ABC Cargo has been fantastic to work with. I ship packages to Vietnam on Tuesdays, and they always arrive within two weeks--often as quickly as 10 days. The pricing is affordable, and their packing is efficient. My only suggestion would be to use more foam or additional packing materials, as the boxes can sometimes get compressed, and a few items have been prone to breaking. They are also happy to accommodate gift wrapping, like for Christmas, but I recommend taking a photo of your items before wrapping to show them what's inside. Came when there is a line, it's expected if you come around busy times. The service was really fast by the time it was my turn. They take everything out to see what is being shipped and pack it in a box for you. They speak Vietnamese so if you don't speak or understand Vietnamese, it's best to bring a friend with you. There is only one person that can speak English so just have to look out for that guy. read more

I'm quite surprised and alarmed about the many negative reviews of this place and I won't judge on their experiences as they may be true with the scam but I don't know. I neither know them personally nor am I a friend but did help a friend use their service a few times and during tet as well. If you ask the right questions they will answer you honestly. They will also precaution you on sending certain items such as cellphones as they warned us specifically not to send them or may be subject to be inspected by customs and confiscated (You are dealing with a corrupt system). They do have a lot of business coming in and out and you have to understand that they only help to ship and may not have control of customs and any other inspections that go on in VN but they do their best to protect your packages. I can only give them a rating based on the service they provided all 3 times and we have sent packages in excess of 100lbs of a combination of food products, beauty products, clothing and electronics without a problem. It's too bad to to hear this as I would consider them as my first choice to ship packages. read more

I delivered clothes to relatives in Vietnam for the first time, and it was relatively painless. The social distancing enforcement could be better, since they allowed anyone to come in and have a seat while waiting to be helped. I'm compelled to write a review because of so many negative reviews, many of which are due to hacking, which is unrelated to the business. I've been sending packages and money to relatives in Vietnam with this business for about 10 years. Never had a problem. I shipped four boxes with abc. 3 out of 4 boxes arrived safely at the destination more than a week ago and one package is still missing which abc are unable to explain. I need answers. These are my personal belongings that are missing . They have no clue where it is and all they can say is that it's under investigation. How can you lose just one parcel out of the four? I sent some items to Viet Nam which the 6 items that was supposed send out but 2 out of the 6 items have been exchanged with no names on them( original were Nike). It took 10 days to deliver my package to HCM. The VN shipper was impolite. He didn't call for estimates time to come,so he didnt meet my sister ( receiver). On Monday, March 4 @ 2:10 PM, I witnessed the driver of one of their delivery vans throw an orange tabby cat out the window on southbound Interstate 880 near Montague Expressway. I've already reported the license plate information. Per the police, apparently one or more other drivers who saw it happen at the same time. I'm very disgusted with the driver, and hope the person is dealt with appropriately. read more

Someone hacked into my Groupon account and charged over 400 in goods, having them shipped to this address. AVOID - total scam.

My Kohl's account was also hacked and charged $273 for a set of headphones sent to Quan Nguyen at this address.

I shipped my boxes to Saigon. And they shipped it around 4-5 days, now that's a plus. BUT I do not think there are any connection or good coordination between here and in Vietnam which causes super annoying confusion. read more

I had no problems sending my stuff to my family in Vietnam. Last Christmas I sent gifts already pre wrapped up nicely in a huge box and it got on my family no problem at all. The box was never opened and came the same way I sent it. Giving it was only clothes and not electronics. Vietnam customs are really corrupted so I would never sent expensive electronics but everything else should be fine. I high recommend this place. I used their service to send a package to Dalat, Vietnam. As they promised, the package would be delivered within 7-10 days. After 12th day, the package had not delivered yet. I came to their office to ask them about the tracking package. They told me that the package would be delivered in the next 2 days. The next 4 days passed, I heard nothing from them, and the package was not delivery. I came to their office again; they told me that their employee in Vietnam said they sent out all the packages in their storage. They would follow up by emailing the manager in Vietnam to do an investigation. They gave me the answer that their employee came to my house two times, and made many phone calls, but nobody answered. However, my family told me that nobody had came to my house for delivery yet. I asked them for the phone call records to prove their trial delivery. They said they did not have it. 19 days passed; the package was still not delivery. I really got mad with their service; I told them if the package was not delivery by the next 4 days, I would file a complaint. Finally, the package was delivery on the day of 20th. Too much trauma, I personally will not do business with them anymore. read more
