The worst customer service experience I've had. I was told that they would help me with my…read moreapplication, and I followed the instructions and submitted everything that was requested. After submitting my documents, I called to follow up, only to be told that they had no record of my application and that I had never submitted anything. I then spoke with a supervisor because I was trying to understand what happened. Instead of helping me resolve the issue or looking into what happened with my submission, I felt like I was being blamed for something that was completely outside of my control. I repeatedly explained that I had submitted the application and was previously told that it had been received, but I did not feel listened to or taken seriously. If an application is not received, customers should be clearly informed and given a way to verify their submission. Telling someone they will be helped, having them submit everything, and then later saying nothing was ever submitted is extremely frustrating especially when the customer is depending on the service. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled, particularly the way my concern was handled by the supervisor. I expected professionalism, communication, and an actual effort to resolve the problem.

Considering the long hours of sitting and test-taking to come, I was really nervous about how comfortable I would be here in this space I'v e never been before. Upon entering I was greeted by Brittany with a very friendly, calming energy. She helped me figure out the do's and don'ts on test day and really made me feel welcome. Furthermore, before the security checks I encountered Edgar who was very professional and detailed on what would happen and if I had scheduled or unscheduled breaks. Since my test was so long Joe ended up taking over Edgar's shift and he was also very helpful and efficient at his job. I really enjoyed how comfortable the chairs were and the cleanliness, comfort, and cool temperature of this Prometric test taking center. The bathrooms were also private and clean. I've taken tests at multiple Prometric testing centers, and this was by far the worst experience…read moreI've had compared to how kind, professional, and accommodating the staff have been at other locations. The two young female staff members working at this location were incredibly rude and condescending throughout the testing process. Given that standardized tests can already be extremely anxiety-inducing, I found their demeanor to be particularly off-putting and unprofessional. I understand that testing centers have strict policies that need to be followed, but those policies can be communicated respectfully and professionally. Additionally, I brought a water bottle with a non-spill sports cap so that I could easily drink water during the test. In the middle of my exam, one of the staff members interrupted me to tell me to close the lid. Being interrupted during an already stressful, timed examination for something as minor as this was extremely distracting and, in my opinion, could have easily been handled during a less disruptive moment. The physical testing environment also left a lot to be desired. The door to the testing area is extremely loud, and every time someone entered or exited, the door would loudly bang. This happened repeatedly throughout the exam and was very distracting. For a testing center where concentration is essential, I would expect basic measures such as a soft-closing mechanism or other solution to minimize unnecessary noise. Finally, there is only one bathroom stall at this location. Considering that many people begin their exams around the same time and have scheduled breaks at similar times, it seems inadequate for the number of test-takers the center accommodates. It would not be surprising for test-takers to have to wait in line during their limited breaks, which creates an unnecessary additional source of stress. Overall, I found this testing center to be significantly less professional and accommodating than other Prometric locations I have used. I hope these concerns are taken seriously, particularly the staff conduct and repeated environmental distractions, as both can have a meaningful impact on a test-taker's ability to perform to the best of their ability.

City of Anaheim Swimming Classes for kids…read more Great for kids! I have been swimming since I was 5 and I swim regularly. However, I still found it difficult to teach my 3.5 year old. Sometimes having an outsider teach can help significantly. I enrolled her in the summer program which was 9 days long. The class was 30 minutes each day. By day three that had her jumping into the pool and jumping from the diving board. They also taught safety. Safety included how to behave in and outside the pool and even having the kids put on life jackets and jump in. The teachers were great. They were fun, informative and caring. I cannot remember how much the class was, but I think it was only 12 bucks. The classes were held at Canyon High. Great pool and easy to park. Students from all educational programs should be able to have access to their transcripts with ease so it should not be such an unpleasant process that Kathy creates. Nevertheless, ROP is a great program for students and I am not sure if they still have the Celebration of Success ceremonies, but if they do they are fantastic and well-deserving for the dedicated students in the program.

Being relatively new to the area, I began experiencing sinus issues in the mornings. Since I didn't have a cold, my body could have been resisting local pollen and other airborne allergens. A friend suggested that every morning, I take a small spoonful raw, unprocessed honey harvested as close to my neighborhood as possible. The idea is to consistently expose my immune system to become familiar and "play nice" with the allergens. Zama carries BB honey from good ol' Tustin Ranch, Yorba Linda, and Laguna Niguel. I couldn't get closer to home than T-R! While I'm not certain this natural approach is effective, my sinuses have been happier... and my husband said the honey with its antioxidants is healthier than processed sugar. I also learned that BB sells honey at the Tustin Farmers Market on Wednesdays and that funds support efforts to save the bees.
