If you don't know what you're doing, Safety Consultant is the way to go . If you are required to take classes due to Court or dmv they will take care of your scheduling . So you don't have to stress about what you have to do next. Yes it will take some time and discipline but they make it so easy on you . I highly recommend for first time offenders. If you are a repeat offender, the groups i attended had many repeat offenders. So they're doing something right ! Don't stress anymore and stop by. Oh , the price. It's costly but . I just experience the worse customer services From KAREN I always call and get my son balance pay what is owed and put some extra for future classes , this girl say information nation just to your son even thou he already give permission to them for me to pay for him and get balances which I do it for a long time, is like she want my son to be late so he have to pay the extra penalty , my son got in the phone she still say to come to the office , I'm the mother I don't have the time to go to the office I just want to pay why make it harder to do that ? They are very rude. Their customer service is being horrible. They talk to you like trash. They enrolled me in the wrong program then blamed it on me having a late appointment not me going in later but having a later appointment. Then said all my forms were coded for using a purple pen mind you they checked all the forms before they made copies and gave me my copies. Then they charged me for missing a class yet they advised me to not do it and it's clearly marked no class on my calendar. This place needs to be looked at from the higher ups. I will be doing my research and filling the necessary complaints. The courts should not be recommending people to come here at all. Period. How are they still in business I don't know. In the class twice it has been obvious a lady has been beyond drunk. They allow that? Apparently. I took my business elsewhere. I would never recommend this business to anyone ever. read more

I won't even give them one star I only had to but really 0 stars that's how bad it is there!!!! This is supposed to be a healing recovery center providing counseling for people who have DUIs enstead they milk money out of you every way they can using a system that is corrupt. The main instructor I forgot his name because he has an alarming number of DUIs 5 in total himself how can he help anybody when his a failure himself due to alcohol and he always states everything is confidential because he will ask you your weakness and play on it by humiliating you constantly and he wants you to admit your wrong it's emotional abuse and his wife Andrea Soto is the worse if your two minutes late she will not let you in on your zoom class and charge you $25 because you have to reschedule I bet she uses that money to get her nails done and the secretaries are rude as fuck especially Karen Avila she literally hung up on me and yelled at me while all I wanted was to get in the meeting she stated I did my information wrong thats why I can't get it so she lied my email was correct. They just want $$$ becareful. My advice go somewhere else. Like I said She wouldn't even let me in the meeting it's like she had some sort of authority complex. The whole thing there is awful. It's literally runned by people who can't even speak English right like that lady named Martha acclaimed counselor. They all suck the life out of you there and money. I'm beyond fucking over this place. Everything including rescheduling needs to be done in person (Don't worry you have to pay to reschedule) and you can't be a minute late because they deem it is due to privacy laws. BULLSHIT. Adapt aware DUI program was not like this. I'm sure they love milking us for what we are worth financially while we try to get our life together. My gf recently had to take classes through safety consultants via the zoom app and I cant tell you how many times they randomly kick her off part way throught the session and charge her for the class WITHOUT giving credit for attending. Not only is this place a waste of time, it is also a waste of money. These people are unethical pathalogical thieves. Their disrespectful and rude, especially Andrea Soto. Great staff! Everyone is wonderful. They are cheaper than other DUI schools. Be on time and show up sober and it will be an easy ride.
