We replaced two sliders with a horizontal upper fixed picture window over top 2/3 of window. On the lower 1/3 horizontal level the middle 50% was fixed with two 25% screened windows on the left and right, which slide over the fixed when open. Worked beautifully and the picture window was stunning. Excellent installation of both window. Very happy with the result. It turned out that the bathroom window was misconfigured at the factory, which was initially a disappointment, because it had been designed & ordered appropriately by the Salesman, but here's the thing. This company corrected the problem, at its own expense, and now that this window is in, it's working perfectly and the installation, as before with the kitchen window, was done professionally and expertly. The installers were great guys too. I could not have asked for more professionalism, from the initial Salesman, to Chelsea who communicated frequently with me and the higher up folks who had to approve these corrections and to the installers themselves. In every way possible this is an excellent reliable company and I highly recommend them. The initial design glitch was just that -- a glitch. But these professionals made good on their promises and maintained a great attitude with us throughout the process. Can't ask for more really. Thanks W&D Store!

They were installed in July of 2025 in our new construction family home. In the spring of 2026 (February, March) I brought up several concerns to John E. at the Arizona Window and Door Store regarding sliding doors being warped by the heat/sun and failing to close, pivot door beginning to show signs of discoloration and deterioration, window screens not manufacturer to the correct dimensions, and on top of that, exterior doors presenting water damage which seeped through to the inside of our brand new home. These concerns have still not been resolved as of September 2026. During this time, I have raised my concerns on multiple occasions across an array of service channels - our primary salesperson John E. (text, phone, email, and in-person), the AZ Window and Door Store's support number provided, and even the direct manufacturer support line (International Window Corporation, and Western Pivot Door). Given this immense headache and scar on the process of building a new home for our family, we're at odds with what to do moving forward and want to warn all others interested in this establishment to veer away. At this point, we can only assume that Arizona Window and Door Store is attempting to run out the clock out on any warranty services or simply to do the right thing and install the products correctly.

The installers, Eddie, Abel, and Aron, were professional, punctual, and respectful of our home from start to finish. They explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to every detail. The installation was completed neatly, and they made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. The very next day Rudy and his stucco team were on site to finish up the project with the same attention to detail. The new windows look great and have already made a noticeable difference in the comfort and appearance of my home. We appreciate the excellent workmanship, friendly service, and smooth overall experience from DunRite Window & Doors; from Rick who respectively provided our options, JJ who did the final measurements, the installation of Eddie, Abel and Aron to Rudy and the stucco team. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering replacement windows.

Once decided, we were genuinely concerned about the installation process. Those worries were quickly quelled. The "team" arrived on schedule, explained the process, assured us that they would protect our home, and got to work. In 8 hours, they meticulously removed and installed all our windows, from extremely large ones to entryway rooftop sidelights. They were courteous, respectful, and all worked without complaint. When all was done, we have been left with a home that is quiet, substantial, dustproof, and far more beautiful than before. Our thanks to Jason Castillo, Dallin Jones, Derek Huffman, David Barrett, and Erik Rayas!

The bottom line cost is 3 to 4 times more than Homedepot. Ok the product is very very good but the ethics are just plain scandalous. It's not worth it. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the finish work . The "header" is a slightly different color than the doors, when I asked why I was told it was due to different types of wood. The other problem I don't particularly like about the finish work is the way they plugged the holes they needed to drill to attach the header. I'm not a wood guy but I've seen much better finish work. See photo. There is also a minor blemish on one of the doors that I think could have been noticed and fixed before delivery. Justin was great and up-front about pricing and going through my options. Brittany and Josh were great and flexible about scheduling, and when the patio door was ready weeks ahead of the windows, they were happy to accommodate my request to just go ahead and install it separately without any extra cost or fuss. Josh was very communicative during the install, worked fast and professionally, was happy to answer any questions I had, and made sure there was no mess left behind. A few morning sessions and everything was good to go! As for the product, I live in a condo complex on a busy major street and I work from home, so keeping out traffic and neighbor noise was a very high priority for me. We went ahead and replaced all our exterior windows, a sliding glass door, and a patio door. My partner and I are both stunned by how much quieter it is inside and it's made my home office experience much more pleasant. For energy efficiency, the difference in the summer heat has been night and day - with my old windows, you could feel how much heat got trapped between them and the curtains, while after constant checking the past few hot June days that space feels as cool as the rest of the room - even the south facing windows midday! Oh, they also look great with the bronze finish on the frames. Couldn't be happier, it was home improvement money invested well.
