The most professional aspect is the company's communication, that is, calling/texting/emailing me what date they are coming. In addition to leaving a summary of the day's service they follow up with an email detailing the same. With 3 dogs in our extended family who vacation with us for the entire summer, Lawn Doctor's clear and consistent communication of do's and dont's allows us to better care for our pets. I recommend them highly and without reservation based on its fair pricing in addition to the above comments

    DECEPTION - BE AWARE…read more I have been a customer of Lawn Doctor for over 5 years. My experience had always been straightforward: a technician provided a service, I received a bill, and I paid it. However, it appears their billing system changed last year without my knowledge. Instead of billing per service, they began spreading payments for six treatments over a 10-month period, extending charges through the end of the year. At no point was this new policy clearly explained to me, nor was I given the option to decline or choose how I wanted to pay. I continued paying as I always had--after receiving a bill for services rendered. At the end of the year, I reviewed my account and confirmed that I had paid for all services provided through October. Despite this, I began receiving bills for future services that had not yet been completed. I chose not to pay for services that had not been rendered. Without clear communication or resolution, my account was then sent to collections last month. Shortly after, I received mailed, text, and email notifications stating that my services were being suspended. At that point, I accepted the suspension and began looking for another lawn care provider, as I do not support business practices that feel deceptive or unclear. What is most concerning is that after suspending my service and sending my account to collections, I then received an email asking me to return as a customer. This raises serious concerns about their billing transparency and overall customer service practices. I am extremely disappointed and would caution others to carefully review billing terms and policies before continuing service with Lawn Doctor.
