I was doing laundry at my apartment complex and locked myself out!!!! Called several local locksmiths but Abba was the most affordable on such short notice. The locksmith was sooo friendly, kept calling to keep me updated on his location and was here within 30 mins AND it only took about 3 mins to get my door open!!! So thankful he was available on this Labor Day holiday weekend!!! I hope I never need their services again but if I do, I know who to call!! read more

I asked Abba to come out to re-key 4 locks for our new home. One of the locks turned out to be very challenging due to a broken profile cylinder. Rob's patience and skills were impressive when watching him approach this difficult challenge. When he was here I asked if he could fix a sticky door as well. He was very accommodating and able to do that as well. It is clear Rob takes customer service very seriously. Abba Locksmith was referred to us by a close friend. We value strong service minded companies and Abba Locksmith lived up to that expectation. Thank you, Rob! read more

Amazing experience. Lost the keys for my mailbox and our house. I was 37 weeks pregnant with a toddler and realized my husband who works in Solana Beach had our extra house key at work. Our locksmith stopped all the way at my husbands work to pick up the spare key without any hesitation. Once they got to my home I found the extra mailbox key and they didn't charge extra for only having to change the locks on the house. The team was VERY friendly and fast! Such a great experience and I will definitely use them again! read more

Great experience overall. Really quick response and an on-time arrival. I will definitely use them again.

After buying my first home, it was recommended to have the locks replaced - they were old and not reliable anyways. Abba had the best reviews here so I made an appointment and they came out the next day. Rob showed up closer to the early end of the two hour window. He was knowledgable and quick! I highly recommend them for any lock situation! read more

Promt and excellent service. Outshines other locksmith company I've used in the past. Highly recommended!

Call ABBA first for 24 hour service! A Sat. early evening and after hours, I locked myself out of my home. Don't bother calling other 24 hour services. I called several local 24 hour locksmiths. All I got was voice mailboxes, so I left messages. NO one calls back. Forty minutes later I called ABBA Locksmith's 24 hour service number for my area. At ABBA, someone actually answered the phone. I was told how long it would take for locksmith Rob to get here. He arrived as expected and did a good job. He even tested my key and lock afterwards to make sure all was fine. I learned he was sent out from Carlsbad. This is what you call REAL service. Carlsbad is not what I consider local to my neighborhood. Don't forget to ask about the after hours service charge, website discounts, etc. read more

stay away!!!!! sneaky business ! quote one price then charge you higher without asking for authorization first. I specifically requested if the charge is different from the quote, call me first. the next call I got was your charge is $79 (instead of $40 quoted) b/c of "$39 service charge" which once never mentioned. Would I have chosen you with $39 service charge ???? Stay away read more

Called them on a Saturday afternoon after locking myself and my kids out of my house. They were at my place in 15 minutes and I was back in the house about 2 mins after he arrived.
