NV Pediatric Specialists have been there for my son since the first time he had anaphylaxis. We didn't know what was happening to him, but the staff was so quick to see that my son was in danger and quickly administered his epipen and called 911. From that day on I couldn't take him to any other pediatric clinic. This was the best one for us. They genuinely care about the patients and their families. Even with our favorite PAC gone (Andrew Brown) we remain faithful to NVP. I still have hopes she will come back. read more

I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star because I am extremely disappointed with how they treat patients. On two consecutive days, my daughter and I waited over an hour past our appointment time. Despite my daughter being very sick and experiencing diarrhea, the doctor and staff did nothing to assist us. The staff were unhelpful, simply claiming they couldn't do anything because the doctor was late or behind schedule. This is unacceptable. My daughter was seriously ill, and waiting over an hour is inexcusable. This is how they choose to treat their patients, wasting valuable time and showing a complete lack of concern. read more

very disappointing experience .We arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment, but patients without appointment who arrived after us were seen first, even though it was not an Emergency. After waiting over an hour, we were told it would be another hour before my daughter could receive her injections, so we decided to leave and reschedule. we understand that delays can happen, but better communication and more respecto for scheduled appointment times would have made a big difference. read more

We absolutely love, Dr. Giles! He is always so nice and understanding of any concerns that we may have in regard to the health of both of our daughters. It's always so nice when you feel like you're actually being heard. I have been coming here since my first daughter was a newborn, and we just started bringing our second daughter here as well. The staff is always so accommodating for last-minute appointments if we need it, and the office is always extremely clean, which I really appreciate! I recommend their office to everyone that I know that has babies or kiddos of their own! read more

If theres 0 star i would give it 0 star. I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding a experience at the office involving my daughter's appointment around june last year 2025. We had originally scheduled an annual physical for my daughter, but due to the doctor canceling on the day of the appointment, I agreed to see a Registered Nurse Joanne Wennstrom instead. During this visit, I mentioned a concern that my daughter's legs appeared to be bending inward, and I asked if this was something she would likely grow out of. I was concerned by the lack of a proper clinical assessment. The nurse did not ask my daughter to walk or perform any functional movements to observe her gait; she simply looked at her feet and immediately referred us to a podiatrist. Upon visiting the recommended specialist, we waited for over an hour only to be informed that this is a very common developmental stage for a two-year-old and that most children grow out of it naturally. I am disappointed that a nurse practicing in pediatrics did not recognize this common developmental trait, leading to an unnecessary and time-consuming specialist referral. Furthermore, I was dismayed to find that this appointment was billed as a diagnostic visit rather than an annual physical check-up. I am disappointed by the lack of professional judgment shown by the staff, which resulted in a waste of my time and unnecessary stress. I cannot recommend this office to other parents read more

Dr.Gina Hou is our primary pediatrician and we couldn't be happier with her care. As a first time mom I felt not only seen but heard with every concern or question I had. Everyone in the office is so kind and we've even had great experiences with the other pediatricians as well. Highly recommend them! read more

I've been bringing my daughter here for a year and I've never had an issue with the office staff until now. I brought my daughter in yesterday for an ear ache. When I got into the office I went up to the window and was completely ignored. Two of the receptionists looked at me a couple times and continued to have a conversation. Eventually I was acknowledged and let them know I had to update my insurance with them. The receptionist took a quick glance at my insurance card and said they didn't accept that insurance. It shows on the website they do so I don't know if she was lying or just didn't want to help me. It was very disappointing. I did witness the same receptionist be very rude to another parent who was there and had a question about her insurance as well. I was able to find a pediatric office who did accept my insurance and was able to get my daughter the care she needed. I'm happy this office "doesn't accept" my insurance because after the experience I had, I would not want to come back to them again. read more

Andrea is the only reason I continue to come to this practice. She is one of these best pediatricians we've had! She is up to date on baby wean feeding, she checks for ties and remembers a ton of things about your child! The office while very clean, it's very understaffed. Our appointment was at 8:30am, took vitals at 8:40am, we seen Andrea at 9:05am, and we didn't get vaccinations until 9:48am. The MA apologized multiple times and let me know they're working on hiring more MA. If they could get more MA things would move seamlessly. While I definitely recommend seeing Andrea, I also recommend making sure you don't have somewhere to be immediately after your appointment time. read more

Andrea Brown is the best!! She always takes her time to hear your concerns and provides accurate diagnosis and great advice to help your children go through their sickness. She is very compassionate and sweet with the little ones. Also, they take walk-ins Monday through Friday at certain time frames only. Personally, I think this is great for those urgent visits that cannot be postponed. The clinic and waiting rooms are neat with ample space. Parking is not an issue and it is handicapped accessible! read more

