We've had a few pediatricians in town - some were really great but staff was always slow to return calls or specialists never received the referral. So I became a first time mom this year and chose inspirada after seeing reviews. I was really impressed with how they put thought and care into how the office was decorated. Playful, full of color, toys for kids, snacks, and drinks. Just a very inviting atmosphere. I love the cloud lights too! I also love how happy they are to see my baby, and they are invested in his health and growth. I see dr allie and shes so nice, and takes a lot of time to get to know my child and really check out how hes doing. They also don't push sleep training or really any agenda. There was a bit of a hiccup with the front desk calling right before an apt and wrongly telling us our insurance was suddenly not accepted. This lead us to have to go to another provider that also had good reviews, and I saw stark differences. The facility was so brown and boring, the nurse that measured him and weighed him was not super friendly, the dr although nice mentioned he was 6 months so we could start sleep training. You had to sign a form accepting that you have to get vaccines and they won't do modified schedules either. It made me so greatful when the office manager for inspirada called me a couple weeks later to let me know the error on their end. The office has a sick and well entrance although they connect to the same back area, so not sure how effective that is. I do appreciate how great they are at fitting you in if baby is sick or hurt. We took our newborn son here for his first appointment, and they walked us through all of our questions with so much detail and support and grace as first-time parents. Couldn't be happier finding Inspirada pediatrics thanks to the great Yelp reviews! My husband and I took our newborn baby girl here a few days after she was born. Dr. Allie was so sweet and detailed with explaining future needs of our precious newborn. She was gentle, kind and trustworthy. The next week we met with Dr. Chuck who was amazing as well! He was so patient with all of our follow up questions and never made us feel rushed. He took his time answering everything in detail. We were given a detailed vaccine chart and was able to have a nice & unbiased conversations about them, it was such a breath of fresh air! There's no pressure with anything, just education and helpful information so we can make our own decisions as new parents. I also trusted Dr. Chuck when meeting him, so happy we found great doctors for our baby. The front desk staff is professional and efficient with both the check in and check out process, they seem to be on the same page as the doctors when it comes to knowing how to schedule our next follow ups accurately. They have relaxing noise machines playing outside of each patient room. Also wanted to note that when you arrive outside, there is a sick waiting room to check into as well as a non-sick waiting room for your little ones, that was great to see and so important. Amazing staff and quality care! My 2yo son had his first appointment at Inspirada needing updated shots - my son normally cries over every little thing and freaks out from medical staff and Tanisha is the first person I've ever met to make my son laugh and giggle where he didn't even know that he had a shot. I immediately had to praise her on the spot because I thought we were going to have our usual melt down like every other time. Lastly, I never make yelp reviews, but I was that impressed and delighted with all staff that I interacted with. Best Pediatricians ever! We've been coming here for a month now. Everyone we have met - from the doctors to the staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. Our little guy especially loves Dr. Chase and Tunisia (I hope I am spelling her name right). They always take great care of our boy. They are always gentle with him and explains procedures and other things to us which we truly appreciate as first time parents. The clinic is always clean. I appreciate that there are separate entrances and waiting areas for sick and non sick kids. There are also books and toys for the kids and coffee/tea for the parents in the waiting area. I had a friend recommend this pediatric office & I can't say enough great things about it. We were at a popular Summerlin pediatric office for almost 3 yrs before this one and weren't loving it, so glad I finally made the switch for our family. It is located just off St Rose Pkwy, they are in a brand new office. The waiting room was so clean & beautiful, I was immediately impressed. My toddler loved the toys they had. They also had Disney+ on in the waiting room which was nice. They also have separate sick & well entrances which I was super impressed with. It is very easy to check in & they answer the phones very fast whenever I call to make an appointment. We saw Dr. Chuck and loved him and the nurses were nice. We used to go to a different pediatrician in Henderson. I noticed that all my favorite doctors had left. So after a little research, I found out they opened their own practice!! And here we are!!! I love all the doctors here. Dr. Chase, Dr. Chuck, Dr. Ann and Allie are all amazing. Whenever I call in for a sick visit, I'm always able to get an appointment within a reasonable time. And I honestly don't mind which provider we see because I love them all. My kids take a liking to all of them. My daughter especially loves Allie. She's so friendly and easy to talk to. The front desk ladies and the nurses are also very nice. The office is so clean and new. I love that they offer coffee/tea and snacks for the little ones. Another plus is that we live close by, so mom win for me. Having such amazing medical providers makes doctor visits less painful. read more

