One of the panels in the glass wall overlooking the backyard shattered. ABC sent a gentleman out to measure and that same afternoon two more gentlemen came out and in no time had it installed plus they moved everything that was moved so they could work back into place and cleaned up and washed the window. Requested a quote for a window replacement in our home and their quote was more than double the other competitors for the same glass.

I ordered a glass piece and am extremely satisfied at the cut and quality I was given, when I placed the order over the phone, since this was already something I had ordered before, I was told I would be charged 1/2 to place the order and pay 1/2 when I picked it up, turns out my card was never charged the first time, so to my surprise when I picked up the piece having to pay the full price... dumb! The worst of it all is they just hand you the solid piece of glass... when I asked for cardboard or something . The woman at the front desk informed me they don't do any packing... ummm really?! Your a store full of glass and you aren't going to have enough courtesy to properly wrap the finished product in order to prevent it from breaking?! So now I have to drive to wherever I'm going in hopes that my finished product that I just spent $100 on doesn't not break... thanks ABC Glass you guys are superb... read more

My roommate and local handyman made mistake of using them to replace shower glass enclossure. Over $700, was miscut and no support in the way of instructions whatsoever. They take the dimensions if the wall space and then convert it into glass dimensions that vary then tell you it's your measurement issue Having to build up wall to fit the miscut glass. If I could rate it a zero I would. read more

ABC Glass charged me a "restocking fee" even though I used them for 9 glass jobs totaling over $4000. The restocking fee was actually because the manager did not want to refund onto a credit card and have to pay the card fee. By the way we used most of the refund on a 9th job and he sent a check as the refund for the balance so he never had to pay that fee anyway. What happened is we broke a window at a customers house and called ABC glass just like we had 8 other times. They got a quote together and ran my card for the total. After a fee days our customer actually wanted to pay for the new glass because there was not enough proof that my company had actually broke the window in the first place. So my customer ended up paying for the glass with her credit card and I asked for my card to be refunded. The Manager said no way, it could only be used as a store credit or he would charge me the card fee of 4% for refunding my credit card. REALLY! after all the jobs we had already paid them? I took the store credit and used most of it for a 9th job. At that point I took all of ABC's invoices I had and called other glass companies. I sent over the info on each job and asked for prices from them. You know what one of the other company send back as quotes for the jobs that ABC had already done? 1/2 price for all but one job! I couldn't believe it. I was being charged twice as much money as ABC's competitors and this store manager was going to loose me as a customer over maybe $15 in credit card fees. I would not recommend ABC glass to anyone after this experience. I will never go back. By the way after being in business for 21 years as a landscape maintenance company and having to pay for about 80 broken windows, I am a customer a glass company wants. read more

I replaced 20 old single pane windows in my house recently. With tons of choices,I decided to go with ABC Glass. This company is A+. Measured and estimated, contract signed, windows ready in 2 weeks. The install took two days and these guys were total pro's. They measured perfectly. The windows are wonderful. House is super quiet now, no rattles when the doors close anymore. They open and close so nicely. It's an amazing window makeover and ABC Glass Co did an over the top job with the entire process. Thinking about new windows or shower door, or whatever in the glass world......you should use ABC Glass. You will be thrilled with their work and quality. Just Awesome! read more

Worst customer service ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The IRS treats you better than this place. They are not only the most expensive but they really don't care about the customers needs................... My kitchen window broke 8 days before Thanks Giving. I could not get the window out of the track so they sent some one out. he measured and informed me that I needed to install tempered glass because the window is at ground level.............ok fine........... I am then informed by a lady {don't want to name her} that I would have to wait 7 to 10 days ?? She would not schedule an appointment for the following week because the glass had to be ordered.........hard to believe right ??? I then called the Monday of the following and am informed the glass came in Friday afternoon. She has no appointments before Thanks Giving at which point I blew up........ She finally gave me an appointment for the Wednesday before Thanks Giving.......this is where it gets just hard to believe. the guys come out install my window and in the process broke the other window !!!!!!!!!!! They replaced that with just regular glass ......what happened to the mandatory tempered glass ??????? So I called and was informed that I would have to pay for that.....LMAO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm thinking why would I pay for that?????????? I didn't break the window !!!!!!!!!!! So a word of caution.........don't use ABC there are 3 other companies that are cheaper then them and know all about their reputation. I will contact the Attorney General's office and see if these business licenses and if they are subject to investigation. read more

The installers arrived on time and performed with experience and skill. They also left the job site clean. I came in with rough measurements of a desk that I wanted a piece of glass cut for the top. The price was very reasonable, the completion date was great and the staff was very friendly. The woman working their front desk knew her job well and understood my rough drawing exactly. They completed my order early; it only took one and half days!
