I just had my son 11 days ago and I am so grateful my OB recommended Dr. Sirsy! He came to visit us every day at the hospital after my son was born. It made me feel good that he took the time to come in and visit with us, after his scheduled day at the office. After meeting him the first time, I instantly had a good feeling and felt like he had the best interest of our baby in mind. I also did my research and knew he has been practicing for a long time and that made me feel like he really knew his stuff. Dr. Sirsy found that our son needed to have his tongue clipped. We were having a hard time nursing and without the tongue clip procedure, Baby could experience speech impediments, among other non life-threatening side effects. We scheduled the procedure soon after we got home from the hospital. The tongue clip procedure was phenomenal. It took 15 seconds and Baby didn't even cry! There was no blood and no fuss! We were seen right away. Now, I can nurse him without having to use shields and he will be better off in the long run, health-wise. As a first time mom, Dr. Sirsy made me feel very reassured. He is very gentle and soothing. He is really good at explaining things, being thorough and asking if we have any questions. He takes really good care of us and jokes around from time to time, which really helps when you have an anxious mom like me who has never done any of this before. Another thing I like is that Dr. Sirsy takes his time with us during our visits. He is never in a hurry. He's very calm and patient. Some doctors are in and out so fast; you spend 30+ min in the waiting room and see the doc for 5 seconds... not Dr. Sirsy. He makes sure we are well taken care of and that's really important to me. He also lets us stay in the room after our visit if I need to nurse Baby before we leave if Baby is fussy! I would highly recommend Dr. Sirsy and his team if you are looking for a reliable pediatrician. We also have Medicaid for insurance and we are treated just the same as everybody else - the staff is great and we always leave there feeling like we made the best choice for our baby! read more

First and foremost, Dr. Sirsy NEVER saw your child. So your judgement of his bedside manner is not based on any actual encounter or visit. You were instructed by the staff to seek care at the ER as they were better equipped to handle the situation and provide further evaluation in the form of tests and scans to assess your child's injury. It is also important to note that your child has NEVER been seen at this office and at the time that you WALKED IN, it would be near impossible for the child to be seen as there is paper work and verifications that need to be done for all NEW patients. So before you try and defame this respected doctor's character, it would be in your best interest to tell the COMPLETE and accurate story. Ohh and as for the water level in the turtle tanks they are quite sufficient unless of course you want the poor creatures to struggle in an overfilled tank. The time and effort it took for you to complete a FALSE review reveals more about your character than it does of the Dr and his staff. Dr. Sirsy (and Dr. Karim) have one of the best practices I have ever been to. Having moved, I had trouble finding a physician I could trust with my three children. After finding Dr. Sirsy, I knew my children's health would always be in good hands. Not only does this doctor's kindness create a loving atmosphere, his intelligence supersedes all else. Dr. Sirsy understands the nature of illnesses, and it amazes me how he is able to diagnose and treat my children the RIGHT way every time. Previous doctors don't compare to Dr. Sirsy and his staff. What really proved Dr. Sirsy's greatness to me was when my son became extremely sick over New Years' weekend. My husband and I were trying our best to get him better, but he was getting worse and needed help. Dr. Sirsy answered the phone on a holiday, and unbelievably allowed us to bring our son in on New Years' eve. If that isn't dedication I don't know what is. We don't know what we would do without you, Dr. Sirsy. We love you! And now that the practice has added a family medicine side, I am so happy that my husband and I are able to come here as well. Dr. Karim is just as amazing as Dr. Sirsy and obviously was trained very well. He is knowledgeable of modern medicine and brings a new aurora to the office. Hands down the best pediatric and family practice! Our family absolutely loves ABC Pediatrics and Family Medicine. My 2 daughters have been going to Dr. Sirsy since they were born. One is almost 20 years old now. Dr. Karim is the family practice doctor and has been amazing since starting at ABC. He is so personable and easy to talk to. My husband was afraid to see any doctor but he loves Dr. Karim. Dr Karim takes his time with patients and listens to all of their concerns. He addressed every single complaint and made sure my husband felt comfortable. He really does go above and beyond for his patients. Dr Karim even called us with his test results and we were so happy he did. I think its rare for any doctor to call their patients. Its really hard to find a family practice as special as this place. We highly recommend ABC for the entire family. You won't be disappointed. To the reviews about insurance issues and staff...its not true. That staff works very hard. The insurance companies make things difficult, not them. They do not have a lot of staff turn over and they are always kind. I've be going there 20 years and never had a bad experience. I have three young children one with a chronic illness. My previous pediatrician always rushed us without hearing me out about any of my concerns. So I decided to shop around for a new pediatrician. Four different moms told me about Dr.Sirsy at first I was reluctant to go since he is a bit far from me ( I live in North Las Vegas ). I decided finally to give it a try after my son couldn't get in to see his pediatrician during a weekday and I had to resort to taking him to the E.R. The ease of making an appointment and the kindness of the staff was amazing! I am so glad I made the switch. My kids absolutely love Dr.Sirsy This man is an absolute blessing for my children, he helped manage my sons illness, and will call and tell us results over the phone unlike most doctors who made me make an appointment to tell me everything is fine in order to collect a co-pay. So I moved out this way maybe 2 years ago with my baby. The moment I was settled I mother'd up and made an appointment for my child to get checked and up to date on her vaccines. Y'all. I got so lucky on my first shot. The nurse staff is always pleasant and patient with us. Her physician does so well with my child. Whenever I've had an unexpected or unscheduled issue with my daughter (illness, pink eye, a rash that confused me) they've always managed to fit me in same day to get my daughter the care she needs. In the 2 years We've been seeing this facility we have had zero problems. The waiting room is divided up with sick patients to the left behind the goldfish and well patients (kids getting vaccines or wellness checks) to the right with a play house that occupies kiddo patients while they wait. My wait time has always been very quick. I do t think I've ever had to sit for more than 5 minutes before having a nurse call us to the back. 12/10 would Reccomend. read more

