When we hit rock bottom with my family and living in a home with no heat, mold and no usable kitchen and had to move out urgently these people went the extra MILES for me and my parents that I loved in with me due to health reasons. Also as a single female it has been overwhelming and super stressful to where I was loosing clumps of hair and hot shingles form the level of stress. I walked into Access California Services today extremely discouraged. I was so tired of bogus job listings on employment websites. I walked out with hope. I worked with Jamila and UJ. Jamila was absolutely wonderful. She was very empathetic, kind, and determined to help. Jamila really went above and beyond to help me. She was extremely professional and focused on the client. She put her words into action. I also worked closely with UJ. She shared with me so many valuable resources regarding work, education, and training. She was extremely passionate, and clearly puts the clients first. I will meet with her again tomorrow to continue the process. We are living in tuff economic times right now. Hi My Name is Ala'a and I have work permits renewal process, what I want to share to everyone, when I did the renewal before two times, every time the processes takes between 30 to 45 days to complete the application until we send it to immigration. This's year I sen't my file to Access California and with the help of Hadia Barazi she was able to finish it in 2 days. Came here to get information on housing service among other. I noticed, in my opinion, the focus is on foreiners, I over heard they help with citizenship. There is NO privacy here and they choose not to listen to your direct needs. You give them personal info. and they say can't help for years with issue, ok. WHO did they get funding from???? Because as far as I am concerned, it is a waste of time. You sadly won't get help, they don't help citizens, that is my opinion. read more

I went in the Anaheim office to ask about services for elderly people. I was basically kicked out of the bathroom with one of the staff literally holding the door open while I washed my hands. I stated I had questions about services and thought they could help since their name is literally Access California Services. I got no help and was treated terribly. I'm really not sure why. I don't believe this place is legitimate, maybe just collecting tax dollars for little work. I would never trust those people with my personal information. read more

Not only will you find their staff to be extremely professional and polite but they truly care about the well being of their clients. We were fortune to have found this organization that walked us though the whole overwhelming immigration process from filing forms to answering any question we had through out the way. Rania Humidan helped me file for my parents residency. It was a long process but Rania stood by our side through the whole year and a half. I had an appointment to get some help with my taxes. As I was imputing info's into their tax system, there were questions that I did not understand, so, I asked the guy who works there, not only did he gave me the wrong answers to the questions , he also misinterpreted the some key questions. When I said that what he said doesn't make sense, he just played it off. It seems that I knew more than he did. I highly doubt that he is even certified. He seemed to be about mid-late 20's. I asked him if he could get someone who does know what they are doing to assist me. Then, this lady, supposedly be the "program director', Raria Shkairat, told me that their tax system (HR Block) they use only allows 3 W2's. She told me to do it at home, then save it, then, come back to their office for them to process it for me. What?? Doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of having an appt with them to help guide me through my tax filing? I decided to go somewhere else. There, I discovered that H & R Block DOES NOT have a limit of W2's/1099's to file. Not only that, but their intentions for me to do my taxes at home, then let them send it into THEIR system so they can get credit for "filing my taxes", since they get funded through the State and/or Federal program. Wow! These people are so unethical and disgustingly dishonest. I took time out of my work schedule to come there, with an appointment, and wasted over 3 hours of my time, plus gas. But, I am glad I went somewhere else. They could have screwed up my taxes and put me in a deeper hole. So glad I dodged a bullet there. read more

I contacted Access California Services on the advice of a social worker at the cancer center I go to, because I have trouble keeping up with gas money for the multitude of doctor appts I have. Wow. Just wow. Their kindness overwhelmed me. I mean, it's not often that when you ask for help, you actually get some in this day & age, & they were very generous with me, and very, very kind. worst place to go if you have concern or questions regarding services if I had to not give a star I will not hesitate let me start by the receptionist she answer the phone like she is forced to work there she does not greet you or trying to be polite over the phone, she always transfer you to the wrong person you want to talk to, I tried calling someone to help me with covered ca application however it is ridiculous leaving 4 messages is useless I have to keep calling until I get a live person, the owner of the office "Nahla" is hardly there to complain to her about what is going on, she is too busy collecting money to her benefit, the staff are extremely unprofessional they do not know what customer service means, majority they give you false or wrong information because they don't know how to run their job, they make you make an appointment to see someone and once you do, you have to wait for an hour because the workers are not there yet while waiting I was bothered by the receptionist giving you stares and checking her Facebook status. wasted 3 hours for nothing and once they see you they portend they are able to help you just to say oh we can't and brush you off horrible place horrible experience and will never ever go back again read more
