I completed the 9 month program on March 5, 2018, exactly 9 months from when I entered it. I thought it was going to be very difficult because I travel out of state for a week or two nearly every month. The front staff, who are always pleasant and accommodating, helped every time on my misses and makeups, and did so with minimal trouble EVERY time. The group leaders and higher ups, like in any program in this field, can have their off days, just like doctor's, lawyers and psychologists, not everyone is an "A" student who gets a certification or degree. Rachel, Andre, Jim and Lawrence are all superior in their this and approach and, admittedly there are those not at their experience level or skill level, as in any field. Some will grow into it and some won't, just like all of us. To address the misplaced complaints of other reviewers, the reviews themselves, on their face, show the clients' inability to address their own accountability in the violations that brought them to this business that offers a service to remedy their mistakes. None of the staff at the school should ever be subjected to anyone's misplaced attitude about what the ABC staff does, they are only trying to help people repair their errors. The guidelines and provisions of the school are clear and fair. Failure to follow them and operate within them is, again, no one's responsibility but the client's. I had no problem with them. none. zero. zilch. The winning approach is simple acceptance, as the answer to the problems of today. Because, "When I am disturbed, it is because I find some person, place, thing or situation -- some fact of my life -- unacceptable to me, and I can find no serenity until I accept that person, place, thing or situation as being exactly the way it is supposed to be at this moment." I was skeptical at first when looking for a program, but look at me now finished with it. I recommend getting a class with Kevin Thomas. He's an amazing guy, he made the classes so welcoming & it went by so smooth for me. He's knows how to keep a conversation going about a topic which, makes it fun to learn every week. I should've never signed up with this traffic program. They had purposely scheduled me for failure. I got done with the first portion of the course. When I came in for the interview to proceed to next segment of classes they had scheduled me over a month and a half out. Careless to say they didn't even explain that there's a 21 day window you need to report in or else you get terminated. I had one phone call of reminder to come in. The voicemail they left wasn't specific on why I needed to come in. I legit came in for the interview and a few days later is when I got the miss call. They never got in contact with me and last we spoke they told me to come in on the date they scheduled me for a month out. Keep in mind I never missed a day of class and was always on time! Spent 6 months here for my DUI program however it was a good life learning experience and staff is very friendly and nice here. Rachel one of the counselors there is very nice, supportive, and really wishes you the best in life. The teachers there are also all great, especially Lawrence. Lawrence really takes his lessons seriously to truly help you. He gives great advice when you have issues in life. Overall great program and staff, flexible in scheduling for class. Give them a call. I dreaded coming here at first but it's just part of a life learning lesson and come out of there knowing you won't go it again. I don't know how many people actually look up reviews on a DUI school but if you do, listen up.... I cannot express the incompetence of the clerical staff of this location. I wish there was a way to stress through words the feelings I have towards the women that work here but words cannot express them. Every time I have had to deal with someone there I lost a bit of my hope and faith towards the future of this country. Everything is NO. Not no because they can't, no because they do not want to or do not know how. There are several stories I could tell you that I heard from other attendees such as the uncountable amount of classes that went undocumented because of clerical errors. This translates to money and time wasted to repeat said classes. The girl who had to pull out a calculator in front of me to add $20 to $57. I wish I was making that part up...she struggled so hard to turn the calculator on and recheck her work that I eventually had to sternly state that $77 is what she was looking for. Or my favorite instance of calling in and speaking with what I suspect is the same girl who did not know the answer to my question. Instead of asking someone who knows better or telling me to call back because she does not know, she puts me on hold then hangs up. I call right back and to be a dick set my phone on speaker and let it ring for several minutes until she finally picked up....I knew she was hoping it would just go away. What worries me the most is that these are the people in charge of handling sensitive court records and matters. I picked this place from a list that was organized by location in reference to my home and price. The next place was about $100 more expensive overall.....at $1000 for 9 months, I wish I would have paid the extra $100 in the hopes of not having to deal with such incompetence. The clerks in the front didn't know much of what they were talking about. They lied and said paperwork was already submitted when they didnt even submit it. Not just unprofessional, but also rude. This company also failed to submit paperwork from 8 YEARS AGO. This caused a license suspension and needing sr-22 for an incident 8 YEARS AGO because this company Failed To Do Their Job. Brought the company's mistake all the way to Sherene, who said she was the vice president. She was very rude and said she wouldnt help, and to "go ahead and file a complaint with the county." However she wasnt cooperative in providing a business license to complain with. Unprofessionalism, rudeness, and incompetence from the clerks, to the manager, to even the Vice President. Which i could bring this to someones attention but the only person left is the CEO, and after being treated so poorly from the rest of the company, I'm sure the result would be the same: DISAPPOINTING. read more

Do not enjoy having to attend this place but I recommend it to have this instructor named Margot Wright. She makes the course rather interesting and tries to make it as fun as possible for the class. She tolerates most things except for using phones which makes sense. Margot is the only instructor who dedicates her time outside of the workplace to prepare activities, readings, etc. for her classes. That means a lot especially in programs like this. read more

After speaking to multiple locations which had limited availability and people skills, I got ahold of this programs reception. My teacher was amazing. My problem is with the office staff. They are rude and lack any kind of a human heart. They don't fact check they just call and threaten you with suspension or being kicked out. They don't have empathy or compassion for situations like mine which is i was attacked and ended up in the hospital. Instead of coming up w a plan for me i was still required to pay fees because of a missed class while i was in the hospital.binstead of creating a payment plan i was suspended because i am injured and can't work which means coming up with money has been hard. I am barely able to feed myself and yet they have no problem taking my money and continually charging me fees. The course is 500 but I've paid way more than that. Their goal is to find money not help u. This is literally one of the worst experiences i have had with people who are supposed to have a background in counseling. I am now being punished because one of their staff told me i didn't need a sheet of paper so i didn't bring it and now i can not move on to the second portion? Get ur staff on the same page and get ur shit together. We are paying clients and we are humans too. But they only see us as a number and another dollar sign. read more

They were all so great and caring. I did the ABC DUI School...or ordered it should I say. Wow why didn't I check this out. Get what you pay for that is damn sure! I couldn't log on after paying and the system didn't even recognize my email address. Well for sure this place is a joke. I am getting a refund. After reading this other stuff I am not even going to deal with them because I know more shit will happen and I don't trust them getting my certificate out. i recently just completed a "9 month" dui traffic program here.. my experience was great!!! (besides all the extra fees for rescheduling a few classes)..but that was my own fault.. rachel was so open, understanding and kind.. the front desk staff all very efficient and welcoming.. and sandra the office manager always took into consideration my situation.. ( my car got towed from my apartment complex and as i walked out to go to class i literally freaked out!!! realizing i had no car!!) she was so calm and flexible to make sure i was able to take care of the situation, as well as have the opportunity to make up my missed class.. (just had to provide proof:)) additionally, majority of my group sessions were with andre. he really made me laugh until i almost peeded my pants!! and so passionate about recovery and the wonderful life he now lives..( 100% sure he will share his own story and why he does what he does.) it is very scary to get a dui and nobody wants to spend more money or time wasted.. if you are open minded, do what you have to do, and even participate a little you may find a little enjoyment here! gladly recommend abc traffic program for your dui needs:) kristen d w. :) read more
