I wanted to take a moment to share our gratitude for your participation in the meeting today!…read more When I started my search for advocates online, the list felt overwhelming, and I made countless phone calls without finding the right fit. When I read your profile, I was truly in awe--I knew I had found the right advocate for Noah. Today, witnessing you navigate a team of so-called experts with such knowledge, skill, and articulation was impressive. You did an amazing job, and it's clear how intelligent and experienced you are, not to mention your passion for fighting for the families you help. I sincerely hope you mentor young professionals because we need more advocates like you in this space. Thank you again for helping us navigate this new and challenging chapter for Noah. Just remember, on those rough days... You are a blessing to so many families; you truly change our kids' lives! And don't forget to treat yourself to a glass of wine! If you ever make a trip to Temecula, I would love to show you around wine country!

Good evening, I want…read moreto share my heartfelt appreciation for Ms. Natalie and her team of SLPA's. She is an incredible Speech teacher, Coach, and Proctor. Her deep understanding of each child's unique needs is truly remarkable. She carefully chooses the appropriate standardized assessments for each student and takes the time to explain her results thoroughly. I am especially grateful for Ms. Kelly, who was absolutely wonderful with my older son. She took the time to get to know him personally and build a genuine rapport. Thank you so much, Ms. Kelly. When Ms. Kelly was replaced by Ms. Heather for my older son! She too is amazing. Ms Heather pours her time and effort to support our kids! If they see progress in their goals, they quickly update us so we can continue working on the areas that need mastery. I also want to thank Ms. Taryn, whose kind demeanor and patience have made a meaningful difference in my younger son's journey. Thank you, Ms. Natalie, for always staying on top of things and for leading such a wonderful team. Whenever I have concerns or questions, Ms. Natalie always takes the time to listen and respond, just as Ms. Heather and Ms. Rachel do. Thanks to early intervention, my older son graduated a couple of months ago, having met his goals and shown remarkable improvement in his language skills. I truly thank Ms. Natalie, Ms. Kelly, and Ms. Heather from the bottom of my heart. For my younger son, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the progress he's made, thanks to Ms. Rachel and Ms. Heather. Their dedication has made a significant difference in his socialization and speech development. I know this is just the beginning, but I am so thankful for their kindness, expertise, and the helpful suggestions they've given to support my son. I also want to express my appreciation for the social groups led by Ms. Heather, which have been invaluable for both of my children. These groups help them understand what's appropriate when interacting with peers and have facilitated so much learning. Thank you once again, Ms. Natalie, Ms. Heather, and Ms. Rachel, for being such a compassionate and talented team.Other parents reading this, remember that progress often requires time. It's clear that she genuinely cares about both her work and the children she helps. She makes every session engaging, fun, and interactive, to the point where my son gets excited to come and "play with Miss Emily." Her ability to connect with him has made such a positive difference in his speech development. I also appreciate how she takes the time to communicate with us as parents after sessions. She explains his progress, answers our questions, and ensures we understand the goals and strategies being used so we can support him at home. We are incredibly grateful for the care and dedication we've received here. I highly recommend Infinity Kids to any family looking for supportive, knowledgeable, and compassionate therapists.

She knows how to challenge our daughter while still making sessions enjoyable and supportive. The progress we've seen has given our daughter more confidence and independence, and we are so thankful for the care and dedication she brings to every session. We truly couldn't recommend her more.

They are 6th grade teachers. They always are skibidi sigma and very good. They always try to put a smile on your face and try there best to make your 6th grade year special. The science camp from 2024 was the best out of everything. You get to experience a lot of things and thanks to the district we got to go. You have to appreciate the kindness. The office is very kind and they do everything. They would always find time to respond to calls and emails. It's a little dirty around the field but it's ok I got free snacks walking around the field. Therefore this school is the best but there staff has to be the best part. Just be careful around the bathroom it kinda stinks in the big bathroom and the feminine hygiene is never full it is always empty so you have to go to the front office. All in all it is a very good school with sigma teachers.

I didn't know how to help my kid…read morebut I knew that something could be better, even though the doctor said that some kids are delayed in different areas and not to worry. I didn't accept that, I knew I could do something to assist. I started researching and looking into how to assist with focus. I came across Brain balance and started reading about the Harvard study. I knew the whole body approach was the way to help with the areas of struggle. With consistency , daily home exercises, and changing some of the processed food, I stated seeing significant changes by month 3. My child was behind 3 levels in reading, now my child is reading at the age appropriate level. Next, the focus has substantially changed and there is minimal struggles with homework and daily activities. The teacher is amazed in the progress and the changes she sees in the classroom. The best thing as a parent is seeing a child succeed in different areas everyday. My child doesn't fall or bump into things as often, actually hardly now. The confidence is at a level I have never seen. I am so happy for my child, and look forward to how the next 3 months transform her life.

