If I could rate this place zero I would. All this place and the people that work there is care about money and how to charge bogus fees. They are insensitive and attempt to demean people. You will not learn anything and their so called interviews are quick questions to just charge you money and ensure you leave quickly . I am not sure why this place has not been closed down yet. This place is a scam and after reading all reviews from the last few years, it proves that this place is based on possible bonuses for how many times you can collect $30 from these unsuspecting people. $30 for being a minute late, $30 if you Made a mistake, $30 if you forgot your paperwork at home, $30 to reschedule, $30 if this and that. Everybody was extremely pleasant and helpful. When you first sign up for a program, they do discuss and go over every paperwork before you sign anything. Please read over them and not just brush it off, or ask questions for things that you do not understand. The DUI program classes are very good and interactive, the instructor is extremely engaging. You are able to reschedule your classes but just a heads up, there is a fee whenever you reschedule per class. My overall experience with ABC was excellent and would recommend to anybody! read more

Went in to inquire about a DUI program for my husband. The employee in a desk mumbled and after a moment we realized she said "how can I help you?" She was on her desk and didn't even give us the decency to look our way when speaking. My husband inquired and she stated what she needed from him to enroll. We stepped aside to gather our thoughts. I came up and asked beginning with I have a question. She once again did not give eye contact, just stared at her screen and typed. The truth is she's in the service industry whether she likes it or not and may need to be trained on how to greet people, or have a training for interacting with customers. I've had a good experience so far. It was easy to enroll and the staff has been great with helping me out with everything I needed. The program is pretty straight forward, make sure you follow the rules and you should be good to go. They let you know the rules when you enroll so there aren't any surprises as far as fees etc. read more

This place is ableist and very punitive in demands for money. I asked for a previously scheduled class to be moved for a family emergency and was told it would cost me. So that appointment was kept as I'm not made of money. I can't afford what I already pay as I'm disabled. So then they proceed to overschedule me as if I was able to miss the class I requested. The money grab is insane. Maybe have someone visit a rehab or another AA or do a book report. Anyone know of an ethical place? read more

This place is horrible. Teachers are fine. Problem is with office people. Depending who is in there is different rules. Sometimes you can log in from other computers other times it has to be registered to your name. Easy unless you have to do it from work. It's easier to say no and take your money then be understanding you might not be able to log into your own computer. Finished an 18 month program, waited two weeks ( they say 3 days) to go to DMV. They have no record of competition. Call these wonderful people to inquire why? They got mad at me!! It's been 2 weeks they still haven't sent my paperwork. They said they call me when they talk to cooperate and figure it out. Still waiting. It's an e mail just press send. Nobody at corporate answers the phone and nobody in this office cares. It's all about the money don't ever think these people care or would even try to do the right thing. I'll keep waiting and spending money while these people do nothing or even try to make it right. read more

Highly recommended, everyone at the office very professional and friendly and the counselors there are good people as well. Office assistance are there to help in your schedules if you're running late or need can't make it to online appointment, payment options etc. all you need to do is communicate in advance. Overall a good office to take care of what you need to take care of. read more

Do not use this place to get your DUI classes completed, they are a rip off! For every missed class regardless of your circumstances they will charge you a 25.00$ fee. The state mandated classes are ridiculous and is a waste of your time! I didn't learn a thing in these classes and would probably have preferred community service! Worst place to ever do your program with , all they care about is money and trying to find any excuse to get you with a reschedule fee of 30.00 dollars , kind of like if the employees At the office are getting commission out of those 30.00 dollars for missing a class or a face to face that's how hard they always try to get you with that 30 dollar fee and find any excuse even if it's an emergency that you couldn't be there for your appointment and now currently due to Covid 19 recently classes and face to face are being held over via phone video , I was coming out of the doctors from taking my son with a fever to get checked out being the same day I had an appointment at 5:00pm threw video chat My sons appointment at doctor was at 4 pm here I am rushing the doctors and nurses to try to hurry up so I can get back to my car in time for my 5 pm video face to face with abc , was able to get back to car with my son so I can be ready for the video meeting and signed in at 4:45 pm and waiting for video call to go live , video meeting finally took me in at 5:02 pm it's literally a quick 10-15 minute video chat to set up future appointments for classes and of course check on payments activity if I'm up to date , so my son was in his car seat in back of car sleeping and was told that I had to reschedule and first thing that was said , yes that's right you have to reschedule and PAY 30 dollars because your son is in the back sleeping and this is suppose to be private, my son is 18 months and was asleep and I did all the effort to get back to car from doctors to make it in time for the video appointment and so I can just not get credit and have to pay 30 dollars , this place is a waste of time don't go here they are just going to hit you with fees on top of the stress you already have trying to pay for this program !!! Dealing with patients this company is not good makes you want to drink the stress away from what they cause you when it's suppose to be a AA PROGRAM!!!!!! 30 dollars ain't a big deal it's just that fact that they don't care for you or try to understand you or for the very minimum give you a warning , all they want is the money !!! My teacher was amazing. My problem is with the office staff. They are rude and lack any kind of a human heart. They don't fact check they just call and threaten you with suspension or being kicked out. They don't have empathy or compassion for situations like mine which is i was attacked and ended up in the hospital. Instead of coming up w a plan for me i was still required to pay fees because of a missed class while i was in the hospital. Instead of creating a payment plan i was suspended because i am injured and can't work which means coming up with money has been hard. I am barely able to feed myself and yet they have no problem taking my money and continually charging me fees. The course is 500 but I've paid way more than that and im only half way through by the end of it ill have paid double. Their goal is to find money not help u. This is literally one of the worst experiences i have had with people who are supposed to have a background in counseling. I am now being punished because one of their staff told me i didn't need a sheet of paper so i didn't bring it and now i can not move on to the second portion? Get ur staff on the same page and get ur shit together. We are paying clients and we are humans too. But they only see us as a number and another dollar sign read more

I had to come here for a 3month program. I had called other places but they did not have available appointments and this school took me in ASAP i didnt even have to wait. This place was tolerable in the sense that I came in did what i had to do and left. The girl told me exactly what to do and what not to do. I would see other people mad because they missed a class or were late but I made sure to just be here to get it over with. I wouldnt recommend for anyone to get a DUI but if you do just come here. They get you in and out and even learn some stuff. read more
