You HAVE TO be a hotel guest in order to gain access to this restaurant since it's inside the hotel property unfortunately. But if you make it in this spot offers a variety of things to eat like sandwiches tacos salads and some small appetizers. Not to mention they have a full bar and make frozen drinks as well. I got the grilled chicken sandwich which came with fries. The sandwich was very good and the fries were very similar to McDonald's fries just a bit thinner but equally delicious. Also I got the smoked gouda mac and cheese bites which was fried to crispy perfection while delicious on the inside. The bites also came with choice of chips or french fries. They also automatically add 18% gratuity to your bill and still print out the option to add tip, not a big fan of places doing that. They do mention that they add the gratuity but you literally have to read the entire menu to catch that just FYI. The lady at the order window was very nice and helpful so can't say nothing bad about that. read more

I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. My boyfriend and I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a shrimp quesadilla, both with fries. We each only took ONE bite of each other's meals, and within hours we both became extremely sick. We spent the entire next week dealing with what seemed like severe food poisoning -- nonstop vomiting, nausea, and feeling completely miserable. This completely ruined our vacation. Getting sick that badly from a restaurant is unacceptable. Please be careful before eating here. read more

This is a really great restaurant at the Hyatt Residence Club Winward Pointe. Lots of fresh, tasty food and great prompt service. If you're staying at the Hyatt Winward Pointe, you need to visit at least a couple times during your stay as it is so convenient and tasty. You really can't compare the convenience of its location if you're a guest there. The alternative is to drive into Duval Street, park for $20 to $30 bucks, and then pay pretty expensive prices for the restaurants there. Really nice views and relaxing atmosphere. Abbey Road is a really great value!! I had a cheeseburger in Paradise there!!! read more

This is a captured business on the grounds of Hyatt Windward Pointe resort. They turn out some really nice salads and sandwiches and alcoholic drinks. The prices reflect the limited clients available to them. The staff are friendly and really hustle with your order...well worth the 18% auto tip added to your bill which goes on your room tab. read more

Family went fishing and they cooked the fish we caught (mostly snapper). Made fish tacos which we thought were better than the ones we had at Garbo's. Also, one of the best burgers I've had! read more

This would get five stars but it really depends on the chef and server. Ate here three times. Two times it was on point - good great - service perfect. One other time no so good. Small poolside bar and grill with some nice specials but once again the person wort the grill and the person taking the order determines the star rating. If you are staying at Windward Pointe, this is the only on-site option for food. Good Happy Hour prices from 3 to 6. Can't go wrong with a fruity margarita or daiquiri. Very casual, more "beach like" than the poolside restaurant at Hyatt's Coconut Plantation in Bonita Springs. Bonita Springs' Chef's salad was filled with more things, but yet I found this one quite tasty. Or perhaps I was very hungry from a day of travel. Three-slices of bread on the BLT made for a nice lunch with chips on the side. read more

A welcomed respite from the slew of mediocre overpriced tourist traps off Duval street. Ordered some fish tacos at this spot not expecting anything special and they were absolutely delicious. The fish was fresh (which surprisingly isn't easy to come by in key west), and the tacos were dressed perfectly. I added some chipotle mayo which gave them a good kick. Good selection of beers for the pool side and service is friendly. read more

Under new management and staffing, this little place has great food! Great burgers, fish tacos, and whatever else John comes up with. It was all plentiful, fresh, (everything is from scratch ), and priced right. If it's Mariam , or Erica tending the bar, the drinks were also fantastic. After five hours of driving along the over seas highway Monday the12th of Sept., we four adults were quite cheerful and happy, but tired and hungry at our arrival at the Hyatt Windward Pointe around 4 PM or so, located by the airport on the quiet side of the island of Key West.just across the little two lane road from from the Atlantic Ocean. After checking in,we walked into the beautiful Abbey Road Snack Shack on the center grounds of the resort, but we did not receive the welcoming greeting we automatically thought would be coming our way. The female manager or server, alone, no customers to be seen anywhere,either, seemed rudely interrupted by our arrival as she got up off her outside, counter side, seat to ask what we wanted without smile nor greeting. We felt bad making her get up so we greatly reduced what we were going to order down to a few waters and sodas and a bag or two of chips or what nots, if I recall, and that was it. No more visits to Abbey Road for us, Beatles or no Beatles. We love the gorgeous resort and the two bedroom two bath suite with the ocean view, but the exorbitant prices here are going to catch up with them one way or the other as it was almost $700 for our two nights. We are almost talking Monaco or Aspen in costs and Key West ain't either, although its beautiful and fun The walk on Duval St., the main drag on the island,that runs from the Gulf of Mexico to the Atlantic Ocean, is a combination of dirty, insulting, and low class, with a few nice exceptions of course, and lets say maybe three to four miles.long for those who love walking or jogging. Scooters and bicycles and taxis and sightseeing trains and buses all mixed in with cars full of sight seeing folks, clog the narrow, little two lane pot holed street as walkers on the sidewalks pay close heed to try and not bump into one another. Jay walking here is as popular as a McDonald's burger and why people don't get knocked over is a real puzzle. I am sure some of the scooter riders do hit some of the pedestrians as they seem to be such terrible scooter riders There is a McDonald's here but its over on the north side of Key West in a commercial area off Roosevelt Ave. This took the place of Abbey Road for us. We enjoyed, as always, several or our favorite regular places like Alonso's half price seafood happy hour, El Siboney, real authentic Cuban restaurant in a residential area and hard to find and so cheap yet so delicious, and Sloppy Joe's at Greene and Duval, as our favorites and quite original and good food. Who can beat a Sloppy Joe's hamburger, so big, so lean and such a fresh sesime bun and great romain lettuce and red onion to go with the excellent fries. The conch chowder here is about as good as it gets, and yes, this place is as tourist-ie as a place can get. But. We may have to start looking for a more reasonably priced hotel or motel than a Hyatt our next trip here or just head out to San Francisco which is our first and foremost favorite place to go, period. Key West is getting out of hand for a place to spend the night that's half way decent in price and quality, and if we have to spend this kind of money for a 'rinky dink' Duval Street experience, a rude server at Abbey Road and a nice place to sleep, we'll go west all the way to San Francisco. read more