We came from their prior office. We've been seeing Dr Chase since our baby was born. She is amazing and very detailed, helpful and caring. Not once we ever felt rushed. When my daughter had a mild eczema(from what it looked like back then), we came to see her but she was out on vacay and Dr Chuck did the check up that day. We were also wow'ed by him and thought our baby can see either one of them. They have a type of approach that we relate to. We were so happy we're able to follow them here at Inspirada Pediatrics as it is closer to our home. When we saw Dr Chase yesterday, she had this Aura to her that made us love her even more. I think the atmosphere here is vibing with how they really want their office/environment to be. The office is very light, airy and cute! Office Experience Check in was smooth. WELL & SICK patients have separate door entrance and room is divided by this wall which was very nice! The rooms are also so very well interior design thought out for kiddos. We recently transferred care here from another office in town and are so happy we did! Everything has been seamless and well above our expectations! It was easy to make an appointment. The check in process was simple and the waiting room was clean and kid friendly. I was happy to see a "well" entrance and a "sick" entrance. The office is clean and super cute! However, this place makes me feel at ease whenever I take my son. The office is so cute they have a sick waiting room and they have a well waiting room which is such a smart thing to do. I'll preface my complaint by saying Dr. Chuck Hutchings was/is the best doctor we could have asked for and we're so deeply saddened to be removed from this office per the manager, which is the catalyst for this review. The manager handled this problem quite terribly. We have been going to this office since our child's birth and he's an established patient under Medicaid. I recently got a new job and have an additional insurance plan (meaning we are double covered), but the panel apparently "closed" for the new insurance. While this MAY be out of their control, as much as it is mine since I got the new job right at the end of the year/ beginning of the NEW year... the way the situation was handled is entirely in the managers control. My child showed up for a scheduled appointment and checks in at the front with both insurance cards. After getting to the back to continue service, we were told they could not provide care. I called afterwards to understand more about what happened and all the staff can tell me is the panel is closed with no other communication on if there's something that could be done besides "our manager will reach out", but fair enough. I awaited the managers call and gave the staff times that were best for a call or meeting of some sort; days pass and NOTHING. All I got was a voicemail from the front desk (not even the MANAGER) saying to find a new doctor and office. Thats all we got.. but all we wanted was some more clarification and understanding since he is double insured. You tell us that you're maxed out of patient space but he's been going there and has been being seen by Dr. Chuck and would have continued to go there if we didn't add another insurance. We have left the experience confused and disappointed. We assigned his PCP (Dr. Chuck) as soon as I was able to which was about 1-2 days after my FIRST day at the new job which would've been December 30 or 31st of last year. read more

What else can I say that previous reviewers haven't said?? We absolutely LOVE Dr. Chuck. We found him on accident while my daughter was a patient at Siena Pediatrics. He's such a great physician and is amazing with my daughter. We followed him once he left his last pediatrician's office and although his current temporary office is a bit of a drive, he's worth it. I can't explain how he is a doctor, but you just gotta meet him. All I can say is that I've never had so much fun at such a short appointment. He always leaves us feeling like we just caught up with family. This location is small, and so so quiet compared to our said previous office. Definitely welcoming, comfortable, and the waiting room is pretty kid friendly. I was pleasantly surprised at how neat and tidy it was although there were so many toys and books and writing utensils for the little ones. Snacks, coffee/tea, and Disney+ are also provided. Rooms are pretty ample and provided my daughter time to explore. A rocking chair in the room I was in was perfect for comforting my little one before her exam. After the appointment there was a cute toy basket for her to choose from. I really hope they bring the ambiance and ideas to the new location! I can't wait until they open their new office and highly recommend them for all of your littles! It's difficult for me to share my good experiences with others, but I'm just so grateful I finally found a provider we trust in the valley. Now my only hope is that I can finally find a provider for adults just as awesome. read more

However, I was able to receive a tour of the new clinic a week ago and have to say that the facilities and mood were fantastic. The clinic was the nicest of several that I've toured: Cute toys and decorations, soft lighting, friendly smiles from all the staff, snacks, a comfortable waiting room, and anything else anyone could want for their child - and themselves - to feel comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy as well. As others have stated, Dr. Chuck and the other doctors are warm, caring, and give a vibe of being very unrushed when seeing their patients. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the area with children. read more

Inspirada pediatrics is the best in the state. Dr. Chuck and Dr. Chase are the most caring doctors, the office they are in is a temporary office until the new one is complete and they made it so stylish, but kid friendly and just so thoughtful with the kids shows, toys that keep the kids interested and not the gross germ covered torn apart books you find at other Dr offices. They provide snacks for the kids which my kids love. The staff are all, and I mean ALL OF THEM are so kind and friendly when you walk in the door until you leave. They all care about your experience and well being and you can tell Dr. Chuck has created a great working environment and they love their job! Our last office funneled us in at a rapid pace and the waiting rooms were always jam packed, people everyone and insane waits and it is not like that here. The atmosphere here is welcoming, fun and just overall wonderful. The social media is funny, trendy and we love seeing it! The office is clean and modern and the branding is the cutest I've seen. Even the paper work and billing is not bad, we don't have to repeat the same information over again. Only once a year but you can do it all online so your hand doesn't cramp filling out chapters of paperwork like at other offices. We are so grateful to have found Dr. Chuck and we will be patients as long as we can be! All of my friends bring their kids here it's the funniest thing I literally have 8 mom friends around the valley and they all are huge fans and patients of Dr. Chuck! I almost don't want to recommend him because we know everyone in the valley will want to come here and then he's gonna be working non stop! We love him so much and could rave on and on about this office!! ***ADDING TO MY REVIEW just to keep on this praise train, after your appointment you get an email of a summary of what was discussed in your appointment if you couldn't remember. THIS IS GENIUS. We all know mom brain is a real thing and I struggle with this so much and I've never seen an office do this before. I have yet to visit them. So this has nothing to do with the appointment or their service. It's impossible to get an actual appointment with them. With one of the doctor's schedule being "unknown" and with them never calling back to schedule appointments. I even got a text and email saying my appointment was cancelled so I called them back, only for them to say it was an error on their end. The reception didn't apologize and was very cold/ nonchalant about it. The least they can do it send a correction email and text. I'm almost this close to not giving them a try, but they are so close to us. Is it worth going if they can't even get an appointment worked out? read more

Dr. Chuck is so unbelievably kind, heartwarming, no-nonsense/common sense, listens, amazing energy and synergy...I could go on and on. The staff from receptionist to nurses to med assistants are all amazing. The facility is well thought out to help kids feel comfortable, looks well appointed and even has snacks for the kiddos.
