They did a great job on our old windows on the west side of our house. I love how they keep a lot of the outside noies out as well as all the wind and dust. I am excited to see how they hold up to our winters here. Pueblo co read more

Ever wonder why a company only has a 2 star rating? That's because when their technician comes out and can't fix the problem, he just up and leaves! He doesn't bother to come into the business to say anything, just leaves. We have to call dispatch to find out that they "supposedly don't fix these types of doors and the technician should have told us that!" Great business model read more

Once again I want to thank Elite because yesterday I called and spoke with Nancy. She remembered me that was amazing, anyway I told her that I had a problem with the front window that they replaced. Her immediate reaction was an apology then she scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Their employee always courteous, professional and knowledgeable Francisco came this morning and repaired the window. Now folks this is how you run a successful business by wowing your customers! read more

The store has a nice showroom and they're very attentive to you when you're looking to spend your hard earned money. Be warned that things change once they have your money, despite Ellis saying you should go with them over Home Depot because of their service. It started with them taking two months to actually receive the doors that we ordered. They claimed the manufacturers were slow, and that's understandable, so we gave them a pass. When they came to install the doors nobody spoke passable English. The crew proceeded to frame the back door with the front door dimensions and were going to install a clear front door for the back of the house until I stopped them. After we got that figured out they proceeded to still install the back sliding French doors incorrectly. Requiring me to have Guy come fix them. It took Guy a few missed scheduled dates before he finally came to repair the door. At that time we brought up a defect in the front door and he took photos and said he'd check with the manufacturer on the warranty. That was in early September. We've been playing phone tag with them ever since. Guy has actually had one disconnected number in the process. The showroom will rarely answer the phone when you call. Guy had informed us that the manufacturer was going to replace the door for us, so we were relieved. That news came in September. Called Guy about two weeks ago and he informed us the new door would be in on Thursday and he could install on Saturday. Hallelujah, right? Wrong. He never called again and never came. I called and left a few messages to no avail. I just received an email from Krista stating I would now need to call the manufacturer myself(what happened to the great service compared to HD?). I decide to call Guy at his new number and he lets me know that they had to cut ties with that manufacturer(wonder who broke up with whom?), so I now am stuck working directly with a manufacturer trying to get a 3k dollar door replaced. In short, DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS! read more

The good news is that we got the entry door we ordered and we're happy with it. After waiting three weeks for the door, the one that arrived was the wrong size, but the installer tore our existing door out before measuring. They patched it up for temporary security and got us another door in two days, so that was fine. The salesman said he would get us gift cards for the inconvenience, but those didn't arrive. read more

We wanted to replace a wall in our kitchen/family room (comprised of a breakfast nook, door, and window) facing the backyard with as much glass as possible. We talked to Elite and one other vendor, and went with Elite. The entire wall was demolished and replace with two fixed and two sliding 8' patio doors. The end result matched our expectations (see photo), which is why I'm rating this as 5 stars, as this is the most important factor to me. The bulk of the work was done in 3 days, however, completing the minor follow up work stretched the length of the project out to nearly 3 weeks. I would probably detract half a star for this. During this time I worked primarily with Nancy, the scheduler, and like the other reviewer I agree that she was very helpful and agreeable on every single call re: the followup work, working with me to schedule the work as quickly as possible, and deferring the final payment until everything was done to my satisfaction. Also, a shout out to Tomas, a friendly, courteous installer who was there throughout the entire process. read more

Fantastic professional company, we had our entire house done as well as some custom work. From the original estimate to the installation everything was well organized planned out and done. Leo and his crew were the best, the crew started on time every day, covered everything and cleaned up every night---no tools left out to trip on:). I would highly recommend this company, Leo and his crew! TTretter Ahwatukee read more

This has to be the most unorganized and worthless company I have dealt with. They come to our house and give an estimate. We are satisfied with the amount we had to pay and were ok with putting a $1200.00 deposit down. A second guy came to measure a second time and we were told that it would take about 4 to 6 weeks to have the job completed and they would keep us updated with the progress. Well after 10 weeks and many phone calls we still don't have a door. I called them weekly to get updates and was told that someone would call me back, never happened I was told that some one would email me, never happened. after the 8th week I called and cancelled the order and was told that they would be sending me a full refund right away and would be emailed that the check was sent. Again 2 weeks later I have still don't have my refund and all I get is the run around when I call. "We're so sorry sir the manager will call you back, we're so sorry sir someone will email you and get this resolved". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY......Over promise and severely under deliver. They finally refunded my money via check, I received the check and when I deposited it into my account it bounced. So not only did they not do the job for which they were hired they stole my 1200 dollars. After finally dealing with the dim wit that answers the phone (Noemie Pritchard) I was told yet again that the manager would get back to me. Well my wife was finally able to contact the Manager, Jason Rojas and said he would send us a cashiers check, (yeah right). I finally called my bank the next day and they were able to contact the issuing bank. Their bank said funds were deposited that morning and the check could be processed again for funds to be released. I told my bank to do it immediately. Well after wasting no less the three months and four hours on the phone dealing with these morons I finally got resolution. Ironic, they were eager to come to my house and take my money, but trying to get it back and all of the sudden all I get is crickets. Warn anybody that is looking to get windows or doors DO NOT USE THS COMPANY!!!! Just shy of criminals... read more

