituted the fries for a Caesar salad. We also subbed the cheddar cheese for the smoked Gouda and omg chefs kiss!! Ordered it medium and It was cooked perfectly! For drinks we had a coke soda $3.50 and an uptown girl (lychee martini) $14 Both were good. The servers were really nice. The vibe was laid back. The volume of the music was perfect. The bathrooms were really clean. If ever in the area again I'd definitely come back!

I love their Caesar salad--it's consistently delicious and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The service is always awesome, and the staff makes the experience even better. On top of that, I find their prices to be very fair for the quality you get. Overall, I would absolutely recommend, this place is a solid go-to and you won't be disappointed!

I didn't see much space for huge parties but be mindful and make the reservation in advance. Went for an early dinner at around 6:00ish and was seated immediately. Service was on point. Now for the food. The seasoning was immaculate. We did try the griot app (not pictured) and it was very flavorful. The Rasta pasta dish was seasoned appropriately and provided a comfortable heat. If you are used to typical heat of pikliz then you may find the spice level was at a mild level which paired nicely with the passion 75. The drink tasted more like a spin on a mimosa but I was wish the passionfruit was from the fruit to bring in the tartness - still good. The cheesecake was pretty standard. The glaze on top balanced out the creaminess well.

A few of my guests are very familiar with Haitian cuisine, so we were really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, I was immediately disappointed when we arrived because there was no customized/pre-booked menu prepared for our party as discussed beforehand. When I asked about it, I was told they were unsure what happened and no menus had been printed. Because of that, I had to ask the server to verbally explain the dinner selections and sides to everyone. Now for the food: The Ou La wings were delicious, and the crab cakes were excellent so flavorful and moist. We are familiar with soup bouillon, but unfortunately this version was not enjoyable to us. It had a very tangy taste that seemed off. For entrées, the griot was served with diri djon djon, fried plantains, and broccolini. The griot itself was good, but the plantains were fried extremely hard. This entrée was also supposed to come with salad russe, but that was missing. The salmon was delicious overall, although a few guests felt it was very dry. The mashed potatoes and broccolini were good. I also asked for pikliz, which was excellent and had the perfect kick to it. The drinks were definitely delicious and strong. Dessert was another disappointment because the crème brûlée I had pre-booked was unavailable. I ended up trying the carrot cake and almond toasted cake, which were okay. I will say our server was very sweet and attentive throughout the night. The restaurant itself was also nice and clean. However, the food took quite a while to come out, especially for a dinner that had been pre-planned in advance. Overall, there were just too many hiccups for an event that was booked ahead of time. While there were some enjoyable dishes and good service, I personally would not recommend this place for a large party or special pre-planned event.

They also were fun, not afraid to joke around with you as part of your experience. Parking here is a true pain though. Metered street parking mainly (Free after a certain time), but there is also a parking garage. It does have a very nice bar area, but I did not take a picture of it. For food we had the Dumplings appetizer, El Presidente, & Mama's Chicken. Drinks we had The Purple Drink (Yes, that's its name) & Simple Man. All of the food was absolutely delicious. I started with a drink that was just okay, nothing special, but not terrible either. For an appetizer, we ordered the octopus, and unfortunately it was not good. The sauce didn't taste great, and the octopus itself didn't taste great either , which already set the tone for what I was about to have next. For my entrée, I had the Dijon salmon (not pictured), and it was honestly so bad. It had a very strong, fishy taste, and I couldn't get through it, I left most of it on the plate. I'm not one to complain, and since I was there with my kids, I just paid the bill and left. The space itself is pretty, but the food is no bueno. Also I found the menu was limited, it wasn't clear what their specialty is, and nothing really stood out or made me want to try something else. Overall, not a place I'd return to nor recommend.
