Feels like you're in one of those prison movies where the prison guards are yelling and screaming at the prisoners on what to do. There were two young female staffs there acting like they are prison guards ordering the candidates around. I don't know if the other test centers are like this, but this is a horrendous experience for someone that just want to go and take their exam. I came here to take my INBDE exam, a 14 hour long test broken up into an 8 hour exam on day one and a 6 hour exam on day two. Considering the long hours of sitting and test-taking to come, I was really nervous about how comfortable I would be here in this space I'v e never been before. Upon entering I was greeted by Brittany with a very friendly, calming energy. She helped me figure out the do's and don'ts on test day and really made me feel welcome. Furthermore, before the security checks I encountered Edgar who was very professional and detailed on what would happen and if I had scheduled or unscheduled breaks. Since my test was so long Joe ended up taking over Edgar's shift and he was also very helpful and efficient at his job. I really enjoyed how comfortable the chairs were and the cleanliness, comfort, and cool temperature of this Prometric test taking center. The bathrooms were also private and clean. I've been to 3 places for exams and the Anaheim one has been my favorite! The woman at the front desk both times I went has been so nice and welcoming. People are also actually checked in on time, if not early, compared to another place that checks people in about 40 min late. The staff members are respectful of the test takers and are not loud outside of the rooms. In case you are sensitive to noise, they also have effective and adjustable noise-cancelling headphones. Note: it seems like there were issues in the past that have now been addressed, given that the recent ones have all been 5 stars. read more

I had a very pleasant experience at this Prometric testing center today. It is just a little warmer, brighter and more friendly than the Culver City location, so much more friendly and reassuring that I would be more than willing to drive the extra 25 miles to come back to this location, given the choice. Easy private parking lot. Easy check in, plenty of seating and a large common area to stretch and have a snack. Water cooler with cups provided. Convenient lockers. Bathrooms still require a key, but that is normal. Relatively simple security screening process. Very happy with my experience here. read more

Although, I had an extremely long test (8 hours), and I was needing to take a lot of breaks, they were so patient and kind. The center is quiet, clean and comfortable. Too many people that talk nonstop before the test in the morning. The staff keeps a super long line so you may panic if you arrive just before your test because the line takes forever. There was a Karen girl talking to her friend behind me nonstop about the test and how she was "so smart and ready". She kept reviewing things and I was so close to turning around and ask her to shut the f up when I'm trying to stay calm in the line. I didn't wanna get involved with a Karen though so kept quiet and put my ear plugs in. Second, people shut the exam room door so loud and the staff doesn't bother to stop it. The desk has a bunch of ladies that talk nonstop and you can hear their voice while taking a standardized test. I was receiving a quiet room and still can hear them talk until I had my earplugs and noise cancelling headphones which made it so hard to hear the heart murmurs I am supposed to hear on the test to answer my questions because I have to take out the earplugs and earphones and switch them with the audio headphones. Parking is fine but nothing bothered me like the ladies talking on the desk and not giving a damn about students taking tests. I am very noise sensitive and a couple of times I flinged from how hard students were hitting the exam room door. Bathrooms weren't clean and you have to walk way further to use the bathroom in between breaks. Not taking a test again in this place. They need a major change in here and more care about their students. Overall it was super crowded and the staff are indifferent to your needs. read more

I definitely recommend this testing center. The staff is professional and helped to ease my anxiety. I arrived over an hour early and they gave me the option to test immediately. They were also great about helping to make sure they checked me back in promptly after my scheduled break so that I didn't miss out on any time. There are other centers closer to me, but I'll continue to make the long drive to come to this location in the future. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I went here to take an exam and my experience on exam day was fine. My requirements for a testing site aren't too much and I'm glad they had a restroom close by. I have heard of horror stories of sites where there was no air conditioner , so I'm glad this one was good. Also, I'm glad everyone was respecting the use of masks and we were all social distancing. Anyways, I'm just glad I passed. However, I wish the website was better prepared for covid since this date was the second date after my last reschedule had been abruptly canceled without any reason. I know that there are problems with site closures; however, I wish the process was just a little bit more clear since I received so many different, conflicting emails from Prometric about the cancellations and didn't know which ones where right. read more

As test-takers we are already under stress ans what made it worse was an employee at this location who was rude, unfriendly and was literally asking out loud when is her next break. As a student with some medical problems I went here expecting things to be just as difficult as the location in Orange County but was surprised. I need to use some products whenever I use the restroom after a recent surgery and was fairly nervous about being able to access them and having to sit on the chair without my donut. The staff here were friendly and very understanding of the situation. It made the entire process much less stressful and overall less embarrassing than having to explain the entire cancer took my rectum situation. Took the GRE here not too long ago. It's a very unassuming building with plenty of parking. The testing center is located on the 2nd floor, down a hall, along with other businesses. Depending on the restrictions of your test, you are entitled to a locker with a color coded key. An all access key means you're welcome to come to your locker, go to the restroom, & eat/drink in the waiting area. There are 4 shared restrooms (2 women & 2 men) down the hall that require a key. The testing center has 2 keys, but again, it's a restroom that is shared with the other businesses in the building, so plan accordingly. The testing center also has a water cooler for your drinking needs (no water allowed inside) & extra sweaters if need be. The temperature isn't too crazy inside, but I'd recommend you dress in layers. Big jackets aren't allowed in, but sweaters are. Everyone is very helpful & accommodating. read more