We purchased windows in March 2015 and the job is still not finished. The product is outstanding and did exactly what they claimed it would do. But we're still missing a few items and that's where the low review comes in. Their customer service is lacking a great deal of communication. Whenever we call no one can give us an answer as to why the job hasn't been completed or when it ever will be completed. Once they had our money all their customer service went out the window, no pun intended. They can apologize all they want, all I want is for the job to be completed but I guess that's too much to ask. read more

We responded to an ad in the Arizona Republic that touted "Finally and Affordable Multi-Slide Door System" so we visited their Scottsdale showroom. We spoke with a sales person Dan, who was courteous and helpful, so we scheduled an in-home estimate. We found that the affordable multi-door option was still out of our budget, so we opted to replace the 2 existing 8' x 8' sliding doors in our house with new sliding doors. In his sales presentation, Dan advised us of a couple key items: 1) That the installers might have to pull the existing interior wood trim during install, and that it might need to be repainted at our expense (which we felt was OK since we have the paint at hand). 2) That the exterior would likely have to have some existing stucco cut away around the old doors, but Elite would have it repaired after install and we "would not be able to tell that it was a repair" (we were a bit nervous about that part). What he did not elaborate on what that the exterior stucco repair did NOT include painting (thank heavens we had some original paint here as well). So Strike One. We had some additional questions a few days after we signed the contract; we left phone messages for Dan which he did not return. Strike Two. A few weeks later the doors arrived and install began. All went OK until the stucco crew came. After their work, we could immediately tell the "match" to our stucco style was mediocre, (we knew it could be matched because we had just had an outdoor kitchen installed which involved perfectly matching our stucco pattern). We pointed that out to the 2-man crew, but had difficulty communicating our concerns given they did not speak English very well. We began calling Elite before the crew left, and that is when we found out that the job did not even include painting (we were then advised it was in the fine print in the contract). We also advised Elite that we were not confident the repaired stucco matched our house (we were told "no one has EVER complained" about their stucco work). So we managed to talk to the stucco man who said he'd come back and paint it for $100 in 5 days. We reluctantly agreed, but felt he was in the best position to correct the job where needed. After he left, my wife was again on the phone to Elite asking to speak to a supervisor. Dan #2 called us back, and after we sent pictures to him he said he'd be out to see it himself. He did not show at the appointed time Friday afternoon. Strike Three. Then the stucco guy showed up 3 days early on a Saturday - before we had a chance to try to re-connect with Dan#2 - so we let him go ahead and paint in the hopes he could fix things and that it would somehow look OK. WRONG. He even used the wrong paint of the two pails we provided after we advised him of the one he should use (remember that communication issue?) Strike Four. FYI, we have had several friends as well as an industry professional agree that the job was not acceptable. At least the doors work well and seem to be high quality, which is what earned the 2-star vs. a 1-star rating. Bottom Line - Beware of anything that involves more than a standard replacement of windows/doors with this company. read more

This review is for pricing only, not the product. I responded to add in news paper: 5 windows replaced for 25 payments of $98.00. (Includes tax & install) Per the ad the max size per window: 30 square foot. Do the math: 25 x $98=$2,450.00 or $490 per window. Four of my windows were under 30 SF and one was 36 SF and needed to be tempered which of course would cost more. Their .15 solar heat gain window tint is green. My windows are bronze tint and bronze cost an extra $4 per window. Price per window was $537, $537, $896, $282 and $1,176. (prices rounded) The total I was quoted was $3,431.26. Lowes quoted me under $200 extra to temper a 36 SF window. I ask Elite Windows to re-quote but they never did. read more

Daniel was very nice however how do you forget to give a client a copy of the sales agreement? Daniel also wrote our phone number down incorrectly so there was a delay in setting up a final measurement. Next Guy, who was to do the measurement was scheduled to arrive at 9am. At 10 am he said he could not get here until 10:20. He said he was told to be here at 10am. I then asked for a refund from the office. She said I'll let "him" know. I hope this does not go to the BBB but there seems to be no one in charge. I would hate to think about the outcome of the doors if they had actually been installed. Poorly run business with no accountability. read more

