Our family is so grateful for this office time and time again! We take our daughter here, they have been seeing her since she was born. We are always able to ask any questions or voice concerns and they take their time to answer everything. The providers are very kind & knowledgeable, and we are confident that they always provide the best care for our family. My husband and I are also seen here - we know we can always get a same day appointment if we are sick. The front staff/MA's are very friendly and great with kids! I have been taking my kids here since I met dr sirsy when I had my now 2 year old and he was making rounds after my delivery. From that moment on it has been by far the best experience at a pediatricians office around town. I just delivered a baby girl 5/24/26 and went for a weight check this time we saw his sister (who is just as amazing) we left the clinic at 440 and I was in my car in the lot breast feeding and my daughter had a medical emergency one of the receptionists was leaving when I had called 911 she called the dr and she drove back to the office got in the ambulance to assess her!! As a mother that was so amazing for her to drive back get in the ambulance and help me calm and look over my baby. I will never take my kids anywhere else. I truly Love these doctors! They feel like family and actually listen and care. I've been taking my son here for 13 years now and was so happy they started seeing adults too. We moved to the opposite side of town recently but I refuse to go to a new office. The 25-30 minute drive is worth it. (They also have Teladoc in case you can't make it in office.) Do not use ABC Pediatrics. They lack communication and character. We had our first newborn and at the hospital we were asked if we'd like a pediatrician to come in to make sure everything looked good. As new parents we agreed that sounds like a good idea. The pediatrician came in held the baby for 15-30 seconds answered some questions and left. A month later we had ABC calling asking for a $330 payment for the doctor's time. It's absolutely ridiculous to not tell people there is a charge for the service on top of all the hospital bills. I find their way of advertising to new parents about their practice to be extremely dishonest. I'm all for getting your practice out there and earning customers, but finding new parents and charging them over $300 for 15 minutes of your time is not the way to earn business. read more

The doctor is polite but I'm not confident that he correctly diagnosed my son. In addition, the office charge me $115 on my first visit even though I have insurance. The cash pay fee is $80 which is less than they charge me with insurance which doesn't make sense. I'm not convinced that they bill insurance for these visits. The PA who is there he's very dismissive and tries to rush you out of there. When my son was underweight, they told him he was normal weight and just fine. It used to be a great office, but it has changed over the years. I will be finding a new doctor. read more

My son is 3 months old and we have been coming to ABC Pediatrics since he was born. Our experience has been great so far. Dr. Sirsay is very friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions and give thorough explanations. The office always has open availability that works with my schedule and they also accept walk-ins. They take emergency calls even after business hours which is great when dealing with children and concerned parents. The doctors here are fantastic, however, this practice is disorganized and have no problem charging patients even when their insurance covers the fee. It took three months for me to receive a refund after being overcharged, and that was after badgering their front office. Even when my insurance claims came through they used the excuse that the claims had not reached their billing office. They stated they would get back to me and they never did. I called several times before and after this statement and never received any confirmation. I finally walked into the office and they quickly refunded me without even going to the billing office which they claimed they would need to check beforehand. I'm not sure if it's a situation where they take advantage of people, ignore people of color, or just have no sense of organization, but please do not trust your money with these people. They have no problem ignoring your issue, but we all know that if any patient was late on a payment, there would be outrageous problems for us. Very poor organization. I'm disgusted read more

Worst pediatrician ever. Didn't go through my insurance despite my giving it to them multiple times. Do not go here. Careless with my child.

My girls have been going here since they were born and now they are 8 and 9 years old. My 9 year old has upper respiratory problems. When the girls returned to school at the end of the year my daughter got sent home because she was coughing and needed to be tested for COVID. Dr. Sirsy refuse to see her and recommend we go to UMC Quick Care so we did test came back negative. Last month she was coughing really bad I called Dr. Sirsy and the lady said we are not seeing any sick kids and take her to UMC. The COVID test came back negative the UMC doctor put my daughter on an inhaler, breathing machine. A couple of days later we got the reminder of their yearly appointment. We called the office they changed the appointment because they wanted our kids to be 100% better! At this time I am heartbroken that our doctor of nine years refuses to see sick kids. All I can do now is fine a new doctor! read more