My son is now 4, and Zilberman was automatically assigned to me when I gave birth. I was apprehensive but after the chaos of birth just went with the flow. Zilberman is a fast talker but, he doesn't do it to be rude. He will answer all of your questions and give you some good info. His PAC Andrea Pham or now Brown is a god send, I've been going to her by choice for four years. She's cried with me, smiled with me and literally shared this roller coaster seat. She's empathetic and not full of herself, which is totally rare these days. I'm not just a number and I can honestly say that is something as rare as a total eclipse. Our children are not just numbers, so I hope that your experience is as great as mine has been. Please Ignore the business tag in the photo as I am no longer open. read more

I recently came to this doctor's office for my two Covid vaccine appointments, and everyone here was amazing. After their usual office hours, the staff worked as a vacc site for CCSD employees. It is clear across town for me but worth the trek given how organized they were- I sent an email, got a call, and set up both appointments for me and my partner, after waiting weeks to hear through official district channels. The office sends text message reminders and directions, and had a well-organized procedure for checking in via phone before coming into the building. Check in staff and nurses were all friendly and helpful. I was in and out quickly and seen on time if not early on both visits. Nothing but good things to say, if this is any indication about how they typically run than it is a pediatrician's office worth driving across town for. read more

I was told over the phone for both their offices that they have walk-ins from 9am-10:30 am. I took my granddaughter to the Maryland pkwy location as it is 20 min away. Got there 9:20 and the room was packed so I decided to go to the seven Hills office instead; another 24 min drive. Go there 10:05 only to be told that she can't be seen because they are in Full capacity. I looked around and there were only 3 patients that I can see waiting. I pleaded with the receptionist telling her we drove quite far and were there within the time required. She didn't budge and told me to come back at 1:00 pm for their other walk-in hours. I told her I can't come back at 1pm because of another appt. She then told me to go to urgent care. It was upsetting that they never mentioned any limit nor the receptionist being so stoic the whole time and I feel that they could care less for the well being of the patients. This place has no soul! read more

Recommended by our health insurance based on our needs. Glad that we were able to set up an appointment within a week from our initial contact. Plenty of parking with two assigned handicap stalls and an accessible ramp with rails. Clean office with two sections, one for sick patients and another for healthy patients leading to good use of space by showing us that they are doing their part to prevent spreading of contagious and infectious disease. We were assigned Dr. Z. He has great bedside manner and was able to establish good rapport with our children. Our prior provider skipped over specific immunizations that our little ones needed and he was able to identify and help us develop a timeline to catch up on what was missed. His aide was also well skilled. Very proficient and expedient in her ability to give shots without error and minimal pain for our children. Front office staff very kind and professional. They seem to have personnel that are passionate about the work they do and a love for pediatric care. Looking forward to getting our children's medical needs taken care of. Looking forward to when their dispensary is completed as it will save us a trip to our pharmacy. read more

Made an appointment at 2:50 pm, arrived at 2:35 pm and it was 4:15 and he still has not seen my daughter. So what did I do as a mom of 2 with a toddler asking to go home every mins? i left the clinic without see the doctor, because who wants to wait for doctor for almost 2 hrs? And what is worse when we are 15 mins late, the doctor dont even want to see us and asking to reschedule? If you want us to value your time as a doctor, and you don't value our time as patients then your clinic have a problem. I learn my lesson the hard way :). read more

The care my daughter receives is fine, but each time we have been here it's been at least a 30 minute wait. For general exam they kept us waiting in an exam room for 40 minutes. Today while she is sick we waited 45 min in the lobby. I just don't understand why appointment spacing can't be better especially with children that are active and don't have patience to sit for an hour! read more

Horrible service, this place gave me ptsd. The doctor was a weirdo.

This has got to be the worst logistical nightmare I have ever witnessed. The scheduling of patients is atrocious. The customer service of the staff on every level is out right unacceptable. Each member of the staff needs to go to customer service training. The business manager needs to understand how to schedule and fill a doctors day. They are overwhelmed and are failing as a business... so, if you want to wait an hour In a room after your appointment time--literally just waiting like you are in a jail cell questioning your life choices--then give it a shot! the Doctor is amazing! Unfortunately, you have to wait 2 hours past your appointment time in order to have your babies seen! read more

This was okay, the service was fine. The staff was friendly. I would recommend to others

Nevada pediatric specialists are very pushy on the vaccines and don't care if parents are concerned about doing 5 or 6 vaccines at once. They still force you to do them all at once, that is their policy they say. I found the best pediatrics in town at Siena Pediatrics in Henderson located on horizon ridge pkwy, there they say they understand because they are parents themselves. At sienna they let you break up the vaccines however you like, you don't have to overload your child! That's how it should be, let the parents have a choice! read more

