I spoke to Mike. I explained to him what I needed to pass home pool inspection. Mike stated his company was backed up until mid August for the installations I needed. We went over what I needed to pass inspection and he detailed every step for me. I wasn't able to use his company, so he recommended his competitors to complete my task. Mike gave me step by step DIY instructions. I had tried some of them previously and it didn't work for me. I'm not a yelper or by any means One that has the time to comment on personal experiences that I encounter on my day to day . But there are those special encounters that Leave you feeling some type of way . I usually mean hot, they leave you hot ! But not Door Closing systems , this company is in a league of there own . I was in a jam with a glass slider that needed to be self closing self latching , so I called and spoke to Mike who kindly told me he was booked out for two weeks , which sucks for me right , but good for him right ? It's good to know that you are inquiring in a business that is booked up that long . That says that company is doing something right ! long story short Mike did something that most business owners would probably not do he knew my circumstances and he gave me a list of his three competitors here in the valley some ideas and some suggestions so I called Arizona pool fence when I bought what I needed and got back to the job I was missing one of the main parts of the closing system had to go back the next day and get the rest just to find out that that system is not gonna work for the type of slider that I had so I called Mike back again and Mike walked me to the process and once we figured out it wasn't going to work Mike lead me in another direction all I can say is thank you Mike my job passed inspection people started moving in that same day I appreciate you I recommend this company for all your door closing systems and all your door repairs Mike is not the average bear this guy cares not only about your job but about you thank you Mike how I owe you big time buddy read more

We had the Ultra Glide door closure & latching system installed on our sliding glass door yesterday. We're very happy with the quality of materials used, the smart design, price & even more impressed by the company itself. The system in full, is kinda involved for the average joe to install themselves, but the fact that they're willing to waive the installation fee ($50) & let you install it yourself is pretty cool! But honestly, it's So worth it to get the warranty & save yourself the headache. Gary S is dead on- they're honest & knowledgeable. We tried Slide Right first & the installer Eric actually lifted the front wheels on our door (so it would slide poorly) & told us they would need to charge $100 more to "repair" our door for their system to work. Door Closing Systems threw in a part that would help control the high speed closing of our door. I'm SO impressed! read more

Called to set up appointment. Got a quote and set the date. Was called back a week later and was told I had to pay $95 more because I lived out in west Buckeye. Seriously $95 more. No thanks. So much for a quote and who ever heard of $95 more. So apparently if you live in Buckeye they dont want our business. read more

Phil came today to help with issues with our sliding glass door. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We most likely will need new rollers in the future. They are hard to find now, but he cleaned the old ones and they are working well. He also, told us of companies that still carry these old rollers and we will have him install them at a later date. read more

Beware, it took them eight days to respond to the call, techs have zero customer service skills and work is a joke at best. This company was contracted through another company (Nelson Glass) to do work for them through a contract with a management company. Needless to say, the service tech was less than professional, metal shavings were left inside and out, and the door does not close properly. Three days later I have contacted them for repair since I can not access my backyard and they are unavailable for another five days but was given the reassurance that the same tech would not be back out. Our automatic sliding glass door closer, leading to the backyard pool, finally quit working after 14 years of dependable service. I called Door Closing Systems, the company that made our original closer and they agreed to come out and fix our problem the very next day. Tim, the installer, decided to replace our old unit. The only cost to us was $95 for the service call. Not bad for a 60 mile round trip out to our home in Anthem. What a deal! The new unit works extremely well.
