Seems to me that it was more of a skim coat. . He did come by and look at it and said it was from plowing. Yes, there may have been a couple of plow scrapes but many sections peeled and wore off to the original pavement. The walkway does not get plowed and it's already worn down. I have had my driveway done many times and usually get 2-3 years before a reseal. A nice guy but a poor job. also, a neighbor up the street got a reseal around the same time and thiers still looks awesome. I guess I'll go with their guy next time.
