So I am going to go on a bit of a rant, but I hope that you can make it through this. this comment is to convey how this place literally changed my life. This is mostly pertaining to Eugene (My education instructor), Undrey Jordan (my group counselor), and Rachael (my mid term, interviewing counselor) First off, if you are entering the program, I recommend fighting tooth and nail to be in these classes (however, I am not doubting that the company surely has more outstanding human beings leading the classes) Eugene was a great teacher to "break the ice" when I underwent my first 2 months (I had a 6 month program) He is down to earth and has lived a hell of a life, and you can tell that he sincerely wants to give you information and what you do with it is on you. This program is all about how your mind state is, going into it. You will take away a lot if you give it the chance. I mean anyone going into a DUI school is already pretty screwed, what could giving a little effort hurt? After the 2 months is when I met Rachael for my mid term interview, she gave off a loving mother vibe and also had the same implications as Eugene. It showed consistency within the companies goals, and she was very sweet and accommodating with how the scheduling would personally benefit myself, and my needs. She gave me confidence, and encouragement to continue to soak up every piece of information that these veterans (including herself) could offer. I was always excited for my mid-terms to show her what I was absorbing, and recite what I was taught. It was nice to show my progress and how I was mentally drawing closer to a true understanding of what they stand for. Now, Undrey Jordan..... Hands down the most influential, and realist person I have ever met. I had him for roughly 16 classes (16 weeks) and he was retentive, and engaged, and was always receiving baked goods, and other gifts due to his compassion, and self-taught knowledge. He has an amazing sense of humor and truly makes you feel comfortable, and makes you laugh your ass off. He stated over and over and over that his one goal was to give us ANY piece of information that we would take home, ponder about, and deep dive in life skills that have truly and sincerely impacted how I compose myself as a person. Undrey is an innovator, he strives on learning as much as he can, in order to HELP as MANY people as he can. Its really rare that you find anyone in society nowadays that has a heart as big as he does. He has embedded (subconsciously) over 5 phases,tools, bits of info that greatly impact how I think on a day to day basis. I am not an alcoholic, and no one in the 6 months claimed to "diagnose" anyone as an alcoholic, but Undrey informed me IMMENSELY about alcoholism, and substance abuse, how it can effect you, your loved ones, your mental state, or someone else, or someone elses loved ones. He taught me how to address, and overcome shame, guilt, or any other subconscious emotions and get a better reign on myself as a person. It got to the point that I was thinking, this was money well spent, and I started to think of it as personal counselling or "therapy" on how to be a better person opposed to, "stupid DUI school". I sincerely hope that if you got yourself into this situation (such as myself, and MANY others) that you embrace it with an open mind, and you let it really soak in. I'm 26 years old and this was a great "life check" for me. I'm thankful that no one was hurt. I am thankful that I learned from Eugene, Rachael, and Undrey, and I am truly excited to move forward from this as a better, more aware, better knowledge'd, and more considerate human being. The staff is horrible, there's some guy and 3 older lady's who are just miserable every time I walk in. No one greets you so you just stand at the desk waiting for a hello or how can I help, and if you decided to sit while waiting all of sudden they get up and can help.. "Do you need something?" Like yea obviously I need something, lmao I didn't come to just to stare at y'all. They want to charge $30 just for calling them, won't answer any questions over the phone, everything is come in and get charged $30. I had two deaths in the family, both my grandpas died a week apart from each other, and I needed time off and wanted to re schedule my EXIT Meeting. And he says okay no problem we can't reschedule over the phone, and you have to come in and pay $30, no empathy no sympathy. So I came in for an exit meeting only for them to tell me I have to come back AGAIN to pick up some "paperwork" isn't that the whole part of this exit meeting? Where is my 30 Dollars for making me come back after a scheduled dated EXIT MEETING? So there's an exit meeting and an exit come back and get your shit or get charged 30 dollars! Go anywhere else!! The only good thing from ABC is counselor Mario! And also the papers you get from court don't have the correct prices for this place, it seems like the cheapest but they charge you more at like $100 more. They also don't even open at 9, workers show up between 9:05-9:10 and keep you locked outside until their ready. read more

This is a late post from the experience I had serving my 3 month program at this DUI School. Overall, I would not rate it by numbers but rather as a transitioning & learning experience that I deserved as a punishment for the crime I committed. I truly believe that we're all there for the same reason (which is committing a crime we didn't really mean to do; or so we say) but yes we made that bad choice and for that it should be defined as a 'wrongfully committed crime.' I was in a room full of people I didn't know and throughout it all I ran into the best whom is Jessica that I met from Lucilles. she has the best humor & persanility I've ever met. meeting her I would say is a 10/10 def recommend:) shout out to all the Jessicas in the world. read more

Terrible customer service. I hate giving my money to companies that treat you unfairly. Unnecessarily strict. I was 2 minutes late to a virtual class and they treated me terribly. You get on the phone with them and they have an awful attitude. I've dealt with a couple of their employees and you can hear the satisfaction in their voice when they deny your requests for help. They'll go as far as telling you it's your fault for getting arrested in the first place. Kicking you while you're already down. I can't wait to have ABC traffic out of my life. I hope those individuals who don't know how to speak to paying customers get a taste of their own medicine one day. read more

I came in with the mindset that the required course work would be dull and the classes would feel like an eternity. Counselor Andre definitely changed my way of thinking to make the program more inviting and enjoyable to be a part of. He knows how to effectively have classes collaborate and make the program material easy to digest. Before I knew it, my program had come to a close sooner than anticipated. Do your research first and choose another program These people are complete crooks. Staff are morons . I had scheduled a 1245 meeting and arrived at 1248 and was told by Sandra (total *#&%!) may I add that the meeting was cold but if I wanted a new meeting at 1 19 min later they could arrange one for a additional $20 This is 1 of many petty incidents by these people Fuck this place!!! read more

ABC Traffic Programs would never exist if it weren't for court mandated DUI classes, as they provide no value to individuals or society, except for a few jobs for incompetent workers (like Jasmine) who wouldn't last a week at McDonalds. They are apparently only interested in money, which is evidenced by their dishonest business practices (double charging for missed classes, etc). One day, they didn't even have anybody in the office who spoke fluent English. Pathetic! read more

If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of getting a DUI and having to attend a program, these guys will make it easy for you to get through that ordeal. Andre was friendly and helpful. They provide in person classes as well as online classes and the information to make it easy for you to get your AA meetings done. ABC Traffic programs have really opened my eyes these past 6 months!!! When I first started I walked in not wanting to be here but tords the end I would get here earlier than usual and actually engage with everyone. Andre was my counselor at my last appointment and he was AMAZING! Kind, helpful and nice. I need Saturday classes due to my work schedule and I hope he can help me with that in the near future. The counselors at ABC are very genuine and are helpful towards the patients.