I did not have a problem with the front desk staff. However, i feel like the proctors were careless and were not great at clear with instructions. During the time of my exam, there were other test takers that were also taking an exam. I noticed there were a lot of unscheduled breaks where students would go in and out every 10 mins or so and it was very distracting. At the time of my scheduled break, the proctor did not believe me and asked me to wait while he goes and checks my screen to see if I should take my break. He also asked me to not sign my name after I come back from my break (??). Again, confusing instructions without any explanation. It seems that they do not check their computers often. During my exam, I experienced issues with my computer like lags, screen errors, etc. I could not believe my eyes. I highly suggest that you take your exam elsewhere if you have the option. read more

After scheduling my exam an email was sent to me indicating my test would be at the testing center with a link at the bottom containing an admission letter that needed to be printed and brought to the exam. After opening my admission letter it stated that my exam would be a remote delivered online test. This contradicted the email so I called three different times and left a voicemail hoping to get this clarified. I was never called back. The day of the exam i called again only to find out the test scheduling agency is closed on the weekend. So i proceeding to follow the details and instructions stated on my admission letter for an online exam. I cleared out my entire room in preparation for the exam to meet the remote proctoring requirements. I tried logging into my exam 15min early and kept getting an error after calling the proctor I was told my test was not online and would held at the testing center. I asked the customer service representative if I would still be allowed to take the test since I would now be arriving late, she said yes. I show up to the testing center and am told I can't take the test and need to pay a fee to reschedule. I am furious for the lack of communication and customer service that this establishment showed, ultimately wasting my time and money. The receptionist, erika Alvarez is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. She was rude to me and several others when I went in for a test. Doesn't greet you, yells at you, is very short in her responses and unwelcoming. The lady that did the security check also was rude. I've never been to jail but I imagined I was being checked in to go to jail. "Put your stuff there, turn your pockets inside out, raise your hands, turn around." No "hi, how are you", no "please" or "thank you" or "good luck." I still passed the test but this behavior totally threw me off. This whole team needs training on customer service. read more

Came here to take a test and it wasn't too bad of a testing center. The address is correct based on the one posted on Yelp, but the building name when you get there is different so watch out for that. The building seems to be shared by different small companies inside. The actual testing center is located upstairs toward the end of the hall. When I first entered, the 2 front desk ladies weren't welcoming at all even though I let them know it was my first time. They didn't really greet and give a run through of what to expect or what to do. There's a hangar walk in closet thing that you can hang your jackets. 2 big sofas near the lockers as well. The lockers are pretty spacious, about the same size as the square ones you'll see at 24 hour fitness. There's only 1 public restroom and it was pretty clean. The other is for staff only. Don't worry, although there are many test takers there, the bathroom never had a line. Before you enter the rooms to test you gotta go through basically airport security. They will scan you w/ the metal detector, make you roll up pants and sleeves, invert your coin pockets, and fingerprint/take a picture of you. Other than that the testing conditions in the room were better than most places. It wasn't too cold in there, they have the temperature set at around 75. My computer was running a little slow and the mouse needed to be clicked on hard. read more

Not a good testing center. Two young girls are loud and rude and they keep talking. When you ask them I can still hear you with headphones, they get offended and give major attitude. Major exams as medical school with the anxiety and stress already off the roof, last thing you want is test center staff displaying such low class mannerism. I've been to this testing center several times to take the Architect Registration Examination and LEED as well. I live about equal distance between this and other centers, but I prefer to go here and here's why: It is in a calm business district (on weekends is almost dead wich is good to calm the nerves before a test). There are 3 starbucks and a corner bakery nearby for that last minute studying. The staff is nice and the center wasn't too crowded. Last time I was there it was stormy and several huge gusts of wind sort of rattled the windows for several minutes. That was kind of distracting. But we don't have that kind of weather very often in Southern California, so I will be back. read more

Place treats visitors like a jail center. The girl in the front was late to open the door and she doesn't seem like she wants to be there or cares about the job kind of attitude. Next the lady in a skimpy highrise skirt, covered in faded tattoos is the person who checks visitors with a metal detector. When she asks questions, she says it so sternly like a cop. Then she will tell you where to exactly stand and if you miss a step or look around she has an attitude about it as well. The only person nice there is a gentleman who is checking the tester and helpful. The other two ladies act like they didn't want to be there or should work in a prison facility. Oh btw they need to soundproof the testing area cause you can hear the gardeners with their high powered tools. read more

Average test center. I scheduled to take the GRE here. I probably won't do it again just because this location is far from my home. It took over an hour to get there and over an hour to get home but I waited last minute to sign up for the exam and this location was the closest with availability. The test center is small. They provide lockers with keys to lock up your items as they are extremely strict (as expected). They only allow your ID in the testing center and locker key. Check in is very simple. Parking is ample too but shared with other suites. The actual testing room is kept a specific temperature to ensure perfect temperature while testing (I thought this was cool). Protocol is extremely strict- staff is extremely serious, no smiles or expression of friendliness but understandable I guess. read more

I went here to take my GMAT and the service was slow and not very efficient. I also did not feel like they did enough to protect the test taker, more space is needed and better ventilation in the small room with a bunch other folks. Testing centers need to provide a quiet and calm place to take the exams, I felt like half of the time I was hearing way too much noise. From the noisy door, being too close to other test takes, listening to people type so loud- my anxiety defninelty escalated. They did sanitized most items we interacted with. read more

I went to the center to take an exam and it took them 1 hour to check me in. This is simply not okay. I have taken 3 other exams at other locations and had never waited this long. I was very disappointed in the fact that they showed no urgency and there wasn't a lot of people either. I understand having to wait but 1 hour is excessive.