This place is ridiculous. Saw the doctor already but now waiting close to an hour after the doctor for a few shots and close to 2 hours from the time of the set appointment. Had to wait to even see someone to flag down and ask how much longer, then was told we were next that was 30 mins ago. read more

This place is great! We have tried a few others in the area but Nevada pediatric specialists is the best! Dr. Andrea was great with my kids the nurses were kind and patient even when my kids were screaming and crying....very clean. And I found out they take walk ins! We are staying here for our kids care. read more

Michelle the receptionist was so informative, scheduled me in ASAP . I brought my daughters in for a yearly check up and we loved it here . My daughters (teenagers ) were so comfortable with the Medical assistants Edgar and Jessica they were awesome and made my girls feel very comfortable. Jeanne then came and checked my daughters and took her time to ask and answer our questions and ran tests on both my girls to make sure everything was checked . Super pleased with this practice . Definitely recommend this pediatric center to those in need of a new pediatrician . read more

We've had more than 3 doctors in the last 2 years, and no one seems to have an accurate understanding of my daughters health. They seem to lose more doctors than any clinic. Then they blame us for showing up to the appointment, when they "claim" to have called me to cancel, which of course never happened, because they lost another doctor. read more

Every time we see Dr. Zilberman (for any reason), he says my daughter has an ear infection and prescribes her antibiotics. I refused the prescription this past appointment. I came in because my daughter had a sudden fever of 103 for about 2 days and a strange rash on her arm. Of course, he says it's an ear infection and didn't even acknowledge the rash. He had an assistant in the room who had to remind him to look at the rash, to which he said looks like a bug bite. I asked if a bug bite can cause a fever, because she has never had anything like this before. He simply states "no, bug bites do not cause fevers. Only if there's an infection." Which is not true! But, now two days later, my daughter has multiple rashes over her hands, mouth, torso, and ankles. I will never see Dr. Zilberman again. I tell him every time I come in that I do not want flu vaccine for my child, but he tries to force it every time. I tell him no and he says that she WILL get scheduled for it at her next appointment. It honestly makes me uncomfortable how he does not honor my choices for my child and so strongly pushes his own agenda. Every time I come in, I feel as if I have to strongly advocate for my child against him and his tunnel vision approach to medicine. read more

It never fails. We show up a few minutes before our appointment and we're called into a room 30 minutes after our appointment time, only to wait another 15 mins for vitals to be taken, 10 more minutes for them to ask questions and finally an additional 10 minutes to see a doctor. God forbid your child needs a vaccine or something else because you'll be here 2+ hours. If you have time to waste, this is the place for you. There's nothing special here. We'll be transferring PCP. read more

Dr. Zilberman although he was nice, I don't believe he should be a pediatrician. He's not kid friendly! My 2 year old's first experience with him was unpleasant and he surely remembered when we went for his follow up. He didn't make my son feel comfortable. My son cried as soon as Dr. Z started his examination. To top it all off, he answered his phone during our exam!! Who does that? read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I came into the office on Seven Hills the week prior to my childs apt to fill out paperwork and provide my insurance. I found it odd they asked me to fill out information with our previous PCP's information. I asked what it was for and the front office lady stated they reach out for medical and shoe records. Upon arriving at 1035am for our apt at 1050am. I was asked to fill out this information again. I stated I had already done the paper work, and the front desk checked me in and told me to have a seat. 35 minutes AFTER our apt time we were called back into a room. My child's weight and height were recorded. We were then put in up another room where I was provided a copy of my child's shit record printed off web IZ and for 45 minutes listened in detail the personal information behind shared between the doctor and children in the room next to me. 3 different children and families to be exact. At 12:10pm I walked out of the room and to the front office. I stated I was leaving as I had been in their facility for over an hour and have yet to see a doctor for my child. I was not offered an apology, or even an estimated wait time of HOW MUCH LONGER the wait would be. The young lady at the front desk told me to have a good day. I then asked for a note to explain to my child's school where my child has been for last 1.5 hours as I had picked her I'm from school for this apt. The young lady printed me a note that stated my child saw a doctor today at this facility. This couldn't be further from the truth. We were ignored and given terrible customer service from this front desk staff. This is unacceptable treatment and I will be taking my complaint for failure of treatment further then yelp. I would LOVE for the office manager of this location to please reach out to me in regards ti this terrible experience. read more

Very polite staff, from the front office to the medical assistants. They work very fast, hardly a waiting time. Dr. Pham and Dr. Elgi are both very patient, polite and thorough with their exams. By far the best pediatric clinic I've been to. read more
