It was Thursday morning around 8. Steve avery showed up at around 1 pm and acknowledged that the pump should be replaced. He had the chamber pumped on Friday and said he would get a new pump. We had to refrain from using excessive water. He just left us hanging. I called Friday evening and he said he had the pump but wouldn't work on it til Monday. Monday came and went and he ignored our calls. Also Tuesday ignored our calls. Tuesday night promised Wednesday morning. Nothing. Finally came by Thursday without speaking to anyone, left in 30 minutes . No communication until Monday when we got a bill. Still no communication but assume work is done. Called and asked for information on warranty. Still nothing. It's been 10 days​

I finally decided I could not finish the the job myself and called some professionals for estimates. On Grade came by and gave me an estimate, I told them I had another company coming later that day on Saturday and would get back to them ASAP. The other company kept me waiting until after 5pm that day so with that I decided on On Grade. I did not call On Grade to tell them until Monday because I don't like people calling me on Sunday so I figured they may not like either. I guess Bob was not happy that I waited that long but accepted the job. He said they would get to it in around 3 to 4 weeks later. I had no problem with that since it was early October. I called the first week of November and asked if they needed a deposit. Bob got angry saying that the weather had held them up even though I had not even asked when they would start? Needless to say they never started the job last November. Once the weather got to cold to plant grass I called and left a message asking if they would get to it this year. No return call. I called again this last Friday and as of today no return call. I would think a professional business would at least call and tell me that they were not interested in doing the job any longer. I guess I don't deserve that respect, don't know why but that is the way some people are. Would I tell any of my friends to use this company, no.
