Rob, our technician knocked on the door, introduced himself and we walked the property back to the location of our septic system. Why builders always place these systems way out back is beyond me. However, Rob jumped on the job, running hoses, and I mean a LOT of hose back to the tank and started the task. Did I mention it was a hot miserable day? Rob finished quickly and cleaned up PERFECTLY! Bay State Sewage is lucky to have a technician of Rob's ability and personality. A good man! One impressive comment I must make, Rob is the first pumpout driver to come onto the property and leave without burying those big dual wheels carrying a lot of weight into the soft spring grass. Not a trace. Rob is a guy who cares about what he does. Kudos! Additionally I need to give a shout out to the office personnel, specifically Caitlin, who had a negative response from our Credit Card. We eventually found Warner Brothers and Tim came right over, he assessed the job and offered to start the project right away. We were losing daylight in early April but he fought the Town Water Dept on our behalf and emphasized that this was an emergency situation as water was coming into our basement. Long story, shorter, Tim arrived at 7am the next morning, again worked with the Water Department and started digging to find our pinhole leak.