Best doctors office in the neighborhood! Both doctors available to answer our questions or concerns even after hours. And they know us and our children on a first name basis. We found Dr.Sirsy (pediatrician) through a friend of mine who had been bringing her kids to see him for over 15 yrs. I had grown frustrated with a big chain pediatrics offices. I love to come to be seen by an actual MEDICAL DOCTOR and the same one consistently at that, the practice we came from herded us like cattle, we were another number it was a surprise to who you were going to see that day. And no offense to PA's but they just have no clue! Everything is a diagnosed as freaking virus to them! I love that Dr.Sirsy is a matter of fact kind of doctor. With four children and twelve grandchildren, I have met my fair share of pediatrician's. Most of them have had true passion for what they do. Dr. Sirsy is unfortunately not in that group. I have never met such an uncaring, dismissive, rude, and outright disrespectful doctor in my entire 65 years of life. He must have plenty of patients because he certainly doesn't want to be bothered with new prospects. Maybe I am a bit too sensitive, but I was in tears by the time I got to the car. I assumed (shame on me) since he has three disabled children that he would have a higher level of compassion and patience with little ones. That could not be further from the truth. Dr Sirsy is compassionate, kind, realible, knowledgeable physician. He is very professional and goes above and beyond what I've expected from a physician. My oldest daughter saw him from her birth till she was 18 years old. For 18 years he took care of her, when she was sick in the weekends he will open up his clinic to see what was wrong with her and I don't remember the countlesss time he did that. I can't have the right word to describe how grateful I am to him . I still see him now cause my youngest see him too. Dr. Sirsy is an awesome doctor. Always answers any questions my husband and I may have. My son has been going to Dr. Sirsy for the past two years and we love him, he is so great with my son :) The office staff is also really great, they are all so friendly and helpful. All the girls in the office always have smiles on their faces. Dr Sirsy's staff is very quick and efficient when calling back and they are very fast about their same day appointments. This office has a well side with a play house as well as a sick side with a play house. The office is also very clean. My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Sirsy's for 2 1/2 yrs and I have nothing but respect for the job that the Dr and his staff do. They are always smiling and very friendly. From check-in to check out it is always a fast and easy experience. The girls up front are super knowledgeable and are always able to explain any questions I have regarding my insurance and co-pays. Dr. Sirsy is extremely thorough and takes his time to diagnose her and make her feel comfortable during the exams. Even having her shots done is never a hassle because the girls are super quick. My kids have been patients of Dr. Hesham Sirsy's for almost 14 years. There is no doctor we have ever met who cares more for his patients. Without fail I get same day appointments when my kids are sick and he always goes the extra mile to ensure my kids stay healthy. He is kind, honest and available when we need him. He doesn't have an answering service--he is the answering service! If I'm concerned about my child after business hours and I need his advice, he answers the phone no matter the hour. Dr. Sirsy and his staff are wonderful. My infant son came down with a cold for which he was seen. Several days later he hadn't improved/was worsening and I called the office right before they closed. They told me to bring him over. Dr. Sirsy took one look at my child and told me to get to the ER right away. My then 3-month-old ended up having RSV and was hospitalized in the pediatric ICU for almost 3 weeks. It was every parent's worst nightmare but I credit Dr. S for seeing us at the last minute without an appointment and assessing my son's health as emergent. My kiddos have been seeing doctor Sirsy since 2012 , he's always been wonderful even with my autistic son he has shown a lot of patience. His years of experience show through his caring work . I began seeing Dr Sirsy's son , Dr. Karim Sirsy in late 2017, I've got to say he is the best doctor I've ever had! He's very thorough in his examinations and questioning of ailments. He also follows up with phone calls to make sure treatment is going well. I feel like he genuinely cares about his patients and I'm not just another person walking in the door. My twin boys have been with Dr.Sirsy for the past 4 years we had moved from Seattle and finding a good pediatrician was an absolute nightmare. Dr. Sirsy's medical knowledge and experience alone beats out every pediatrician's office we went to. I wasn't looking for a fancy office, or anything more than a correct diagnosis and the SAME Doctor who can see my sons at any time. I love coming to this office its defiantly worth the drive for me . Dr. Sirsy is a very knowledgeable guy . I like the fact that the staff always answer the phone and are attentive to my needs. The other great thing about this office is the Doctor personally calls you to tell you the results. I cant stand other practices that make you have to schedule a new appointment so your results can be read so they make another co-pay. Tried this place since my children's long time pediatrician moved back to NY, this was a huge mistake! The Dr seemed to not care at ask about my concerns and failed to answer multiple questions I asked. His bed side manner was mediocre at best and he got irritated at my daughter because she hates going to the dr and was crying. The office is outdated and felt dirty. Plus when went, the roof was leaking... The staff was nice and attentive but because of the dr I'm only giving one star. I will never go back! read more

Dr.Brittany is the NP there and she is amazing!!! She is taking such great care of my kids. Last night the urgent cares were packed and it was a Sunday so ABC Pediactrics was closed. She opened it up to see my child because she knew my daughter needed medicine ASAP. I love this place and I will keep her as my kids Doctor. She even helps with samples of things because she knows we struggle. I have the state medical and she treats us like we have top notch medical. I have never had a Doctor care this much. read more
