MARIO is the only reason I give this place even 1 star. He was the only thing worth a piece at this place. I will tell you EXACTLY why there are many 5 star ratings for this program from people & Mario I'm sure is one. However for me the very FIRST day I had my intake meeting I meet with Dante. Literally the moment we sat down he asked me to go on yelp & give a 5 star. Nervously I did because I HAD to be here & didn't want to upset anyone. As soon as I left, I deleted it. How do you give a 5 star to a company you haven't fully dealt with yet? Anyway, the following week I was late to class & it was my bad & I wasn't upset with them However when I wasn't let in the next week & was waiting early, I have the screenshot of different times I waited & never got in. I then had to go back to court to ask for a second chance at the program & then pay a fee to the program to get back in. Flash forward, Mario was my counselor after that & there were 0 issues in the class. It's fun & interactive. He makes people feel at ease. Not gonna lie, he can be a little eccentric but he just makes it fun & easy to really open up. Because of him I learned a lot about myself & still remember & use sayings he used on us. He males you feel comfortable to be yourself. He meets everyone on their level. With that all said the rest of the office is just rude. I always had anxiety having to go in. They DEFINITELY know they hold the power because you HAVE to be. At my exit meeting I got to sit with Mr. Dante again & wouldn't you know, he asked me to give the 5 star review again & he even asked "didn't you leave one before & deleted" I replied I didn't remember. I have no clue who made this guy yelp review police but yikes. I'm beyond happy I'm done with this place and if you can find a different traffic school I'd suggest it would probably be best. The guy in the glasses is super rude. He has a bad attitude and thinks he can talk to people a certain way because we need to be doing these classes or we're screwed. All the times I've gone I've been there at 9 because that's when it opens and he's always always late. I'm waiting for about 5-10 min each time. this program/business is garbage. I understand that DUIs are very serious and expensive but this program is a scam. 3 months is not 3 months, you have this unnecessary 3 week break in classes where you need a scheduled interview to keep you in the program. They do not work with your school schedule or work schedule (I'm in med school so my schedule is an absolute mess) so I was charged $20 every time I had to change a class day/time because of work for the first round of classes. I doubt there are any ethical DUI programs out there but it has to be better than this one. If you do go with this program do everything you can to get in Kevins classes - he asks you about your day, how things are going and genuinely cares about you. I took his class for the second half and it kind of became the favorite part of my week read more

Horrible customer service.. I called because I was having a problem with my first online class and they did not assist me with logging in and were very rude and hung up the phone 3 times.. I paid 315 dollars and they did not want to help me... made me feel like they are out to rob people. the lady that answered said that they were just going to terminate my contract all because I asked them for help to log in to their system. Asked them for their names and they refused to give them to me.. hopefully corporate does something to make this right.. I will keep yelp updated. read more

If you can stay away from this place please do so! I asked to speak to the supervisor they said she was busy they had me waiting for 45 min just to hang up. Not only are they unprofessional, they charge you even if you are hospitalized with Covid and have a doctors note to prove it. They will give you the turnaround on any refunds definitely reporting them and there so call supervisor!!!! People whining about having the opportunity to reschedule for the same day for being a three minutes late? My program made a fee and told me to go home and essentially screwed me each time for being there thirty seconds late. He's an amazing guy, he made the classes so welcoming & it went by so smooth for me. He's knows how to keep a conversation going about a topic which, makes it fun to learn every week. He's very helpful & informative gives you great resources on how to get your license back..etc. Literally anything you need help with. You can see he cares, about what he does love that. I completed the 9 month program on March 5, 2018, exactly 9 months from when I entered it. I thought it was going to be very difficult because I travel out of state for a week or two nearly every month. The front staff, who are always pleasant and accommodating, helped every time on my misses and makeups, and did so with minimal trouble EVERY time. The group leaders and higher ups, like in any program in this field, can have their off days, just like doctor's, lawyers and psychologists, not everyone is an "A" student who gets a certification or degree. Rachel, Andre, Jim and Lawrence are all superior in their this and approach and, admittedly there are those not at their experience level or skill level, as in any field. Some will grow into it and some won't, just like all of us. To address the misplaced complaints of other reviewers, the reviews themselves, on their face, show the clients' inability to address their own accountability in the violations that brought them to this business that offers a service to remedy their mistakes. None of the staff at the school should ever be subjected to anyone's misplaced attitude about what the ABC staff does, they are only trying to help people repair their errors. The guidelines and provisions of the school are clear and fair. Failure to follow them and operate within them is, again, no one's responsibility but the client's. I had no problem with them. none. zero. zilch. The winning approach is simple acceptance, as the answer to the problems of today. Because, "When I am disturbed, it is because I find some person, place, thing or situation -- some fact of my life -- unacceptable to me, and I can find no serenity until I accept that person, place, thing or situation as being exactly the way it is supposed to be at this moment." I should've never signed up with this traffic program. They had purposely scheduled me for failure. I got done with the first portion of the course. When I came in for the interview to proceed to next segment of classes they had scheduled me over a month and a half out. Careless to say they didn't even explain that there's a 21 day window you need to report in or else you get terminated. I had one phone call of reminder to come in. The voicemail they left wasn't specific on why I needed to come in. I legit came in for the interview and a few days later is when I got the miss call. They never got in contact with me and last we spoke they told me to come in on the date they scheduled me for a month out. Keep in mind I never missed a day of class and was always on time! Spent 6 months here for my DUI program however it was a good life learning experience and staff is very friendly and nice here. Rachel one of the counselors there is very nice, supportive, and really wishes you the best in life. The teachers there are also all great, especially Lawrence. Lawrence really takes his lessons seriously to truly help you. He gives great advice when you have issues in life. Overall great program and staff, flexible in scheduling for class. Give them a call. I dreaded coming here at first but it's just part of a life learning lesson and come out of there knowing you won't go it again.