As a parent it absolutely broke my heart, they basically told me she would never be able to express how much she loves me or be able to tell me that. My husband and I automatically made it out mission to get her all the help she needed, we placed her ABA, Speech and OT for two years straight. Even-though it did help I still felt like there was more I could do to help her. Brain Balance at Anaheim Hills was the missing piece to the puzzle, a blessing in disguise and the light at the end of the tunnel. I called as soon as she turned 4 years old July2020, and even though we were in the middle of the Pandemic they were will be meet with us and help. Since the beginning it did sound too good to be true but the Director reassured me that they can not cure her Austim but that they would give me the tools to help give her the best future. I respected him so much when he informed me that this was not a temporary solution that this was a LIFESTYLE change. My Husband and I were both up for the challenge and have never looked back since then. By October 2020 we sat down for dinner together for the first time ever without a tantrum and by December 2020 my daughter started putting together 3 words phrases. Fast forwarding to now my daughter is in general education, has friends, play days, extremely social, can be in crowded environments without her covering her ears, and tells me constantly how much she loves me and gives the warmest hugs. I truly believe this program works and each and every trainer has been amazing. They have became family to me because they gave me the tools that I needed to bring light back into my baby girl.

Before choosing Pine Tree, I toured about five different schools because I wanted to make sure we found a place where my children would not only be safe, but also happy, supported, and able to thrive. As a parent, trusting someone else to care for your little ones is a huge decision--and Pine Tree made that decision so much easier. From the moment we toured the school, Ms. Perla made us feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. She was warm, transparent, and genuinely enthusiastic about the children, the staff, and the school's approach. We could immediately tell that this wasn't just a daycare--it was a nurturing learning environment built with heart. Ms. Perla and Ms. Michelle are hands-down the best ever. Their communication with parents is consistent, thoughtful, and reassuring, and they truly go above and beyond to make each child feel seen, safe, and loved. The teachers at Pine Tree foster a strong foundation not just academically, but emotionally and socially. We've seen so much growth in our daughters--from their language and problem-solving skills to their confidence and emotional regulation. The curriculum is age-appropriate and engaging, and they do an amazing job at balancing structure with play, creativity, and exploration. They also celebrate cultural events and individual milestones, which makes every child feel special and included. The school maintains a clean, safe, and joyful environment that radiates positivity. It's clear that the staff take pride in what they do, and that translates into the way the children flourish here. My daughters come home excited to tell us about their day--and that kind of enthusiasm says everything. We are incredibly grateful to have found Pine Tree Preschool. Highly recommend to any parent who's looking for a place where their child will be truly cared for, supported, and encouraged to grow. There's absolutely nothing negative to say--only gratitude for the amazing care and experiences our children have had here.

My son attended this preschool for two years. Initially, things were great when the previous…read moreadministrator was in charge, but once Ms. Amanda took over, everything started to go downhill. One of the biggest issues is the incredibly high teacher turnover. When we raised concerns about this, we were told they can't keep teachers due to low pay, which was very unsettling. My son, who is sensitive to change, had five different teachers within an eight-month period. This was far too much for a 3-year-old to handle, and it understandably affected his behavior. Instead of offering support to help him adjust, Ms. Amanda continually blamed us and labeled my son as a "problematic kid." She even told other teachers that my son might have a brain issue, which was both hurtful and completely inappropriate. After consulting with two psychologists and a pediatrician, all of them confirmed my son is perfectly normal, and they strongly recommended removing him from the school. Ms. Amanda also lied to us multiple times. She claimed that other parents were unhappy with my son attending the school, but after speaking with many of them directly, they completely denied this. She also said that teachers didn't want my son in their class, but when I talked to two of his teachers, they firmly rejected this claim. It was clear that Ms. Amanda was fabricating these stories to avoid addressing the real issues and to place blame on us instead of taking responsibility. Though there were a few wonderful teachers, like Mrs. Poei and Mrs. Yovana, the turnover rate in the 3-4 year old class and TK is alarming. Worse still, Ms. Amanda's attitude towards the children is deeply concerning. She expects complete obedience from students, likely because she struggles to manage difficult situations. Anytime a child so much as takes a toy from another, parents are required to sign a form, and this behavior is documented. This documentation was used against us when they suggested our son wasn't a good fit for the school. Also, many of the 5-star reviews for this preschool are written because parents are encouraged to leave positive reviews in exchange for a $50 discount. After leaving Pine Tree, I enrolled my son in a new school, and he is thriving. He loves his teacher, enjoys going to school, and it has become clear just how poor the experience at Pine Tree really was. If your child is active, sensitive to change, or doesn't fit a rigid mold, I would strongly advise against this school. Their rigid expectations and Ms. Amanda's harsh, untruthful, and unprofessional approach made for a terrible experience for our family