Ben and Patricia G. March 06, 2017 Totally Dissatisfied.! we didn't have a good experience with Elite Windows & Doors, this is the first and last time we are going to do business with this company and we hope others will do the same. On November 24, 2015 we had order a new French Door for our back yard facing our pool, they had told us that the French Door as well as the glass it would come with a 10 year warranty. So it happen when it was delivered and before it would be installed it at our house on March 2016, we noticed that the glass had a few scratches. Nevertheless, because of the scratches we had to request to get the window pane changed 3 times because of the scratches. The fourth time the window pane inside the glass came with a finger print which it was considered a defect. Although, we were told we had a 10 year warranty on the door and glass .. Elite didn't want to change the glass anymore as well as not wanting to honor our warranty and workmanship as well. We then had no choice to contact the "ROC" for it turned out to be a real issue we were not getting anywhere with them just given us the run around with excuses from their staff as well as not returning any of our messages and unreturned phone calls this has been on going issue since last year of 2016 until we contacted the "ROC" all "Elite Windows and Doors" did was send someone to adjust our door and insert a few new strews that were missing from the hinges that was all.!. But, this doesn't change the fact that just because they had adjust our door only and insert a few new strews the principle is that they didn't stand by their workmanship and their warranty work that were told to us especially in not making sure that the glass issue was taken care of as well. I am "TOTALLY DISSATISFIED" and not very happy at all.! with the way this company had handle their "Customer Service" to us as well not very good at all.!.. As far as we are concern we would never recommend anyone to use "ELITE WINDOWS AND DOORS" it would be the biggest mistake for anyone to do business with them..do not go there.! read more

I called to get a "free estimate" and when I asked them to give me the estimate in writing they just were not interested in doing business any more. I waited three weeks and called numerous times and they wouldn't return the call or said that they were working on it. My advise is to watch out, and avoid to do business with this company as they seam to be the type that don't respect their agreements. read more

Two weeks ago my husband called three companies to get a quote for windows for our home. The person from this company was distracted, bizarre and wanted to talk more about his dialysis treatment than explain to me the different options they had. He then was trying to guilt me into signing a contract. In short the other two companies matched their add and sent people out who could discuss windows. I am glad we shopped!!! read more

This started out as a one star review. They order a product from California for us but it was a new item that they didn't have any "training" on. After a revision and a mix up with the ordering procedure, our 3 week project wasn't ready to install until a bit over 6 week later. Despite our urging that they inspect the product to make sure it was correct and in good shape, all we got was "It'll be fine". Actually the door arrived intact and was what we ordered BUT it was missing some of the hinges that had the installer waiting around for hours until the could get replacements to him. Then we discovered that the bottom of the door was unsupported because it stuck out farther than the floor and you could actually see daylight under the door from inside. We were also missing weather striping and there was a mixup for the interior casement and we had to provide it for them to finish. The four stars come in because at 7 am the next day, we got a call saying they were sending out people to take care of it. By 11:00 am everything was fixed to our satisfaction (and amazement). They went above and beyond to fix our issues and did it very quickly and didn't charge anything additional. read more

Met with the sales rep - nice enough guy. Liked the product and warranty. Was told job would be finished in 2 max 3 days. We are talking one replaced sliding glass door, removal and replacement of a sliding glass door with windows and 5 more replacement windows. Guys showed up and got to work, did the installs then stopped - stucco guys not available. Kept telling me a few days. One day when I called, the guy tells me he had stucco guys sitting around looking for work. But when I told them my location he said he couldn't send them there. In the meantime a rain storm comes and I'm out in the night trying to tape up plastic so as not to get my exposed wood wet. They finally get there a few more days because now they have to wait to make sure the wood is dry. It would have been dry if they had completed the job as promised. Their worker broke off on of my bubblers. The office told me to find someone to fix it and they would take it off the bill. Since the install, have not noticed a significant drop in my electric and I realized that the screen door did not have a latch. Called office was told someone would call. No return call. Called again made appointment. They never showed up. Called again still waiting. Overall with the poor customer service and poor energy saving I would not recommend them. read more

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Do not use them and do not waste your money!! The quality of the products, service, managers, install, etc are all poor quality. Since day one with this company I had to continue to call to get updates. Several times I was told that I would recieve a call back, twice was from the manager, and never recieved a call back. The installers are not equipped with the correct tools, or any at all, and ask to use yours, or take them to use with out asking and they barely speak english. In my paperwork it specifically said not to haul away my previous door because it was a brand new door that came with the house we bought, but yet they took my door. Had to call to get them to give it back. When it was finally returned it had several scratches on it so now i wont be able to resell it for the price i wanted to. The door and frame that was installed was of poor quality. The baseboards that go around door had water stains and dents all over them. Just a horrible horrible experience and I hope to save someone else from this tiresome experience that you will recieve with this company!!!! read more