I really thought I had found my doctor through this practice. Dr. Sirsy and the NP both listened and spent a good amount of time trying to understand my symptoms. The reason I am giving them 3 stars is because they gave no notice at all before converting to a pediatric practice. They did this on November 1 but notified us on November 8. This caused so much upheaval in scheduling refills for prescriptions as now, they won't authorize mail order or any refills past what is already on file. Very disappointing. read more

I switched to ABC Pediatrics a few months ago and have been so happy with our experiences. It's easy to get same or next day appointments. The wait time is minimal and the office staff is always friendly. What sets Dr. Sirsy above the rest is I was able to call on a Sunday morning and do a televisit with him on the spot and get antibiotics called on for my son. Highly recommend! read more

The only downside to this office is the dated office equipment and toys which is on the verge of dirty. We switched to Dr. Sirsy from another pediatrician right before my second child was born. I never wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Sirsy is always attentive and a little traditional in his ways, which I like. The PAs are also knowledgeable and attentive. They also will make same day sick appointments which is a plus. Update: Dr. Sirsy has added his son to the practice who is a family Dr. We really like him also! He is very attentive and can see adults as well. They have also expanded and renovated their offices. Still a great experience and I don't feel there is any sort of cleanliness issues now. read more

Great experience all around to bring my grand children. Seeing how busy they were, I expected the visit to be nothing exceptional but to my surprise we felt very well received by the front desk staff. We felt even more comforted when meeting Dr. Karim Sirsy. We left feeling all of our thoughts were explored and well received by Dr. Karim Sirsy. The grandchildren loved him and wanted to know when they're going back to see the Doctor! Of course they could have just loved the lollipops at the end but their mother- my daughter in law, felt she found someone she could trust and count on. A blessing to have during these times. Such a shame that I'm having to write this review as Dr. Sirsy and his son are wonderful pediatricians. However that is where it ends. The front desk staff is beyond awful, rude and cold and will do everything in their power to NOT help you. Like other reviewers have stated they will tell you your child isn't covered by insurance despite if you've already called to verify the insurance is valid fir the child prior to your visit. On my first visit we were also charged their non insurance rate of $80 and when I followed up with my insurance they stated they never received any claim from them and this is ILLEGAL. If you clearly state to a provider that you have insurance, provide your insurance card and months later they still don't submit the claim to your insurance they are in violation. At first I thought of letting this go but the rude woman at the front desk who checks you in is so disrespectful that I will definitely be filing a claim and seeking legal action as she's lied to me several times stating she submitted the claim when in fact she has not and apparently does this to all new patients, who knows how much money their pocketing from this. Steer clear away from here unless you want to be ripped off. read more

Every step of the way Dr. Kareem and Hesham Sirsy have been very helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns. I can always get an appointment within 24 hours but mostly in the same day, I have never waited longer than 10minutes in the waiting area. The nurse and staff are always warm and welcoming. Gentle and quick with immunization. Very thorough in diagnosis and treatment. I like that they are expanding and seeing adult patients. Another plus is in case of emergency illness they can be reached over the phone and have even seen my little one on the weekend when necessary. read more

I've been to this office a few times this year since we moved to this side of town and I'm so glad my neighborhood app recommended them! They don't make you wait too long to be seen and Dr. Sirsy is always kind and friendly to my children. Seeing these other reviews I'm having a hard time understanding them because the staff has always been accommodating and helpful in getting us in same day appts or within the same week. Yes they make you put your deductible before your children are seen but I'd much rather that then surprise bills months later. Last week I was anxious to get my child in for a lingering cough and they got us an appt same day, being a school / work day I had to change my appt time and they worked around my schedule to get us in. I have been going to Dr;. Sirsy for 13 years. I interviewed him when I was 19 and pregnant with my first daughter. He used to be associated with St. Rose Hospitals for a while and I met him through a Baby Basics class with Nurse Shirley. He spent 20 years or so as an ENT, and has been doing pediatrics for equally as long. He has never been wrong. He has several children of his own and is always patient. My kids, 13-10-3, all love him too. I appreciate that he has now allowed student doctors to shadow him with his appointments. The only reason this is a 4 star and not a 5 star is because there are times when the office staff aren't at his level of professionalism. I remember in the past having trouble with a few workers at the front, but haven't has any issues recently. Great doctor, great location. read more

