The weeds kept flourishing. I got suspicious after the third application. Normally my driveway and the sidewalk are covered with a small amount of fertilizer granules during the application. But whenever this guy did the application, the driveway and the sidewalk were clean. I have many bare spots on my lawn. The grass is short. Freshly cut. I looked all over the lawn. I did not see any fertilizer granules. This scumbag was just driving over my lawn without releasing any fertilizer.

Their snow removal and ice dam services are especially exceptional. I've been using them since late summer, and it genuinely feels like having a professional property management team on call. Whenever something needs attention at my home, I know Ryan will respond quickly and get it done right. Most recently, I had a last minute emergency when nearly two feet of snow built up on my roof deck, creating a serious safety risk with a blizzard forecasted the next day bringing up to another two feet. Ryan stepped in immediately without hesitation and resolved the issue. He cleared the deck so well that I almost want to use it, even though it's freezing outside. Just as important, they're honest, fair, and transparent with pricing. There is real value in their work. They never overcharge, never push unnecessary services, and their work is absolutely worth every penny. Reliable, responsive, and consistently high quality. Our experience with Whitmore's started off as a fertilizing contract and the lawn looked better and better each year. We then moved to include aeration and thatching before we then upgraded to weekly lawn mowing, as well. The Whitmore staff is always quick to answer emails or phone calls if something is needed and the pricing is reasonable across the board. When the crew is on our property, they are sure to always blow off the driveway and walk of any clippings and also take care of the patio and deck, too. All in all, great lawn care service provided by Whitmore's and definitely would recommend them to someone looking for a landscaping company.
