Should have zero star option Came in to sign up for a 3 month first time dui program. I paid in full prior to even filling out any of their ridiculous paperwork. Once I finished filling out the paperwork, I went to the counter and handed it to the older Hispanic woman. She immediately begins looking through it... and starts asking me questions about my drinking right in front of a lobby full of people. I told her I felt uncomfortable and she was being unprofessional... to which she replied "that's your opinion". I had my money refunded and will never be back. From the moment I walked in their door... I was the only person waiting, and neither of their 2 employees greeted or even acknowledged me coming in. I waited for 5 minutes to even be greeted and asked what I was in for. Just rude people and extremely unprofessional. This place is being kept in business by California's dui and drug laws. Aside from that, they would never make it on their own as a private business. Update review. The manager is amazing here, she did my counselor meetings and was the sweetest woman I've ever met. Unfortunately, her team sucks, Vice President of the company Amelia treats everyone like shit even her own employees. Front desk guy gives attitude and to be honest, they all just seem like they hate their lives working there. If it wasn't for the manager and counselors, this place would fall apart. I'm not sure who the owner is because when I asked for the owners info I was turned down by Amelia (which is illegal btw). Thankfully I finished my 3 month program and never have to look back but holy shit this place makes it hard. Amelia stands in the way of people trying to grow from consequences, she needs some self reflection because to work in a place like this, you need a lot of LOVE and PATIENCE (which she doesn't have). Once again, phenomenal job from the manager and counselors, literally have zero complaints about them. But whoever the owner is, you need to pick a new VP and front desk guy because ur reviews suck about them. I have spoken on Andre as being a wonderful counselor to me in the beginning of my journey, but by the end of my journey I had Rosa as my main counselor. She was the most kind-hearted and understanding counselor who helped us all get through two hours together. We all gained a lot more from those two hours with Rosa than we had before we came in. Terrible customer service. I hate giving my money to companies that treat you unfairly. Unnecessarily strict. I was 2 minutes late to a virtual class and they treated me terribly. You get on the phone with them and they have an awful attitude. I've dealt with a couple of their employees and you can hear the satisfaction in their voice when they deny your requests for help. They'll go as far as telling you it's your fault for getting arrested in the first place. Kicking you while you're already down. I can't wait to have ABC traffic out of my life. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews.. probably because people are pissed off that they have to do this class and I get it. Or people can't simply follow the rules during class and get upset when they get kicked out and have to pay. That's life. We are adults and should follow the rules and learn that our actions have consequences. Everyone has been friendly and helpful during this experience. The only thing I'd say is a negative is that you have to drive to the office to reschedule. The lady at the front (I can't remember her name but she is so nice!) explained to me it's because she has to do all the necessary paperwork to change your session. It is a lot and I totally get it now. It makes sense. I've taken a few counselors and the only one I truly recommend is Mario. Everyone else talks at you for two hours and it is honestly dreadful. No offense. Mario truly cares about everyone in his class and creates a positive and meaningful environment to learn and listen to your peers. We have discussions and learn from each others' experiences, not just listen to someone talk for two hours. Highly recommend you ask for Mario as your counselor for your group sessions AND educational sessions. read more

Hope I never have to go back here and hope no one has to go do this . It is a good program and they are dmv approved but staff there sucks they need a whole new rehire! The front desk guy is just rude for no reason just because we can't say anything back because we need to do this and he will not allow me to take the class. The counselor Jocelyn doesn't even k ow how to do her job, I need paperwork when I went to see her for court and she gives the wrong information and now I gotta waste time going for the said paperwork she didn't "think " I needed . They need to do better especially since it is a first offenders class so OBVIOUSLY no one really knows what they gotta do and it doesn't help when they do t do what they are supposed to .they need to bring Rosa back she was amazing and a great communicator and she explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions and made sure I understood everything. Abc traffic staff and management is amazing. Treated me with respect, encouragement and always they always make me feel welcomed. That being said I wanted to reschedule my eight meeting and met with Emilia. She came off the wrong way not only did she try to lecture me but she belittled me. This is the first time her and I met. I don't agree with the way she came off, which is the reason why I'm voicing this out. I'm sure it wasn't intended but definitely made me feel some type of way. read more

I give it 5 stars because the counselor Rosa is very kind and explains things very clearly. She leaves you with no doubts, but I want to give 1 star to the receptionist because I arrived for my appointment and he assumed I was someone else and was rejecting my appointment for things that he said I needed. But when I asked him if he knew my name, he just said, "Oh! I thought you were someone else," and I felt he's voice rude with attitude. read more

I just left this location in Anaheim for ABC traffic school on July 19 2024 around 3:40 PM. I was immediately turned away by the most unprofessional lady I have ever encountered. Yesterday when I called I was told I had everything I needed already and did not need this paper. I left work early just to now be told I need it and be turned away in a rude matter.