I truly gave this office a fair chance, but was so disappointed. The doctor lives and advertises in Anthem Country Club, as do I, so I took my son with high hopes. I cannot even begin to express how horrible the experiences were. Dr. Sirsy was unfriendly, uninterested, and just plain tired. I thought maybe I had caught him on a bad day so I gave it another try...and another. It only got worse. The last straw was when my son got extremely sick. I brought him in twice, only to be told he just had a cold and to give it time. I knew something wasn't right and should have trusted my motherly instincts over his medical degree and poor judgement. Long, terrible story short, my son ended up in the hospital and intubated for 12 days due to respiratory failure from RSV. I performed CPR on my child on the side of the road and will be traumatized for the rest of my life. I went back for a follow-up after this hospital stay and he would not even acknowledge the situation, much less be caring or even somewhat concerned for the well-being of my child. My children (and all children) deserve loving and quality care. Sadly, this office is far from it. read more

Hesham Al Sirsy is THE Worst pediatrician ever, isn't doing his job well and/or properly .. He hadnt done anything ever at an annual exam for my daughter in 3 years , never seen him Do visual, hearing or other stuff he's supposed to do . If you express any concern about your kid's health currently he won't move on to the annual check up. He says it has to be scheduled separately which I did twice. So First time I came for her annual exam my daughter had a wart so he focused on treating it, which eventually didn't help her anyway, and he never ended up to getting to the annual check up either. So, I noticed he didn't do visual, hearing etc though he checked her spine and looked like he gave me the conclusion of the exams:"looks good she's healthy" type of thing but just that didn't seem right to me so when I called later and asked about these things I was told over the phone because of the wart the doctor couldn't get to it So I scheduled the second appointment for her annual exam , I come a week later he asked what concerns were so that time she happened to have a headache from overheating and an achy stomach so he said he could help her with that but her annual exam has to be other time coz he can't do both at the same time ... I never heard anything like that in my life!!!! Then he starts telling me off , getting all offensive and personal saying he had been told I had said he wasn't doing his job well when I came a week ago , that may be in my country they do things differently but not here. Really ?? My daughter was born in this country and she's only been going to pediatricians in theUSA! And he says all these things in front of my confused daughter. I tried to steer him away and asked him to focus on the exam rather than me but he just wouldn't shut up , so I just left .. the front desk was also very rude and tried to cover their butts up too Honestly Dr. Hesham Al Sirsy always make an impression that he just chills there without concerning really about kids health, trying to move through them quickly so he can get paid. He doesn't seem like he has a lot of knowledge either I asked I needed a blood work test done for my daughter on numerous occasion or a referral for it he's making it very difficult and impossible .. he explains it I have to have major concerns in order to get the blood work done for her. Well she hasn't done any real serious examinations in years so why not. Do I have to wait for concerns and then run to the doctor when it's too late ?? Very unprofessional too and rude in interacting And when you express your concerns about the service they just kick you out and refuse the service!! Love Dr. Sirsy! We have had Dr Sirsy as our sons pediatrician since our son was born and can't do life without him. He goes above and beyond for his patients, even when he is off if you call the office you will get directed to his phone. He is always available for last minute walk in and will open the office for you on the weekends if it's very serious. Great with the kids and super nice. I scheduled an appointment for a well check for my son and also to file some day care papers. We went there at 8:45 am and the lady at the front desk gave me some papers to file them cz it's our first appointment since we just moved to Henderson. While I was filing the papers the lady called me and informed me that the doctor cannot see my son because he's missing the 12th and 18th months shots and said it's our policy. I didn't like that they didn't tell me that at first when I gave them the vaccine thing and I had to wait until my turn. I don't know from where they came up with this policy read more
