They seem like someone who just likes to complain based on their other reviews - and for this one in particular with comments like "you can't trust landscaping companies because so many will burn you" - this seems irrelevant to Tybrettlen. If you don't like a policy - don't work with them - but it doesn't seem like a reason to slander them without having actually worked with them.
